The ease of use of the calendar feature.
Would be great to have a dedicated ios app
Customer followups are way easier with LACRM; my team and I are way more organised with the notes and leads features available.
I've worked in software development for 20+ years and have never encountered such an intuitive and user-friendly application like LACRM. It was so easy to learn to use, required minimal training. It has provided instant business results for our sales team, who have nothing but positive things to say about it. The application does a great job tracking contacts. Additionally, it is super easy to add custom fields, run reports and integrate with Outlook or Google Calendar. After many years of supporting sales teams, this is the first application that has received nothing but positive response form users. They were quick to adopt and now use LACRM throughout their day. Highly recommend this application!!
If I could change one thing, it would be expanding capability of user defined field features.
We now have a single location for all contacts and a method to not miss out on appropriate follow-ups. From a management perspective we now have invaluable information to stay informed on the activity and productivity of our sales team
The software is easy to use and doesn't require a class to be able to get a handle on it. It's self explanatory and inexpensive. It allows you to do so much (upload docs, notes, client data, etc...) to be able to deliver a great experience to your client base. I've used other CRMs in the past and this is top notch. Furthermore, anytime you have a question or an issue, the staff is prompt at responding which is a big plus.
It doesn't have a two factor login, which is critical nowadays because one worries about security breaches. Another improvement that can be done to the CRM is adding workflows for repetitive tasks. This would save a lot of time as we constantly repeat the same/similar tasks for a client.
The biggest benefit is knowing that the software allows me to monitor and track my client's data. It makes me look like a genius when I remember a conversation from a year ago, a birthday or other intimate details about a client. It saves me a lot of time and money by allowing me to be more effective in my practice.
The most helpful aspect of Less Annoying CRM is that it is Less Annoying. It is so intuitive that it truly makes my life easy. I feel spoiled. I have used very "sophisticated" CRMs for 20 years. I hated them, I hated training staff to use them, I hated paying the bills. I LOVE LESS ANNOYING CRM!!! Plus, the support is fantastic!!
The biggest drawback to Less Annoying is the lack of integration with LazerApp which is my forms program. Additionally, there is no dialing function in this CRM.
However, the biggest problem solver is the ease of the Calendar. My assistant and I can share a Calendar with ease, and it is updated immediately. field Customization is also very good and fleible as well.
Less Annoying CRM is a fantastic CRM for small businesses. It is easy to understand, has an intuitive lay out, includes amazing tutorials and the option to speak to a real person to ask any question and get help when needed. You do not need to be extremely tech savvy to get the most out of it. It is extremely affordable and a true asset for staying organized in my business.
I chose not to upload my clients and contacts from a spreadsheet, so the set up was a bit time consuming. Besides that, I haven't found anything I truly don't like.
I am able to track my leads, track the progression of my clients, keep detailed notes about each client and stay organized with a color coded calendar. The tasks keep my daily productivity up because I know what I need to be focused on each day, and the email and text reminders for appointments and calendar items are extremely helpful. It is portable when I travel and has eliminated the need for multiple calendars and post-it notes to keep track of everything.
I love the reminder feature for client follow up as well as the ability to build pipelines for business activities!!

We upload client notes in their profile and this saves us a ton of time trying to access files when we speak back with clients!! We also love the auto email logging feature for us to locate prior email conversations
I like the seamless integration of LACRM across my laptop and all my mobile devices.
I'd like to see more data flow to the calendar. For example, I'd like to be able to set a calendar reminder to notify me of upcoming service anniversaries for my employees.
As a small business owner, I use Less Annoying CRM not only for tracking customers, but also to manage vendors, colleagues, employees, and personal acquaintances. It is also especially helpful in tracking applicants for positions in my organization. At a glance, I can see a candidate's status in the application process, including application submission, interview scheduling, decision communication, and onboarding.
Less Annoying CRM is exactly what I need to get organized and stay connected with my clients. Their customer service is top notch!

Keeping all of my client and prospect contact data organized is huge. And, I love being able to add reminders to follow-up.
LACRM is easy to use, provides all the features I need to manage my customer data (1,500+ customers) and my timely outreach to them. The LACRM team is responsive and implements suggested improvements quickly when they've qualified them. I've researched other management systems and I've come to the conclusion that LACRM provides necessary & functional tools without overloading their customers with a bunch of unnecessary bells & whistles. LACRM is very reasonably priced and has become an indispensable part of my business.
I'll have to get back to you on that.....There's nothing I can think of right away.

I like the fact that you can add custom tabs that are specific to your business needs.
That occasionally it double posts on my calendar from pulling from emails to clients and me adding them manually.
Client tracking for leads.
I have never used a CRM before and someone recommended you to me. The introductory tutoring is incredible, thorough and so easy to navigate that a baby (like me) could do it. And the support doesn't quit! I kept getting offers of additional training or support directly from my favorite support lady. I love Less Annoying!
Excel printout would not display all information.
Marketing to the metro Detroit area, I had hundreds of contacts and Less Annoying was so easy to construct to my industry.
Having all my working schedule presented to me, with all notes and correspondence with my customers available at the click of a mouse is a real bonus.
Minor limitations on the mobile version compared to the full site is a little annoying. For instance, no link to the customer notes from the event page. Also, not being able to link texts to a customer in the same way you can with email.
Following up leads in a systematic way. Keeping all the notes in one place. Being able to assign dates with reminders to follow them up in the future.

I have been able to customize the CRM for various lines of business. This has allowed me to make sure all of my prospects and clients are being followed up with in a timely manner and nothing drops through the cracks.
The learning curve was a little steep. I had to start over a couple of times. I did find the solution to this is calling in for help. The follow up and ideas provided have been excellent.
Designing a work flow for prospects and clients has allowed me to reduce time spent and quickly determine where I need to focus my attention to process business quickly.
It really is 'less annoying', I find it really easy to work around and if I do have any questions support is available.

Less Annoying CRM does everything I need it to do keep track of all of my customers and prospects with no hidden add-on fees. Need a user, add one, done with that user, remove it.

Been with LACRM 6 years and am not going any where else: Consistently great, personalized service! from reps that care about people. These reps are also knowledgeable and anticipate needs. I also love the fact that in 6 years I have seen continual growth in the robustness of their CRM as well as integration!!! BRAVO LACRM!!! Love the ease and simplicity of the CRM and feel I can teach it to new reps!
What I used to dislike 6 years ago is no linger an issue because they already had it in their sites to correct. I would like to see more data and group disgregation potential and ease. Particularly with report generation.
I'm basically a one man operation and love the fact that I can tailor-make the CRM to my unique issues. Loved the fact that it integrates with Google and Mailchimp.
I love LACRM because it is very simple to use and has everything our business needs. All at a very low cost to our company. Being a small company we don't want to pay large fees for features we won't use. I love the repeating feature on the calendar. I love the Pipeline features, group features and the activity documentation.
I haven't really found anything that I dislike regarding this product.
I can group clients with certain companies. It helps with annual reviews.
