Lever makes recruiting such an efficient process. It gives quick visibility into feedback from multiple people to collaborate and communicate more quickly. With hiring, you have to be efficient. Lever is a product must-have for anyone looking to build and scale a team. It eliminates a lot of manual processes and saves me tons of time!
Lever allows for a great amount of customization, which is why we chose it over other out of the box solutions. We are over a year into our contract, and it gets better with each new release. As a TA leader, the reporting tool, including the enhanced LTI has been a game changer for drilling down on inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Lever is not a complicated tool to use, but you do need to have a good idea of what you want to accomplish with it in order to use it to it’s maximum potential. For me, I would rather take the time to set it up the way that works best for our department, than be limited by an out of the box, completely pre-configured package.
We have automated several time consuming value added tasks, including internal communications, auto tagging of profiles for various workflows, and tracking and processing employee referral bonus payouts.

Lever is the most sophisticated applicant tracking and candidate relationship management system that I have used. What I like best about the product is its ability to house easily accessible candidate information, seamless integrations with other platforms, robust reporting, and the company's willingness to upgrade the software with new and innovative features constantly. In addition, our implementation specialist, Ally, was of tremendous value in bringing Lever to life within our organization. We would not have been able to complete the migration without Lever's incredible support teams.
Lack of customizability in setting interview stages and archive reasons. However, this is a feature that will be rolled out in the next system update. There are also some infrequent bugs with the Zoom integration when scheduling video interviews with other team members.
The main problem we are addressing with Lever is the lack of transparency that our current recruitment process has. Lever makes it easy for hiring managers and recruitment teams to track pipeline statuses of candidates, funnel health, and measurable KPIs to better equip our teams in reiterating our recruitment workflow.
We wanted something that could be implemented quickly and easily, it was also important that the price made sense given the current stage of the company. I found that the system is intuitive and allows us to keep track of candidates via the CRM core feature. Our implementation specialist, Katie, was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. There are numerous help articles that were created that I reference frequently. This is helpful when I forget how to navigate to a feature or when I want to learn best practices.

This product is built as a CRM so each candidate only has one profile which eliminates multiple applications for the same person who might apply to different jobs. It makes keeping track of them much easier and seeing their full history.
The Zoom integration is only at an enterprise level and each person needs their own Zoom account. When it was introduced we were under the impression it was included with the price.
Scheduling and managing candidates has become much easier. We used to have people slip through the cracks and their reminder icon on the main dashboard is incredibly helpful.
