Getscreen.me has a simple, clear, and easy-to-use user interface. Whether you're working with coworkers or offering remote help to customers, setting up screen-sharing sessions is a snap. The platform provides a number of sharing possibilities, such as whole screen, individual program windows, or even a bespoke screen region, enabling flexible cooperation.
While Getscreen.me offers efficient screen sharing, there are a few drawbacks. The free version has limited features, and the pricing plans can be expensive for small teams. Additionally, occasional connectivity issues and occasional lag during screen sharing sessions can be frustrating.
Getscreen.me provides a simple and effective platform for remote collaboration and screen sharing. Through improved teamwork and production, it helps me. Regardless of where we are physically located, it enables us to remotely serve customers, collaborate on projects in real-time, and share screens with ease. Our workflow has been much simplified, and we are now more productive as a result of Getscreen.me's comfort and simplicity of use, which has made working remotely lot easier and more productive.
I like that Getscreen.me charges a reasonable price for an efficient service. I used to be with TeamViewer, but they were overpriced and tried to tell me that they were still going to try and charge me after I left their service. TeamViewer makes it very difficult and confusing to cancel your account and threatens to send you to collections when you simply want to leave their service. Getscreen does not do that and has the same technology for way less.
Sometimes there is slight lag whenever you have been connected to another device for a while. We mostly use it to run automations; sometimes those are a bit fast, so that may have something to do with it.
There are free services via Google for remote desktops, but they don't include Blackout screens or delegating employee access.
Getscreen,me has a very easy interface. Easy to send invites out for different client conntections.
Not sure if there is a negative as of yet. Still trying to figure that out.
Great price for a function-packed software.
Ease of use, product features, reliability - this application is faultless, super easy to switch between screens, integrated comms, and multiple key send features. Highly recommended
Not found any issues to date and I have been using this now for several years, very easy for clients to install on a temporary or permanent basis
Helping me support my clients configure software, add value with support, and additionally, my own businesses when away from the office
Webbased or app based it is simple and fast. Excelente resolution. Super easy connection with web browser from any device. Can control my android devices. Incredible.
Does not have control panel for Android / PlayStore. Would be nice. But can use web browser in android.
Too expensive remote admin tools. This has a very good price and works ver good. With this tool the investment is small and it has all that i need do make remote admin easy.
Getscreen.me is fairly straightforward remote support software. Being web-based, I can login from any computer and start a support request, so I don't have to be on a specific computer with installed software. I have used Teamviewer (ridiculously priced for small businesses) and AnyDesk (very shady/greedy cancellation policy and heartless support) and have had great success with GetScreen.me instead.
One thing I still can't quite get is the ability for an ongoing client to have the software downloaded on their computer and each new session I can just give them a new code (instead of having to recreate the session). They say it is possible, so I have to play around with it more, but it isn't as "obvious" to set up as a new remote session. I would like more authenticator apps (Last Pass) possible for the 2FA.
GetScreen.me is an affordable Commercial Solution for Remote Support software. Compared to its competition, it has many of the same features at a more affordable (and less greedy of a company) price. Being web-based, you aren't "locked" into the computer you are using to access the software.
Great for teams and access control for different members. It's fast to install. Lots of features. It does take a little time to get used to, and I like that there are workarounds. Support chat does respond, so that's good too.
It says that you can be logged into the same computer at once, not really. Also at times it can lag super bad. However, once your team gets use to it there are work arounds that are nice.
It's a fraction of the cost of any other remote access tool, yet it is not limited to tools, options, or advanced features. I'm glad I purchased it. It has increased our team's ability to get things done.
