Mercury Pricing Overview

Great UX, easy to use, powerful tool, tha app and the web are awesome, I'm liking a lot the service. Just started a few months ago but I'm loving it

Nothing I dislike for the moment, everything its working perfect.

Expense management, credit cards for empoyes

It was super easy to get started. We needed a new bank account as one of our Enterprise customers could not send money to our other bank account (for some reason that I couldn't figure yet). So quickly got onboarded on Mercury and the whole process was smooth and easy. And once in everything I needed was right on my fingertips.

Wish they offered a credit card right away too. Other financial products (like RBF) are not super connected.

Keeping a tab on our businesses expense was not easy before Mercury. Once we centralized all our revenue/spend on Mercury it was easy to check on our cashflows. Also creating different cards for different orgs made things easier.

I love to use Mercury as a latam founder. Easy to use, they understand our legal structures and sending money to Mexico is charge free. IMercury is the best partner.

Probably how fast we receive our physical cards. I understand they are internationally delivered, but would love to have them delivered quicker. That's the only thing I dislike

Bank account and receiving founding and expense management. I'm an international founder and having a traditional US bank account its difficult so Mercury helps on that

Making banking enjoyable

Easy of use, availability of customer service, pricing. Mercury makes it easy to manager finances, make and receive payments. There is just no drama in it.

Mobile app needs some more functionality to make it truly useful.

Ease of international payments is the most important problem it's solving.

No limitations on services, min amounts, and ease of use. I love that even international wires are free. important to know that it's easy to start and begin working with this bank in a matter of days or sometimes hours. there are no branches as it ancient times vising bank branches. Everything must be online this is why I choose mercury

I dislike that mercury still doesn't have the acquiring and service to charge customers with a credit debit card. It creates unnecessary steps of creating invoices and waiting for customers to pay.

Ease of use of online banking is a huge advantage. ability to start fast and no limitations and annoying fees are so important for the start of the business. Online support.

Mercury is a simple online banking option for early stage startups. It's been seamless to transact, examine expenses, and pay bills. Highly recommend!

Would be nice to have a credit card option in the future.
