No need to download, multilingual chat, instant meeting creation, knowing where the are connecting from
Not easy to work in iphones (only works in chrome browsers)
We used it in a multilingual chat and in a multi country event to share local streamings
The simplicity of the tool and awesome added extras to make our meetings more engaging
Nothing, I had a question which the support resolved for me instantly! Amazing Customer Support team!
The ability to collaborate, particularly with the whiteboard! with my team across the world!
One of the BEST things is the use of WebRTC- which means participants on even sketchy or "hotel" type connections can still fully participate in your webinars without annoying interruptions. Some of my favorite features are the Multiple Language support, intuitive interface, lots of helpful tips built into the UI.
There is no trouble ticketing system at last check, so in the rare instance when you do have an issue, you may have a waiting time of up to a couple of days- though I have had inquiries answered within minutes. Most replies took a day or longer. The lack of a ticketing system is not a complaint of the software or the company. The fact is, the software is so slick that the need for support is rare.
This software has allowed us to easily have live instructor-led events which are up to four hours long and with hundreds of participants. We tried using Vimeo for the same sort of events, and Vimeo could not meet our needs when it came to features such as chat, interactive polls, and whiteboards. Livewebinar.com did all these things and more with no special skills needed by our staff.
LiveWebinar is simply, multi functional platform to making advacend webinars and online meetings. Most intuitive, most multifunctional tool.I appreciate great support and contact with support before and after sales process.
I don't see any reasons to complain about this tool.
The most important benefit for me is the ability to conduct online training, participant data management, online work, rooms. It fully meets my expectations.
LiveWebinar has a ton of useful tools inside - from breakout rooms and chats to whiteboard and file storage, so it's perfect as tool for online classes. I think that the whiteboard is especially useful - all meeting attendants can use it so it's almost like a real class. The call quality during meetings is splendid as well, there are no lags and or sound delays either.
You need to spend a longer while to learn where are the most useful features located - the interface is a bit confusing at first - I had to keep notes on where are the features I need. Maybe a bit more detailed onboarding with info on how each features works and how can you use would be helpful for first-time users?
I use LiveWebinar during language classes.
I love how simple and straightforward and intuitive LiveWebinar is. I also love that it's not hackable like Zoom is! The interface is clean, professional, not too active or fancy or trendy - it works very well for business settings. The UI is very intuitive and I LOVE the flexibility & features. It's quite literally got everything you'd want (other than remote control, but that use case is very specific, and not for webinars) The quality of streaming is decent - it's not like I'm creating a professional production - and it makes for NO lags, which is great. Zoom is still laggy while I've had no issues with LiveWebinar. I've not tested it with more than 5 people, but I can say with confidence that the platform has given me no reason to contact customer service, so I know the tech can scale. (With other platforms, if I have to contact Customer Service, that indicates issues later on when scaling - this is tried & true for me for years)
The only issue initially was my clients not knowing how to activate their It seems a bit glitchy on mobile/table, from the client side, but I wouldn't know as I use only on desktop. No remote desktop control after a year of waiting.
I mostly use LiveWebinar for 1x1 & team calls, but I will be using to run live private webinars. I won't be using it to run evergreen webinars, thought it has that feature. If I didn't have another platform running an evergreen webinar, I'd use LiveWebinar to keep it all in one tool.
I'm a computer graphic designer by profession, so I appreciate the opportunity to discuss projects with my clients, which is possible thanks to the screen sharing function. The possibility to embed the app on my website is great, as it helps me promote my brand. In just a couple of months I've seen a huge increase in connections, the number of clients, attendance and more.
I couldn’t find any major bad things about LiveWebinar, but I would appreciate if they would add the possibility to brand emails in standard packages. Besides that it works great!
The evergreen webinar feature (creator, maybe?) turned out to be very useful, thanks to which I can share recordings of my past webinars. Participants register for them like for live events and thanks to integrations with marketing automation tools I have them in my contact database, simply genius!
First of all, the ease of use, I don't know if it's because of my love of technology or its interface, but I could immediately see how to use certain functions. If I want to meet with someone, all I have to do is send them a link. I like the dynamics of this process. Click and you're done! And the person on the other side does not have to install anything, so this is also a plus.
I know that some people who aren't so familiar with technology may have a problem with enabling some features, I see the space for a few simplifications, but this is a rather small thing.
It's nice that there are different templates, like the meeting or webinar interface, and that you can change the room layout as you wish. It depends on the meeting you're having, I use the meeting template for business meetings and webinar mode is useful for team meetings.
Ease of use and contact with support. I've had few emergencies and the LiveWebinar support helped me to avoid accidents on my webinars. They are very helpful and respond quickly. The tool itself meets my needs sufficiently.
