We like that it is easy to learn and use. It gives you a tutorial on how to use it properly and most efficiently. As well as being completely affordable.
Nothing so far. We like this platform and will continue to use it.
We have solved the issue of not having to pay insane monthly subscription fees in order to use a CRM.
Makes things less annoying and easy to use
The inputting process can get a little messy and the support still hasn't been able to fix the issue from a year ago so I've manually been fixing the it.
Staying up to date on how long it's been since working with a client.
You can assign different people different tasks, as well as assign contacts to specific people.
Sometimes the email reminders get annoying if you know whatis already going on for that day.
Keeping organized is great, and your tasks are separate from everyone elses!
What I like best about Less Annoying is the ease of use and the fact that several of us can use the system all at the same time. It is effortless to enter new clients' information and to enter further information. Of course, access to information on any platform is also a big plus when we travel away from the office.
So far, we have not found anything that we have not liked about Less Annoying, but we haven't fully explored all the features it offers.
We have not experienced any problems with Less Annoying to date. The benefits have been streamlined organization and communication between our staff members.
Cost, ease of use, ability to customize to my preferences
there is nothing to dislike about LA CRM. If you want more features outside of those included, either make your own workaround or accept paying more. I did that, and switched to LA CRM.
The solved problem is keeping all of my customers across multiple host companies in one place. So much easier to manage and sell. And I also use the host company CRM, which is very strong but unique to the company.
Very easy to use and beautifully organized
It would be helpful if I was able to designate certain days as non-working days so that those days would be skipped over when creating recurring events.
I have found a software to organize hundreds of clients and schedule them efficiently and quickly, as well as to save notes and tasks pertaining to each client
The link to MailChimp makes it easy to add a new contact. Also, the email link to populate the contact is excellent.
I have no real complaint with the CRM. The only thing that it doesn't import from Mail Chimp is the phone # and company. It would be good if it did.
Good tracking of tasks makes follow-ups easier.
Having all my client data in one place, alerts, lead and process management. I am less likely to miss deadlines and more likely to be proactive. Your customer service is the best.
New contact records default to business values. I have to change everything to personal/home for my B to C business No integration to Microsoft ToDo or Outlook tasks

Very simple to use and very customisable. at it's basic level, it has the right amount of customisable options and 3rd party integrations. The support is really good and freindly. Email resposes are usually within the day and having a UK based phone number is a really handy bonus. The price point is perfect - you don't get penalised for growing and being successful. You only get charged per user - thast it.
The simplicity comes with it the fact that it lacks automation which will be massive improvement to my business. But I knew that when signed up to this, so it's not a failing - more of a suggestion. Being in the US, the time difference shortens the contact time, but their response time is great and having the uk phone number is a relief.
Keeping my contacts synced with Google, so all access on my devices. This way, i can give staff access without giving them access to my Google account.
The simplicity. Less Annoying CRM has everything we need without a bunch of clutter of things we do not. It is perfect for our company.
No dislikes, it covers everything we need perfectly.
Keeping track of interactions with our clients, equipment serial numbers, scheduled meetings. It has been very beneficial since implementation in early 2016.
