I barely needed the help section as it's pretty intuitive to use. That's a big plus. Also the live support was excellent. They answered the phone in two seconds. I'm not used to reaching a live person so quickly! This tells me that they actually care about helping their customers. So to the team at LACRM, thank you! P.S. I like that Zapier has been added to LACRM. This will save me time later.
I'm still new to it, but so far I haven't found any downside. If you need a ton of features in your CRM, this may not be for you. It's a simpler system, which is why I chose it. The "less is more" philosophy suits me.
Being able to track when I last spoke with someone and what we discussed. Also being able to run a query for follow up, etc.
Easy to navigate - always only one to two quick clicks away from anything I need. Clean layout and platform.
Nothing I dislike yet. Just starting to dive into more reports and curious to see how that goes, but super happy with how everything goes into the system.

The pipelines are 100% customizable to fit our business. The shared calendars make booking meetings with associates easy. LACRM has all the features we need without a huge price tag and with no hidden fees. Customer support is amazing!
Tasks and task assignment needs some beefing up. Add more features and more tracking. Assign to a 'team' not just an individual. Track who assigned the task and notify them of completion and/or status.
We are a very busy, very small HR firm. With 10 people going their different ways, it's nice to be able to see the status of each and every project. Things are falling through the cracks any longer!
Less annoying CRM is easy to use and keeps all my information organized and easy to read. I apprecite being able to ask questions by the customer service team and get actual helpful responses.
I do stil wish there was a way to re arrnage tasks within a task. There has been a few instances when I would have liked to be able to gorup certain things together within one task calendar.
Im not exactly sure but it makes keeping all relevent information for clients and our business in one spot.
It keeps me laser-focused on tasks and meetings, allows for easy logging of all client histories, and does so with the friendliest dashboard I've encountered.

I have been lucky enough to have been using Less Annoying CRM(LACRM) for 4 years. It offers our small business a lot for a very reasonable price. 1. It can be set up to send all your LACRM contacts to an iPhone. 2. Has lots of customization to collect the exact data you need. 3 Calendar integration. 4. Task lists and pipelines can all be color coded and customized. 5. Customizable dashboard is great. You can put the information you want onto your landing page with little ease. 6. Remote access from a phone and any other internet-connected pc. I find it vital for my work and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great CRM.
Some integration issues. It does not have some of the connectivity that some of the high-end CRM's offer. That being said it offers 95% of what significantly more expensive CRM's offer. The ease of customization makes any of these connectivity issues irrelevant.
It keeps my sales leads and follow-ups well organized. I mostly use it to keep my sales pipeline flowing smoothly. Tasks, follow-ups and sales reminders are all easy and customizable.

As advertised, fully customizable CRM without clutter. I tried some of the more expensive CRM's and my database was a mess with impertinent details, garbage and I spent more time cleaning junk than being productive. This literally takes all of that out. You build a CRM database that works for you and makes you productive. Super happy with this in every way.
I'd love an phone app but honestly if it would make it more messy like the big CRM's then forget it

Some fields are uneditable. Not a big problem but can make some contact pipelines crowded.
As a small business mostly remote, it was difficult for all team members to be on the same page. This CRM has allowed us to improve efficiency
Less Annoying was so easy for me to pick up and use. Very intuitive. I think the tool is very well thought out. The most impressive thing about Less Annoying is the customer service. The team is very responsive and answers my questions thoroughly.
I can't think of a downside to using Less Annoying.
Less Annoying makes it easy to organize information so that it's easy to find when needed.
The customer service is the best I've ever seen. They'll send you a personalized video showing you how to do something - and the same day.
I don't like the part of the interface where hovering over a selection in the sidebar is different from when clicking on the sidebar. Maybe it just takes time to get used to.
Keeping my contacts organized and syncing to Mailchimp to send out newsletters.
The most helpful is being able to export your leads to the CRM pretty seamlessly. I also love the cost, especially being a new business.

The CRM is allowing me to keep track of all the information I need to keep track of for my business. Organization is key in running a successful business and Less Annoying CRM is doing just that.
I have been able to branch out to enjoy the use of the pipelines and groups.
I wish there was a way (and there might be) to have my groups highlighted in my workspace.
Less Annoying CRM is helping our business organize our prospective client base in particular. We have been able to break down our prospects with groups and fields and can keep track of in what ways we keep contact with them.
Someone is always available to help answer questions.... although once you get started..... there are hardly any questions.
Lack of an easy-to-use Find feature. For example, I have scheduled our forklift to be serviced 3x per year. But.... I forgot when I had scheduled it for.... And.... it took some looking to find the event (end of February, end of June and end of October)
Besides calendar and scheduling, we use the Groupsin the Contact Manager to organize our routes.
Less Annoying CRM is simple and straighforward. While we have dealt with many CRMs in 25 years of sales management, LACRM provides the most straight forward, accessable platform we have seen. The customization options make it fit our business and our sales reps find it easy to access and execute on a daily basis. This CRM helps us run our business; it does not make us a servant to the system. It provides the tools we need to have visibility and make smart, quick decisions on projects and track our progress. Given today's market, speed to close is a priority. This system gives us the information in a concise view that makes moving forward the best option.
Having reports easier to access would be a benefit. While we customize the fields, likely making the reports more difficult to gather, if there was a way to pull information in a more concise manner that would beneficial.
We are able to make decisions quickly on a project by project basis. With other CRMs, there were so many moving parts. There is such a thing as too much information and having sales reps complete so much detail with no real payback was frustrating. Sales reps would lose engagement as opposed to knowing that their entries were useful and have impact on daily basis. With LACRM, we have a system that provides the high level metrics we need to undertand how to move forward quickly. Our sales reps see immediate impact on their bottom line. Their engagment with the tool shows results. Ultimately sales reps execute what they get paid for and this tool can provide that incentive.
I come from a background of CRM's that end up being binned after two months because you need a degree to work it and a master's to keep in the loop and stay on top of it - with LACRM it is really easy Like everybody else says - yes the support is better than any other system I have been involved with calls and emails get answered - I'm in the UK and if I leave an email in the evening there is always an answer in the morning!

Keeping track of multiple pipelines at different stages and helping to keep customers real and as individuals not just another number - as well as making certain opportunities arent missed

Less Annoying CRM is an incredibly easy to use, yet sophisticated platform with many functions that have helped me be more efficient and organized with my book of business. The staff has always been accessible for questions and have provided very prompt and clear guidance.

I no longer have to manage a messy spreadsheet, I have (finally) migrated to using an electronic calendar, and all of my client materials are now stored within the CRM (vs paper files!). In sum, LACRM has simplified my life.