No possibility of customization of email invitations/notifications.
If you run sales webinars or advertise your products and services this tool will be useful for you. I know about it from a colleague.
I love being able to connect with my coworkers and view their presentations. Everything is interactive, so it gives everyone a hands-on feel, which is especially helpful given the current world climate. Presentations are given seamlessly and I think it helps us all feel more productive since we can receive instant feedback from our colleagues, as well as take their suggestions/concerns.
I haven't come across anything that I dislike about LiveWebinar. So far everything has worked perfectly and I've really enjoyed interacting with my colleagues thanks to this product.
The major problem would be since everyone is working from home, it was difficult at first to feel connected the way we felt in our office setting. LiveWebinar has helped solve this problem since we are all able to once again interact with one another and view our presentations.
Currently I'm working on the custom version of this software and I appreciate that its so flexible and offers so many individual solutions. LiveWebinar has advanced options allowing me to design sessions from scratch - from personalized room layouts to hosting meetings under my own domain. Moreover, I can always count on their support team - these guys are very helpful and ready to answer all questions.
I am a demanding client but can't find any cons.
I had previous experiences with similar software and LiveWebinar is way above average. Love their individual approach, wide range of features and ease of use. This platform really improves my workflow!
the best part of the HTML5meeting is the quality and clearness of the audio and video in the meeting, and in the middle of the meeting it will never lags and gives you the best outcome/result, in the point of the security it is one of the reliable product.
Their is no dislike about the HTML5meeting, but they can provide more option for the screen sharing.
We are using this product for the business communication and for knowledge sharing, even we can share the work related presentation and also share the screen with just one click which is quite user friendly. we can also share the work related video over the HTML5meeting even we can share the youtube video also.
I like that it is browser-based and easy to use. I don't have to update the software constantly.
I use link shorteners for my webinar links. Livewebinar does not allow link cloaking. It will be nice to have that.
The connection may be weak and intermittent at times. I have given feedback to LiveWebinar about this and they have improved the connectivity.
We were happy to find out that LiveWebinar works with both desktop and handheld devices without downloads and is fully compatible on all browsers. Live streams look great also on other platforms and can be recorded in HD for re-use or even evergreen purposes and the whiteboard has been really helpful. We even broadcast video's during webinars and presentations, so it covers most if not all our needs.
It took some time to get to know all steps and integrations to make full use of LiveWebinar, though after a week or so, feels like easy and straightforward.
During and before Covid we organised online trainings, workshops and presentations as well as one-to-one meetings (we did with up to 5 people) to discuss and have meetings online.
The webinar is easy to use and most importantly no need to download anything
it would be nice if can multiple window so that can adjust the size of video & the presentation
love it that it can easily be used to create webinar
All of the feature and functionality of it's competition for a one-time fee.
Nothing of note. Would like to have a few of the higher-tiered features (like branding) in the lower tiers as well.
I am able to reach a distanced and disparate audience with live and recorded sessions
That it wasn´t necessary to download a program and it was light for the internet connection my students had
I could not share videos from my computer
To have classes with no time limit as it is in zoom. Also, the use of the internet is lighter than google meet
I can upload slides instead of having to share the screen.
in the cloud where I can't record to my computer.
I am presenting to large audiences 200. I can present slides and my video on. I like the break out rooms.
I have used other webinar platforms and evaluated several different options before deciding to go with LiveWebinar. I couldn't believe how robust it was for the price. I really like the share tools within the platform like the ability to share a YouTube video during a webinar. This was a feature we were looking for specifically. This tool has a lot of the same capabilities as other webinar tools that are more expensive which is a big plus. I like the ability to have attendees wait in a waiting room because a lot of the time people join webinars early. The chat feature is very helpful as well. The ability to create a private chat with presenters is helpful. I like that you can add your own branding to your webinars. There are a lot of areas where you can change colors if you want.
The integration with HubSpot doesn't seem to work all the time but their support team is diligent in trying to fix the issue. It's a big plus that it even integrates with HubSpot because the registration process becomes more efficient and automated. I wish there was a way to live chat with support or call a phone number to resolve issues faster.
We needed a reasonably priced webinar tool that allowed us to share video during the webinar. We just recently purchase and have only conducted two webinars using the platform but both were a success.
Livewebinar has a lot of features like permanent meeting rooms, which I integrate with other tools via URL, as well as reliable recording facilities.
My guests and meeting attendees find the UI a little complex, but I am ok with it now.
At the moment, I mostly use it for podcast recording and as a zoom alternative. I've also run webinars in the past.
