I love the request payment feature that allows me to send payment links to clients and I can get paid directly. I typically collect within the hour I send my invoices.

The request payment feature is restricted to an email contact, and only that email contact. When billing companies with dedicated Acoounts Payable functions, it's hard for them to pay me using the link and usually a few email conversations on getting the right payor happens. Example is I bill the CFO or CEO, but their accounting department handles the payment and that department doesn't have access to see the invoice.

I hope Mercury solved the issue of being able to have one email manage multiple accounts. I currently am using three emails for three different Mercury-based clients including myself.

No limitations on services, min amounts, and ease of use. I love that even international wires are free. important to know that it's easy to start and begin working with this bank in a matter of days or sometimes hours. there are no branches as it ancient times vising bank branches. Everything must be online this is why I choose mercury

I dislike that mercury still doesn't have the acquiring and service to charge customers with a credit debit card. It creates unnecessary steps of creating invoices and waiting for customers to pay.

Ease of use of online banking is a huge advantage. ability to start fast and no limitations and annoying fees are so important for the start of the business. Online support.

Mercury has been amazing and flawless for me since day 1. I have never had any issues and the few questions I've had have been replied very accurately and promptly. I would recommend it with no reservations to anyone looking to start business banking.

Mercury being rather new is very streamlined and therefore the features have been getting implemented. I would like to see more features such as the request pay since that allowed me to save a lot of money with my more trusted clients.

Being able to have a real US Based Bank Account for my business without needing my presence in the country. It allows my business the thrive in every sense of the word.

Love the super friendly self-serve UI and great customer support when needed.

Not much! I really like Mercury. Maybe some small details about making perks more available, or expanding venture debt tools

Easy financial banking

Love the fact that they gave me an online debit card right away while my physical card was being prepared and mailed to me. It's convenient, easy to access, and most everything is online. They seem to have thought of everything! Definitely going to be recommending Mercury to my audience. Do they have a referral or affiliate program!?! lol Major fan!

Easiest online banking experience I've ever had!

Mercury is very easy to use. The integration between website and app is perfect.

The check sending process takes a long time. It is not clear how to print company checks.

Setting up a bank account quickly with business debit cards.

Free wires! Free ACHs! The most beautiful User Interface for a bank -- ever.

Check deposits take a bit to clear. If it is a huge check, they make you get it cleared via text before you can deposit.

Banking that is very fast and efficient. Need a new account to keep track of a special project and/or client -- one button, a new account...INSTANTLY.

Ease of account setup and payment sending and receiving was super easy.

The card-sending procedure can be improved, shipping was missed a couple of times for the Debit card.

They are helping us send and and receive payments easily, They have a very clean UI for sending payments also there are no charges for making the ACH and wires

Ease of Use is really good to navigate through.

NOt able to Add my Bank accounts outside US easily.

Ease o fbanking without the paperwork and stuff.
