Easier to use it submits every receipt needed for all transactions

Nothing easy to use. User frendly. Haven't had any issues once the new program was implemented to us to use. I submit several receipts daily not.once has it had any issues

Like stated before user friendly every single category it has. I submit several tickets daily not once has it had any upload issues or syncing problems. Very simple

My favorite feature is the hotel search and the ability to filter based on my preferences. This allows me to find the hotels most applicable to me in one simple view.

It would be nice to be able to filter by AAA rate types.

Tripactions significantly reduces the time spent to both research and book travel.

How user friendly it is, the app makes it very easy to choose different flight options and gives the lodging stays that best suites your trip.

Navan allows me to plan my trips and add expenses to those with great ease, the whole experience of using the app or desktop is consistent and again quick and easy. Expenses can be a worry so having it laid out what is in policy and not, Navan is great

I love Navan because I can book flights, cars, and hotels for business trips while earning rewards to use for personal use later! For someone that travels a lot for work, this is an awesome program to reward employees! The fact that you can enter your personal rewards programs is a huge plus!

It keeps track of my spending during work trips. It prompts me to upload receipts if one is needed. The process is really simple.

It could be useful to know datetimes of when I created a transaction, when it was approved and when it was payed, all in the same page

Flight options are limited to partners and sometimes there are cheaper options available outside of Navan network

Give employees more options to choose from when it comes to booking travel and makes reimbursements almost instant for out of pocket spending that is covered by travel expenses.

Compatability with desktop is not as seamless as on mobile.

Expense management is ususally extremely cumbersome and time intensive. Navan fixes this. Also, receipt upload feature is super easy to use and does a great job inferring exact details of respective receipts.

The receipt scan is the most convenient feature. I love how it automatically detects the details and auto fills everything

The reimbursement are very easy and as I mentioned earlier the manually entering details becomes an hassle sometimes. So Navan automatically fills the details for us.

Easy to use and like how simple it is to capture screen shots and screen recordings of my receipts for submission into the platform. Reviews and approvals are so speedy!

Is really streamlining the process overall. Navan's expense tracker is a cool concept as well! Everything worked fine even cancelations and can see this turning into a desktop app.

The problem of traveling and record keeping for both receipts and tracking expenditures. I am seeing an improvement in not forgetting to submit financial expenses that would hurt me otherwise.

Ability to easily upload files from iPhone. Customer support was great the one time I had to reach out regarding a wrongly filed ticket.

The app sits on my phone with all my other business apps. It is so easy to use. I can very easily upload my receipts and get quickly re-imbursed.

Navan facilitates all the steps necessary for a trip, either business or personnal. It shows first the best recommended results, as well as compare multiple fares for flights, hotels and rental cars. Customer support is also efficient and quick in the delivery.

I love how easy it is to sibmit for reimbursement through Navan. It makes my job so much better when I know I can be paid back almost immediatley iunstead of waiting for my company to process payroll, ect.

There hasn't been anything I have found that I don't like about Navan so far.

I used to have to submit for reimbursement through our company payroll and it could take weeks to receive back.
