Customer support is not 24/7. We have needed help after office hours.
It provides the services we need at a good price.
I called Lunar Pages because there was an issue with my web site not working and they were great at providing fast and effective solutions, I felt like I was being taken care of and they were happy to do it. One of the best customer experiences I've had!
There wasn't anything I disliked in my recent experience with Lunar Pages tech support.
My web site was suspended due to a malware problem. My website is so integral to my daily business function and they provided me with cost effective and efficient solutions to get it back up and running again. If I have problems in the future I know I can count on them to be my remedy rather than waiting for technical support from someone else.

super knowledgeable staff EVERY TIME I've called for help. That is a rare thing to find these days. I do not Appreciate an out of country call center and don't get the impression Lunar Pages uses that type of customer interaction.... SO Appreciate that....

mail hosting and web page hosting.....Like the title of my survey NOT So save`... I operate a handyman services. I don't have time to deal with mail or web hosting issues, Lunar Pages always has a solution if I have a problem
As a Lunarpages customer for well over a decade I can state without reservation that their service is second to none in terms of quality, reliability and responsiveness, and all at a fair and affordable price. And equally important, their technical support is first-rate.
There is really nothing to dislike. In the time that I used the service it has been almost flawless. Down time is virtually nil and technical support is timely and fully capable.

I've been a long-time customer because of the price. However, their customer & technical service has improved considerably (reduced hold times, motivated and efficient personnel over the past 9 months.
My dislikes appear to have been addressed. They were: long hold times for support and getting blacklisted because of some bad actors sharing the IP address of the shared hosting email servers. (not blacklisted in over 9 months now).
They host our email, FTP, and previously our website.
