The price is right: cost-effective solution for conferences and Webinars
The registrations reports is not easy to export
A better pricing on Conference Software
This works reliably and without hassle. The best part is how reasonable this software is for the value it creates in my business. Everyone deserves to have reliable webinar software, but it should not be ridiculously expensive.
Some of the interactive registration pieces are not fully baked, but this is an evolution, and I feel
I am able to present to small and large audiences simply and without hassle. The cost to benefit has been off the charts for me.
1) Ability to quickly change between screen layouts and various recording layouts 2) Cloud Recording 3) No external app needed to access it its purely browser based 4)Whiteboard 5)Breakout rooms 6)Quick live stream to Facebook,YouTube
1) It shows location of users and the meeting organizer which cannot be disabled anywhere this gives a bit exposed feel. 2) Pricing is costly for some features
During lockdown we were looking for some very quick system to help put our sessions online and live webinar was life saver, it helped us quickly put altogether on meet with minimum resources and no external apps. This was something which we loved the most
LiveWebinar has a TON of features. It's really great to have so much at your disposal in a single tool. There's a convenient Instant Meeting feature; there's the Brand tool that lets you quickly adjust the appearance of the webinar interface; there's a bunch of different screen layouts; pop-up questions/polls; and so many small tools within.
I think the interface could be a bit more modern. It feels a bit outdated; which isn't a massive issue for the visitor's experience, but I think the administrator today is more used to a modern feel of online applications. This is somewhere they're lacking a bit.
I run webinars sporadically, as well as some running automatically on a set schedule ("evergreen"). LiveWebinar has helped me accomplish both consistently. I've tried other tools but mostly, they didn't exactly do what I needed, or they required an unreasonable license fee for my use needs (fairly low; but a certain few features being important).
I have used other webinar platforms and evaluated several different options before deciding to go with LiveWebinar. I couldn't believe how robust it was for the price. I really like the share tools within the platform like the ability to share a YouTube video during a webinar. This was a feature we were looking for specifically. This tool has a lot of the same capabilities as other webinar tools that are more expensive which is a big plus. I like the ability to have attendees wait in a waiting room because a lot of the time people join webinars early. The chat feature is very helpful as well. The ability to create a private chat with presenters is helpful. I like that you can add your own branding to your webinars. There are a lot of areas where you can change colors if you want.
The integration with HubSpot doesn't seem to work all the time but their support team is diligent in trying to fix the issue. It's a big plus that it even integrates with HubSpot because the registration process becomes more efficient and automated. I wish there was a way to live chat with support or call a phone number to resolve issues faster.
We needed a reasonably priced webinar tool that allowed us to share video during the webinar. We just recently purchase and have only conducted two webinars using the platform but both were a success.
I use LiveWebinar to put on both paid and free online classes. The features included are fantastic for the price. Gives you full control over your participant's interactivity and setting up for each webinar is super easy!
The platform can feel a little outdated so it can feel a little clunky compared to zoom and other webinar options. An update to the interface would be fantastic so it doesn't feel like I'm using a windows XP. But this is more about the look a feel rather than functionality because it works perfectly!
it provides a safe a secure place for me to put on both paid and free online classes. One great features is the ability to only allow those that signed up for my class to enter the classroom so I don;t have to mess around with admitting the right people.
I love being able to connect with my coworkers and view their presentations. Everything is interactive, so it gives everyone a hands-on feel, which is especially helpful given the current world climate. Presentations are given seamlessly and I think it helps us all feel more productive since we can receive instant feedback from our colleagues, as well as take their suggestions/concerns.
I haven't come across anything that I dislike about LiveWebinar. So far everything has worked perfectly and I've really enjoyed interacting with my colleagues thanks to this product.
The major problem would be since everyone is working from home, it was difficult at first to feel connected the way we felt in our office setting. LiveWebinar has helped solve this problem since we are all able to once again interact with one another and view our presentations.
All of the feature and functionality of it's competition for a one-time fee.
Nothing of note. Would like to have a few of the higher-tiered features (like branding) in the lower tiers as well.
I am able to reach a distanced and disparate audience with live and recorded sessions
