"Powerful Software Package"
What do you like best about GreenRope?

The pricepoint, flexibility and adaptability of the software package crates a system of systems that can be adapted to any business. My team struggled to find a CRM solution that could fit our needs. Salesforce was the 800-pound gorilla with the pricing to match; however, we needed something more streamlined, better priced, yet full capability to take our company where it needed to go that could also be adapted to our business as we grew. GreenRope was the right answer. A conversation with the GreenRope CEO, Lars, put us on the right path to properly implementing the software suite and connecting with the right on-site trainer gave our team the confidence to execute the system to its fullest capability smartly.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

It could benefit from a more robust marketing template suite for its email marketing activities.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreenRope solved issues integrating our business development, sale, marketing and customer service support. Before, they were disconnected and non-coordinated; today, they are seamless and trouble-free.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

I like that GreenRope is a complete CRM with lots of features and functions to get the most out of contact relationships. The team behind GreenRope is eager to get you up and running. The system does require an initial investment of time to learn its awesome power if you want to get the most out of it. You to take the implementation in phases and plan your design and build stage carefully. It's is very cost-effective as it's based on the number of contacts and not users, so you can get your whole organization on board as users without having to decide who needs it most. Their amazing giving back program is one of a kind and is very generous, showing the human side Lars and the team bring to the world of CRM. Everyone in the team is willing to help and answers questions, and when you make suggestions for changes that can help you tailor the system to your CRM design requirements, they make the changes quickly and at no charge. Every day I become a better CRM Project Leader due to GreenRope, so professionally, I feel the benefit of being part of the GreenRope family!

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

The is not anything yet; I will update this review as I discover anything. I might say that I would like GreenRope to work on their mobile app; I think this needs an overall and looks dated and is not easy to use on a small screen, making it less attractive for updating contact data on the move. I have several colleagues who attend conferences and would like to use the App in their pockets to update contact records easily, so I hope anyone at GreenRope reading this review may consider this as constructive criticism to make GreenRope even more awesome in the 21st century.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contact Data Silos, Improving departmental and team efficiencies. We are creating a 360 view of contacts and their relationship to our nonprofit.

"Why Greenrope is the CRM of Choice for Small to Large Business"
What do you like best about GreenRope?

I have you many CRMs over the years and I have used Greenrope for over a decade. The reason I have tried and tested other CRM's such as Hubspot, Infusinsoft, Monkeymail and others is because I needed to know where I would get the most VALUE. And although I have let the other accounts lapse, I have never left Greenrope specifically for it's ease of use, value-added investment and most important the ENGAGEMENT I am able to have with m y list.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

There isn't anything to dislike other than the fact that I sometimes don't have access to the mobile app or a computer when I am on the road. This is usually my fault for forgetting my phone or not have a laptop immediately available.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to sell tickets to live events, follow-up with prospects and clients, run a fulfill campaign and most important I can text people and get in front of them faster.

GreenRope constantly educates its users on the latest marketing strategies and effective, efficient technologies that creates value and Green Dollars! Teaches us non-marketing experts how effective and simple it can be with a tool like GreenRope

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

Dislike the educational seminars are weekly, instead of daily.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am in various networking groups and chambers of commerce. Thus tracking current customers and potential customers has high priority and GreenRope takes care of that. Also being able to group my customers/network partners into their particular groups is great.

"Greenrope - the only CRM for us! "
What do you like best about GreenRope?

We have been very impressed with Greenrope's customer service! Their system is much more comprehensive than our modest non-profit could fully utilize at this time - meaning that not only are all of our needs met with Greenrope but their customer service has been 10 out of 5 stars. The offered training sessions were exactly what we needed to get familiar with our first CRM system - and their customer support has been more than willing to answer our 101 questions and even mold their system to meet our very specific needs! This by far has been the most important aspect of working with Greenrope. The personability offered is exactly what we desired when looking to help us move from manual tasking all projects into the automatization of them. We not only wanted to maintain our own personability with our students, but wished for a company that maintained that with us, which is exactly what Greenrope does everyday for us. Another important factor is Greenrope has proven they are willing to grow. When we have requested features be updated and created to support the overall offerings they have, they have worked with us every step of the way! Ha, and being from the Stone Age technologically, we could not be happier with our decision to follow our friends suggestion and give Greenrope a chance. For the cost, you receive much more than a fully optimized system. Even in the age of tech, we hold personal communication and customer service as a defining characteristic, one which Greenrope has nailed! We're looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company. Thank you Greenrope!

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

Some of the mobile functions have been tricky to use and are a little finicky for the user - however in all fairness this could be due to my inability to set it up correctly in alignment with my website as it is anything to do with GR.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Safari as my preferred browser. Greenrope used Google Chrome as their preferred browser. Greenrope works really well with Safari, and every now and then I hit glitches in Safari that I don't hit in Chrome. Greenrope is very good at addressing these glitches as I hit them.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

I really like that GreenRope has thought about how Sales and Marketing actually interact with the entire operations of a business. The customization capability as part of the package is amazing. Really allows you to tailor your CRM to your business. Can't say enough positive things about this solution!

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

Nothing, they thought of everything on this CRM. Would never go back to the "big name CRM" systems that nickle and dime you to death to build the CRM for real world use. They charge you for a "solution", then you have to keep paying for more and more pieces to actually make it work in the real world. Not with GreenRope. It is an all inclusive CRM.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional uses of a CRM, but what we've discovered is that the capabilities can tie other elements in such as operations, some accounting uses, video and document library that is easy to store and use. The list goes on and on.

Exceptional Customer Service. Great Product at an affordable price point for small business which makes them a true business platform.

None that I can think of. May be their UI can more cooler.

Integrating GreenRope with our online products, engaging our customers through newsletters, drip campaigns and customized journeys. Ability to track the effectiveness of your campaigns.
