"Best CRM tool for entrepreneurs"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

LACRM is a great CRM tool and very reasonably priced at $10/month. It's layout is intuitive, the UI design is thoughtful and it's basically just a super elegant solution to helping small business owners manage your contacts in a very efficient and effective manner. But what REALLY makes LACRM standout from the crowd of CRM tools -- especially for those new to CRM tools -- is the awesome Support Team at LACRM. Tools are great, but it's the people behind the tools that build them and support them, that improve them, that are truly, in my view, even more important. LACRM has the best support team in the industry hands down. No one is close, in my humble opinion. The LACRM Support Team is highly responsive (typically responding wn/the hour in my experience), leveraging a tag-team approach, and very knowledgeable. If one particular support analyst does not know the answer they'll escalate to sr. management who will get you the answer. They really go the extra mile to be your partner -- which anyone starting or trying to grow a business knows how important it is to have genuine trusted partners in your corner to get your business off the ground. They know how to leverage the collective knowledge base of their team in a timely fashion so to get you the customer the answers you need when you need them. Who else does this? (not Insightly!, not SugarCRM, not Hubspot, not Salesforce, not Zoho! ) LACRM is a small business's dream (CRM) team/tool. In short, without LACRM there'd be a lot more stress (and cost$) in my life, and for that I am very thankful for their solution and their offering entrepreneurs like me an alternative solution to the Silicon Valley-based competitors that lack that human element, are over-priced and clearly are not focused on me or small businesses, but rather singularly/myopically are targeting the Fortune 500 clients, forgetting about the rest of us. Long live LACRM !!!

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Can the LACRM tool be improved? Sure it can, but I tried other CRM tools that are much much more pricey, offer more "bells + whistles," and yet they all fell short on delivering value commensurate with their absorbently increased pricing/extortion. Yes those other CRM tools are indeed very "annoying" -- not only in how they upcharge you for every little thing, and upcharge you based on the number of contacts you have, but for that pricing you'd expect to be able to have some tech/tool support beyond an online Q&A repository. Ridiculous. LACRM keeps it simply -- $10/mo. REGARDLESS of how many contacts you grow your CRM database to AND they are there for you with any'n all questions you can throw at them 24/7. What's not to like? This is sanity and the way it should be. This is GREAT customer support, and it reflects the culture leadership has cultivated at St.Louis-based LACRM. As they say, culture eats strategy for breakfast, any day.

"Great tool. Great price. Great team."
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I'm new to CRMs, so the easy-to-use format immediately attracted me! When I think of features I want and/or can't find: responses are fast - within hours! The team is always crazy helpful, no matter who "picks up the phone" and they are very open to feedback. The small fee charged per user is beyond reasonable considering the value of such a powerful tool and the cost of the competitors.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I have submitted this before and I'm assured (and believe) it's in the cue of changes to come: but the only feature I wish I could have is custom labels for fixed fields (such as phone numbers, etc, which are automatic fields in contacts/companies). Other than that, the tools provided in this CRM exceed our expectations for such a product!

What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We share sales responsibilities (one person isn't assigned each account). Collaboration on projects has improved ten-fold, as we can now see notes from other folk's conversations with the clients, etc. Our follow-up rates have improved greatly. Before LACRM, we weren't tracking properly so there was a lot of money lost in not properly doing sales. This also serves me as a brilliant time-management tool!

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Pricing and service far exceed anything I've used. LACRM squashes the financial industry CRM I used and does it at about 1/10th the price. Exceptional value!

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I have yet to discover anything I dislike. I wish LACRM were directly compatible with iCloud. Life ain't perfect. LACRM is close.

I feel I have a better handle and control over my business using LACRM. It keeps me organized and in control.

"Finally found a Simple to Use CRM that Specializes in Customer Contact Information"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Simple and Easy to use, great calendar function with email notifications, variety of ways to search for information on clients, excellent notes section, emails can be tagged to a client, software focuses on client contact not on goals, targets, sales forecasting & sales conversions. Exceptional service whether you use email or phone them directly. If you are looking for a CRM that specializes in client contact info, can create notes for follow up communication & client updating and a calendar function that reminds you what your next actionable steps are, then I would highly recommend Less Annoying CRM. I don't need all the extra bells and whistles that other programs offer and the cost that goes with those options. One important consideration for me was that their very reasonable pricing (cheap for what you get) allowed me to have several users under the same account for the same one low cost, no extra charges for extra users (how I have set it up in our company).

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

It doesn't have it's own email service provider built in. You have to use something else like Mail Chimp to send out newsletters or promotional emails. Would like to see more report functionality so I could fine tune how my reports are created & produced. Would like a better way to attach files and drawings to the appropriate clients because attachments will not carry forward when a email is tagged to a client.

What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better access and control over our growing client list. Better knowledge, because of the notes functionality, for follow ups. All client info can be accessed, reviewed/shared and updated by several internal users under one account. Putting all client info, from several branches, in one location.

"I LOVE LESS ANNOYING CRM"
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Their customer service. After spending hours with big companies, waiting to get help, answers or support in a crunch time, Less Annoying CRM feels like fresh air. If they don't actually answer the phone (rare) when I call, they get back to me right away and always make me feel like a priority customer even though I'm sure we are one of their smaller agencies. Their videos are short and to the point and there are no hidden costs for help, etc. Best of all, their team speaks my language (which is NOT tech). They are encouraging and listen better than any customer service dept. I've ever dealt with and they always solve my problems -- without making me feel stupid. They're great and I'd recommend them to anyone getting trying to establish a CRM.

They can't help me get my team to use it regularly. Figure that out and I'll buy it. LOL.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

When it comes to CRM, there are many tools but all are very costly. for small enterprises, license cost is too high but for medium organizations and small organisations,this is the best tool as it has all basic CRM functionality.some OOB functionality like uploading files for each future leads make it less stress as we don't have to search our email to find lead requirement.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Faced issue while integrating it will mail client like outlook. some graphs and reporting feature with custom definitions is also lacking but with a cheap price, it is worth it to make some adjustments as it is not hampering so much.

What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is very easy to configure and set up as compared to other larger CRMs.we can avoid conflicts between multiple clients(leads) while scheduling calls and agendas.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Very simple to use and very customisable. at it's basic level, it has the right amount of customisable options and 3rd party integrations. The support is really good and freindly. Email resposes are usually within the day and having a UK based phone number is a really handy bonus. The price point is perfect - you don't get penalised for growing and being successful. You only get charged per user - thast it.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The simplicity comes with it the fact that it lacks automation which will be massive improvement to my business. But I knew that when signed up to this, so it's not a failing - more of a suggestion. Being in the US, the time difference shortens the contact time, but their response time is great and having the uk phone number is a relief.

What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping my contacts synced with Google, so all access on my devices. This way, i can give staff access without giving them access to my Google account.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I have been utilizing the Less Annoying CRM for all of my contracts for the past 4 years and I love it! I call it my second memory. It allows me to link individual email and Mail Chimp email communications to the system for ease of tracking conversations and provides so many other features at a great value. Having worked with other CRM systems that are very costly and not very user-friendly, the LACRM is a welcomed addition to my daily planning and workflow.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

N/A. While it doesn't offer every detailed feature the higher priced CRM's offer, it is an excellent support system for the amount of monthly investment.
