1. plugs into my current tech stack for a turn key solution (ie, GoToWebinar, Zoom, Payment Processing, Video streaming) 2. modern and simple experience to navigate as a host and or attendee 3. the product roadmap is open to the public, highly innovative, and continue to push great enhancements

1. the bank transfers took awhile to understand and in the end we still saw unexpected fees which made us wish we increased our ticket price 2. reporting and analytics need more development; although they have a good amount of data, it's spread across multiple reports that live in different places s would like to see them combined into one data set.

HeySummit is an online event 'container' that gives you the fundamentals of hosting an event and enabling you to build out within your existing tech stack or purchase complimentary applications to get exactly what you need. You're not stuck in their one world; you have an open API network to plug into anything really. This helps us significantly reduce costs (#CheapAsChips), self-serve without the need for support or an Account manager, and provides a unified, seamless experiences from consideration to attendance.

It's a very comprehensive platform that has a ton of features for putting on virtual summits. It also can be useful for hosting webinars too. Support is responsive via live chat. I've suggested a few features and they have actually said "That's a great idea" and implemented them within a week. Awesome service.

No major issues. On occasion I've found some missing functionality that would be helpful - but - then they've said "That's a great idea" and either implemented it in a week, or added it to their roadmap.

HeySummit helps us manage, host, and stream virtual summits and webinars with >10k registrants per event. Doing events of this size can be a lot to manage. Other virtual summit and webinar platforms either: 1) don't have the functionality for hosting a virtual summit with multiple sessions in a day with a simple interface for registrants; or 2) are unnecesarily complicated and expensive. HeySummit is an easy-to-use, cost-effective platform that has tons of functionality. We found it was so effective of a platform that we ditched Zoom Webinars entirely and now host all of our webinars on HeySummit.
