It is very easy to implement especially considering the fact that it is used by peopl people on ground who has very limited skillset.

Can't think of any except reporting part, which wasn't in-built. However, this is sorted now and it has in-built report page.
Inventory accurancy was the biggest problem statement we had. Increff was a change of culture and brought in piece-to-piece accurancy. Additonally, bringing all marketplaces under increff reduced a lot of operational tasks.

Shallow inventory being the big issue for online player, Increff has solved the issue of showing the last unit inventory & making it sellable. Moreover, Reporting of Slow & fast movers gives a good insight for actionable to pull.

The Increff team is working towards fixing the problems and adopting advanced requirements. We saw a major problem from Marketplaces. Resolving this had taken minimal time by the Increff team.
Increff WMS is User friendly to use especially inventory management
Everthing is ok but Purchase order not generated in pdf and we are not able to send purchase order to supplier..
Currently we are on item level traceabliity.If there is any issues we are approaching in ticketing system and solution is faster..
Everything is in Assure, it is very easy to explain the process to anyone and it is easy for him. it's also very useful for inventory management you get every single item details in your software.
I hate errors at the time of uploading any file in assure like Reservations and cancel line items in outward pending orders, also in jasper errors at the time of any report exporting.
first in jasper please decrease the loading time at the time of report exporting. and please increase some servers to assure it's a little bit slow as per our work style

Cycle Count functionality needs to improve. In existing CC functionality, Cycle Count Reports are required on the Item code level. Currently, it is at the summary level.
Inventory Management and multiple marketplace order processing from a single platform are more benefit for us.
