Very simple to use compared to many other platforms and also at very reasonable price.
Lack of integration with Linkedin Live. It should allow integrating with Linkedin live
Using it for doing webinars and generating leads in B2B environment
The most helpful thing GoTo Webinar provides is its ability to have smooth, reliable presentations and a must faster rate than face-to-face meetings. It also compares better than a competitor we used prior because it allows more attendees for a much better price!
Two things that I dislike about GoTo Webinar are the ability to use break-out session rooms and the ability to have multiple users be the super admins on an account.
GoTo Webinar is allowing my company to save money in travel expenses by hosting training webinars for our clients during the pandemic and beyond. We aren't as dependent on face-to face training and the worries of re-scheduling
Ease of use. Stability of the platform and long track record for delivering this type of service
Really not much, but would like to see the web based version match all of the features in the downloadable application version.
Ability to continue to provide professional education to our members without the staff time and expense of conducting live, in person events. The big benefit is being able to record our webinars and then sell these after the fact as on demand programs.
There are so many great things that we love about GoToWebinar. The first would be all of the features are given to us for a great price. As far functions, I love the simplicity of creating a webinar. An additional feature that I sold me was the fact that it records and saves internally for us.
I have been using the GoToWebinar platfom for over a year and I have not found anything that I dislike, that I am missing, or that I wish I had when I got to create webinars.
Our organization has been able to bring community presenters and speakers together, despite the pandemic, to provide mental health resources and tips to our families.
The Customer Service is what actually sold the service for me. During my 7 day trial, I sampled out the platform and needed some assistance. I called the customer service several times, during the Trial period, and they were very patient and happy to help. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate through any of my issues. I knew that if I had any problems with the software/platform that the Customer Service would be there to help. I was sold! And I Absolutely LOVE this platform for my business. It's easy to learn and to use. My students and customers are very happy with it too. We feel secure and at peace with having our meetings online. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a very professional way to present any information, classes, etc, online!! I love it ; )
What I dislike is the quality of the videos when I put them up on another platform, but I'm not sure how much that has to do with GoTo, it may be the other platform that is condensing them and they can become grainy. Other than that, I'm SUPER HAPPY with this platform.
The problem was my students are around the world and having local classes meant those who do not live in my area had to wait a few days to a week to get the information. This way, everyone is able to attend and the videos are ready within minutes!! I LOVE THAT PART! It has saved me so much time editing videos. Also, a huge benefit has also been the ability to charge for classes or to have them free, but still remain professional. I also LOVE the automatic emails!! I can't tell you how much time that has saved me too. It's just a very professional site and it has everything I was looking for.
When COVID-19 hit our community, all of our services for our families, including Parent Cafes, were put n hold because we could no longer meet in person. After researching and price matching other platforms and what they had to offer, GoToWebinar was our best option. From the beginning, even with longer wait times, their customer service representatives were and continues to be helpful by checking in and sending updates. Additionally, when we signed up, they made the process so seamless.
There has not been anything that we have been unsatisfied with.
We are able to meet virtually and securely through GoToMeeting. We are able to hold educational programs for our youth and families on mental health topics right from the comfort of our home.
Ease of use, simple control panel, excellent sound and video quality, ability to record and archive webinars, post-webinar analytiics.
I wish there were tools to market the webinar from within the platform.
Conducting customer training remotely. GoToWebinar helped us save the cost of hosting customers at our facilities while still conducting effective training. This was especially important during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
As the title states, I've hosted hundreds of webinars on GTW. We're at around 7 - 10 webinars, each month, and we also have dozens of on-demand webinars that we offer for our clients for enhanced training options. I like the fact that it's easy to set it up, it's easy to share with prospects, clients, etc. The email functionality that allows me to send emails, reminders, etc. to attendees. My biggest pro about GTW is the ability to host live webcast webinars. Which means prospects/clients don't have to download any plugins to be part of our webinar, that is a huge win for me; and well worth the price.
There are a couple things I've noticed about GTW that are pain points: 1) If you mass create a large webinar series that is reoccurring, and you want to delete the whole series, you can click on Delete, and it prompts the warning that it will affect them all. However, it actually doesn't. So you have to manually delete the entire series, one by one. Which is a tedious and long process. 2) There has been times that when an email goes out with the recording of the webinar, that the link is broken, so I have to resend an email with a video. 3) The login process is awful. They change their website nearly monthly, and we have a partially remote workforce, located across the country, so we have multiple people hosting webinars. However, you can't turn off a 2FA security protocol, which sends the email to a person, who might not always be around. I've seen workarounds for most of these things; however, they are clunky.
Ability to host training sessions, releases, meetings, etc. in bulk with our entire audience.
