"A powerful tool"
What do you like best about Podium?

Makes it easy to communicate with customers, either on our website or not. Also, we can send payment requests to customers and it's super simple. Easy for us and easy for our customers. It's the best in class tool. We've tried the others.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It's not inexpensive, but it is worth the cost. There are cheaper alternatives, but they are klunky, harder to use, and with less features.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Live chat, review requests, message customers for quotes, payment requests.

What do you like best about Podium?

I like that you can use this platform like you would use a cell phone. I also like how you can send automated reviews out.

What do you dislike about Podium?

The cost is a bit high but you do get what you pay for.

Taking the human aspect of a chat feature and putting it into one tool.

What do you like best about Podium?

I can access Podium anywhere at anytime, commuicate with customers and get FIVE star reviews with a quick automated message. Its been great and there are added features for sending a coupon or special by text. The cost is great too.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I have liked everything about Podium so far there has been nothing to dislike.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a way to communicate with our customers by text message and collect Google reveiws very easy with automated text we send out afer a service has been provided.

the ease of responding to reviews and the suggested responses that a lot off my plate

What do you dislike about Podium?

the cost is pretty high for wht we use . I'd suggest a custom plan since we do not use for messaging or calls outside of reveiws and responses or bulk campaigns.
