I've been a lrimiym acccount holder with Instapage for about 8 years. They make building and maintaining dozens of pages easy as possible. I love the global blocks that update a block on dozens of websites from only one edit.
I wish the have the pricing they used to have 8 years ago.
I need a platform I can admit myself to tune in the content without engaging others who are more technical but don't understand my vision.
Instapage makes it very easy to make professional landing pages that convert at a very high rate. I love how much freedom you have to move things around design-wise instead of being locked into a template like other landing page builders. I also love the heat maps and the data you get back. Very good product.
I don't like that they limit you to 30 total pages. To get 60 pages, they double the price without any discount and make you pay a full year in advance. This makes agency owners like myself look to other platforms for various tasks. There should be an agency rate with unlimited pages (like ClickFunnels has). I would pay more for an agency rate, but I'm not willing to go 30 pages at a time paying a year in advance.
Instapage helps me quickly build professional landing pages for lead generation. It's easy to A/B test and duplicate pages for other offers. This helps me get strong results for my clients at scale.
It's easy to use. Really intuitive builder with all the tools I need to create landing pages for my clients. I love the integrations.
The price is a little high, but it's well worth it.
I'm a marketer, not a coder. Being able to design great looking pages with no code knowledge is perfect for me, and all the integrations available let me do every thing I need.
The user interface is very simple and easy to use.
Some cool features are blocked by pricing
Benefits are the ease of use and not needing to know code. No problems so far.
It's easy to use, very friendly platform for people like me who do not know much about web development; you can run a landing page in minutes!
It's an expensive platform; the price could be its major disadvantage
Landing pages easily and quickly make to run an ad campaign
I appreciate the ability to have different workspaces per client, individual data per workspace, experiments for pages, and different team member permissions. All of these make organization much simpler.
Sometimes I feel like the UI is not very streamlined. Additionally, the resources and advice provided by Instapage are usually geared toward in-house companies. I'm also not a fan of only the "owner" establishing workspaces. It's not scalable for large agencies.
The main issue we solved using Instapage was eliminating the need for hard-coded landing pages. Many years ago, that was how the company handled them. It was not cost-effective or scalable. Instapage has also lowered the bar of entry in regards to who can help work on the projects.
I love that I can make my landing pages look exactly like I want them to, without needing to use a limiting "point and build" builder. The designs end up pixel perfect, without restricting templates that look copy/pasted.
The truth is that Instapage is simply more expensive than other landing page builders. I could use the built-in apps that come with Kajabi, Squarespace, or Convertkit, but I'm very picky about design and I want complete customization. This has a cost.
I use Instapage for salespages, for email opt ins, and for webinar signup pages. Sometimes I require just a simple "above the fold" page, but other times I need a longer, full-fledged salespage with a ton of detail. I love Instapage for both.
The drag and drop design features make it easy and integrations with the major services.
Sometimes new features aren't explained well enought. The pricing is much higher than the competition.
The ability to build quick marketing pages for our Google ads.
