Time of response in chat, sometimes I have problems from international transfers.

Everything in a bank.

User friendly interface and quick support when it is required and access to create multiple bank accounts inside one credit cards to actually support business on going transactions

I don't specifically have anything to dislike I can say that the customer support can be much Quikr for a bank like thisand maybe credit cards can be a much better solution

We use make it all day for our business transactions and make sure that we evaluate and calculate our business is doing from this bank account and doing International transfer and even National transfer very very start of friendly Bank it made a life so easy compared to a previous Bank

Easy of use, availability of customer service, pricing. Mercury makes it easy to manager finances, make and receive payments. There is just no drama in it.

Mobile app needs some more functionality to make it truly useful.

Ease of international payments is the most important problem it's solving.

They are very upfront and transparent, no hidden fees. Their UI and UX are clear and very easy to navigate, and overall it's very easy to do your daily operations, both on the website and also on the mobile app.

I don't see any downsides to be honest, it was a very smooth experience working with them.

As a foreigner (US Business owner, but not resident in the US) I feel very happy to know that I can count on Mercury and their awesome banking services to support my US company. Being a digital bank makes things much easier!

Very simple and effective setup process for non-US resident looking for a banking partner in US.

Opening account took us more than usual time due to some restrictions, other then that we dont see a dislike till now.

We had an LLC in Us but we were not able to open an account without being in US physically. Mercury at that time helped us open a real bank account virtaully with a simple and effective opening process. Next, built-in intergration with stripes and wise made our subscription based billing model made getting payments from clients and paying to employees and vendors easy and fast with indepth analytical details on transactions.

At the moment everything is ok with Mercury.com Maybe to integrate credit card payments in the future.

Easy business finance

The extreme simplicity of mercury in the UX is really impressive. I used mercury with my last two start-ups. I saw the evolution of this platform and I am really satisfied with the current state of service and product.

The android app is sometimes lacking of functions and features. I would love to have more of the desktop features in my mobile.

Opening a bank account online without the hustle to physically visit a branch is game-changer. Automating payments to my contractors every month and sometimes every week with payments in last working day of the month. That's really useful.

One time the credit card network was down for 30 minutes, and another time there was a problem with ACH. Doesn't look like a big deal, but both times it took me several hours to resolve the issues it caused.

I love the request payment feature that allows me to send payment links to clients and I can get paid directly. I typically collect within the hour I send my invoices.

The request payment feature is restricted to an email contact, and only that email contact. When billing companies with dedicated Acoounts Payable functions, it's hard for them to pay me using the link and usually a few email conversations on getting the right payor happens. Example is I bill the CFO or CEO, but their accounting department handles the payment and that department doesn't have access to see the invoice.

I hope Mercury solved the issue of being able to have one email manage multiple accounts. I currently am using three emails for three different Mercury-based clients including myself.

Mercury is very easy to use. The integration between website and app is perfect.

The check sending process takes a long time. It is not clear how to print company checks.

Setting up a bank account quickly with business debit cards.

Mercury has been amazing and flawless for me since day 1. I have never had any issues and the few questions I've had have been replied very accurately and promptly. I would recommend it with no reservations to anyone looking to start business banking.

Mercury being rather new is very streamlined and therefore the features have been getting implemented. I would like to see more features such as the request pay since that allowed me to save a lot of money with my more trusted clients.

Being able to have a real US Based Bank Account for my business without needing my presence in the country. It allows my business the thrive in every sense of the word.

Love the fact that they gave me an online debit card right away while my physical card was being prepared and mailed to me. It's convenient, easy to access, and most everything is online. They seem to have thought of everything! Definitely going to be recommending Mercury to my audience. Do they have a referral or affiliate program!?! lol Major fan!

Easiest online banking experience I've ever had!

No limitations on services, min amounts, and ease of use. I love that even international wires are free. important to know that it's easy to start and begin working with this bank in a matter of days or sometimes hours. there are no branches as it ancient times vising bank branches. Everything must be online this is why I choose mercury

I dislike that mercury still doesn't have the acquiring and service to charge customers with a credit debit card. It creates unnecessary steps of creating invoices and waiting for customers to pay.

Ease of use of online banking is a huge advantage. ability to start fast and no limitations and annoying fees are so important for the start of the business. Online support.

Free wires! Free ACHs! The most beautiful User Interface for a bank -- ever.

Check deposits take a bit to clear. If it is a huge check, they make you get it cleared via text before you can deposit.

Banking that is very fast and efficient. Need a new account to keep track of a special project and/or client -- one button, a new account...INSTANTLY.

Ease of account setup and payment sending and receiving was super easy.

The card-sending procedure can be improved, shipping was missed a couple of times for the Debit card.

They are helping us send and and receive payments easily, They have a very clean UI for sending payments also there are no charges for making the ACH and wires

Ease of Use is really good to navigate through.

NOt able to Add my Bank accounts outside US easily.
