I've used lots of other solutions, this is a really easy platform to use, needs some adjustments. however really quick to use and work on, its browser-based so no need for any apps to download. The one-time access and permanent access are really easy to use, our customers are very happy with how the access works.
A little hard to use on an iPad, and support can be a little slow to respond but is helpful. Sometimes the app doesn't load first time when installing permanent access but a reboot resolved the issue. Overall good app.
Remote access for one-time support plus perm access, really simple to install. The screen recording is superb and really handy to share with customers.
Our team liked Getscreen.me since day one. It has one of the finest UI. Permanent Access is a breeze. Connecting to any PC (even a third party) is just a sharing of a link away. You share a link, they open and you are connected. That is something awesome. No asking to download anyone and telling code. Another feature we liked was the integration with innumerable Chat Support i.e. Tawk.to We also liked the Folder option. It is easy to categorise different remote desktops connection. An awesome app. Thanks to the Getscreen.me team.
So far everything is fine. We didn't find any downside so far with the Getscreen.me I am sure you will like very bit feature of this awesome app as compare to anything in the market i.e. Anydesk, Teamviewer.
Our Support team had to connect with the internal Desktops and also to clients' PCs on a regular basis. Getscreen.me solved several problems. It is super easy to connect to any PC now. This is something truly awesome. Just share the link and another person open the link and you are connected. It is super easy.

I am absolutely satisfied with Getscreen. Have even recommended it to customers. It runs clean and the quality of the stream is excellent. In addition, the speed and response of the system is an important point for me, where I have never had any problems.
