Omnify is user-friendly for both our customers and our Admin team. Omnify team is available, professional and hard-working. They also are open to adding features to their pipeline when it's possible if it's critical for your business.
There are a few basic features that are missing. For example, there is no cart management and no easy way to filter out sold-out courses for the customer. That being said, Omnify is open to suggestions and attentive to our feedback. It looks more like a partnership than a supplier/customer relationship.
Omnify is helping us better manage our classes. We got fewer requests from our customers than we had before. In addition, features such as the Waitlist help to fill in our classes.
We are able to manage our huddle calls with different services/programs and segments of our community. We have been using Omnify for more than 4 years now and we are satisfied with the solution it has given to our needs.
It would be awesome if calendar management can also be part of the service.
Communication with our leads and customers especially with our different huddle calls. We offer different calls for the different situations of our leads and customers. Not every call is required so it communicates to us who is attending the calls which are valuable.
The system is well thought out and would be appropriate for many applications. We use it for a large HOA with several different amenities, and there are few holes. Customer Service was excellent as our rep, Visvanath Ramasubramanian, was very responsive and got back to me quickly when he needed to consult the IT team on my questions.
There are a few limitations that should be considered for the next update. For example, it would be great to email registered individuals regarding their reservations, classes and accounts.
We are opening the pool facility after a year-long shutdown due to COVID-19 and were able to include a liability waiver as well as a short survey on vaccinations.
After a brief learning curve, the Omnify user interface is easy to use and intuitive. The schedule and client GUI makes adding clients or altering the schedule a simple task.
It would make administering the site more efficient if bulk uploads of the client database, via a spread-sheet, could be done locally. As it is now the client spreadsheet needs to be loaded directly by Omnify.
Our community pool is a place to socialize with neighbors. At the height of the CoVid pandemic it was closed and a big part of the community’s social life was compromised. Covid restrictions are now being relaxed but we still need to be diligent about minimizing the possibility of contagion. The Omnify Reservation System has provided a user-friendly way to meet current CoVid restrictions and also providing an easy to modify interface as restrictions are modified.
I like that support is excellent. The team responds within hours and is keen to resolve things quickly. They jump on a hangout call and explain things clearly. It is this kind of support that gives me confidence in using the platform more.
Some elements like widgets require further development to become more flexible and look better on mobile. However, there are always some workarounds.
I am running online courses and classes with the platform and I want a way to integrate easily with my existing Wordpress platform. Omnify allows me to do both and gives me a way to offer a seamless service store to my customers.
Omnify made it easier for my class participants and training clients to pay for services, know in advance what classes are available, and know how full a class will be. The technical support is great too!
Had some problems with the auto renew function, but I think it is resolved.
The class schedule function really helps me stay organized.
We researched many different software platforms to help run our business. Originally, we decided on MindBody. It took us two months to learn that platform and at the end of the day, it lacked key features we need to run our business. Thankfully, we found Omnify! We switched from MindBody to Omnify because Omnify offers custom fields. We are a children's cooking school, so we are required to collect certain attendee information EACH TIME at booking such as allergies and medical conditions. Omnify allows us to do this easily. I spent two months learning MindBody which was cumbersome and at the end of the day wouldn't work for our business. I was VERY relieved to find Omnify! It took me one day to understand the software and start building it out for our company. We were up and running in two days! Omnify is VERY easy to use for both technical and non-technical users! Customer service has been rockstar too!
There have been a few technical bugs along the way. At first, the embedded widgets would not pull in class images for mobile users. Within 24 hours, Omnify fixed this issue. There have been a few other minor glitches, but Omnify has been quick to respond and fix usually withing 1-8 days. I love how we can easily export the attendee roster. However, you cannot export the custom fields. So we have to manually look up each attendee to see their allergies and medical conditions (custom fields). When we receive confirmation emails, it would be nice to have an email summary of ALL the fields filled out. Right now, it just shows the Payee name and class/date/time. Would be nice to see the actual attendee and custom field filled out at the time of booking. I have informed Omnify about this request and they said they will add it to their possible software updates.
Omnify allows us to collect important attendee information every time at booking. This is very important for our business and customers! Since a lot of our customers are returning, we have also liked the ability for them to create customer accounts so they can easily register their child for another class with ease.
The interface is easy to use and you can make a visually appealing storefront for your services using their templates and design customizations.
While it has many email and automation functions built it, would be good if they offered more 3rd party integrations.
Can sell services online just like physical products without a complicated setup or ongoing ecommerce management. Clients can choose their service, schedule and pay all in one place.
The ease of set up and use with the backend, very clean and organized.
Would like to see more integrations with other apps down the road.

Flexibility for setting pricing variables, adaptive to in-person or virtual sessions, aesthetic customer website, customers can create multiple accounts for family members.
Automatic email reminders could be more eye-catching/ customizable. Would be amazing if memberships could be prorated depending on when they start in the month.
Easy way to offer in-person and virtual dance classes in a membership format. My students can easily subscribe to a class and get reminders and I save time and money by managing them all in one platform.
