Since we started using Podium, we have almost doubled our Google reviews. We use it for every customer, and it has increased our review rate and our reputation on Google.

I like being able to connect with current and potenial customers through texting. I also like that multiple people in the office or in the field, can be logged in at the same time and everyone can see the texts. I can easily view and respond to reviews. I use Podium daily and can use it from the office or from home.
I really have no reason to use Podium for contact database or to collect payment from customers
Podium has been able to connect us with customers and potential customers easily through text. Also cut down on spam phone calls.
They send an email automatically to my customers so I dont have to worry about chasing reviews.

I like the ease at which our customer can communicate with us. In today's times, you have to be diverse in the channels of which others can reach out to you and Podium makes it so simple! It's also very affordable for all the features you get with it and the support team is MOST helpful when you have users like us who need a little extra help sometimes :)
Had to dig deep for this one...We could use a little more one on one training to discuss what all it has to offer and how to implement, not just email rollouts.

Extending the ability for customers to contact us via text message has been a huge benefit. With being in a service industry, texting photos of issues saves our technicians time (and saves the customer money) if we can see what the problem is before even arriving at the job.

The way the app refreshes isn't always convenient. It sends messages to the general folder and I can't always see them unless I click out of the message I am on. I will sometimes use my phone even when I am at my desktop because it updates with messages faster than the desktop app
I had a problem with my previous service being able to send critical pictures to and from our customer base. Podium solved that problem immediately and has made our business more efficient and more profitable while also making it easier for our customer. It has been a critical communication medium for our business
Being able to text through our laptops and PCs is a great addition to keeping in touch with our customers. We find many wish a text instead of a phone call.
No dislikes at this time. We use it hourly and have not had any issues

I like the I am able to send out review links to my customers after we complete a job, I am able to throughly communicate with my customers through text and I love that I am able to send out bulk texts. I am also very impressed that we were able to use our office number as the number for clients to text, rather than having a whole different number. This makes it much easier for the clients and us. My point of contact person has been great so far and any questions that I email him he answers almost immediately. I use podium a few times a day and am very pleased with the program and how easy implementing it into my daily routine at work has been. We have been able to integrate the program into our daily work day. Daily we send out review requests and have seen a huge jump in our rating on google as well as other social media platforms. For any business owner that wants an easy program to implement texting and an easy way to get reviews on numerous sites, Podium is the way to go!
The only thing that I would like to see if possible is to be able to send a review link to more than one contact at a time. Other than that there is nothing that i dislike.
I came to Podium looking for a program that will help me be able to send out a text or email with the link to our review sites. Podium has helped make the process of boosting my google reviews so easy! Once getting signed on with Podium I started to use their texting services to communicate with our clients. We use Podium on a daily basis numerous times throughout the day and have boosted our review ratings tremendously!
The automated review request, we have received over five hundred reviews since we started using this feature a few months ago. It is easy to use and allows us to provide better customer support. It was easy to integrate Podium use into our website and our CRM.
There is not anything I dislike about Podium
Podium directs cutomers from our website to talk to a liver person for us to be able to convert more website hits to leads.
Podium is a very user friendly and effective communication and business management tool. We use Podium daily to connect with prior patients, stay and to stay in touch with current patients. Patients (customers) respond more often than with email communication, and it allows us to market new products and services very effeceintly.
It is a bit expensive - however, it has become a tool that we rely upon.
Podium allows us to communicate more effectively and effeciently than ever before. Podium also has increased our Google Reviews dramatically, all of which (so far) have been 5 Star Reviews.

limitation on being able to set an automatic appointment reminder 3 days before the appointment not when the appointment is created.
Being linked to the websites have enabled us to be able to communicate with our leads and give better customer service.
The review connection with Google and Facebook is excellent! The messaging is great, as well. We are now able to communicate to customers that prefer that method.
Adding Yelp to the platform would be helpful.

We love being able to text our customers. Many times this is the best way to reach them. It's very easy to use and the customer service from podium is always prompt and excellent.
There's only 2 things I don't like. I am not a fan of the newer mobile app. The original mobile app interacted exactly the way the desktop version does. The newer app is not as easy to navigate as the online version. The other thing I wish was possible is to import more than one number for a customer. Many times in our customer database we have multiple phone numbers and in order to import them into podium we have to very tediously eliminate numbers to get one per customer. I wish there was the option to import multiple numbers.
Contacting customers via text is the best benefit for us. It's quick and easy and sometimes the most effective communication.

We are very pleased with the number of reviews podium has helped us generate. We also are happy with thereminder feature that is sent to our customers the day before their appointment, it has helped reduce forgotten appointments significantly.
