The Podium app is easy to use and, with the help of our Enterprise Account Manager, Alex Howe it has been easy to train our colleagues as well. In the midst of chaos, Alex remains, calm, cool collected. He is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and with a group this size there will be some issues but he and his team are on it and work quickly to find a fix. We look forward to all the great reviews yet to come
There is a lot of back end information that needs to be added into the system, but you get out what you put in. In the long run, it's time well spent to achieve great results.
We, like most businesses, rely on good reviews. we know that's is how people make their decision on many products and services. Because we are in a fast-paced and often seasonal industry getting and achieving good 4 & 5-star reviews help us maintain our good reputation. Since launching Podium, we have seen a double or triple-digit increase in reviews.
The simplicity of the app. It's super easy to use and navigate.

I love how if put in a customers information, who was a prior contact it will alrert me that it is already assigned to someone. I also like that you can send the review requests by different formats

I love the simplicity of the app. I can use it on my desktop, and as an app on my phone. It helps me to communicate to/with my colleagues quickly and thoroughly. With the texting option within the application, I am able to communicate to patients continuously through-out the day regardless of what I have going on. I have also been able to communicate more efficiently and effectively with patients for scheduling and basic communication due to the texting option, as I feel like people now-a-days prefer this over phone calls. We can also create multiple "groups" that are specific to different people in our office based on different areas of work and projects. We can follow up with patients nearly immediately due to multiple people having access to patient messages. Podium has aided in our inter-office communication as well, because when you create a group, multiple people are able to see conversations between patients/colleagues. This is beneficial because we can back-log different situations/communications, make sure that communications get to the correct people - and you don't have to add people constantly when you are doing a message due to the group feature, you just click the group and it goes to the necessary people.
I personally haven't experienced a true issue with podium yet. I have noticed that you can't delete a phone number once it is added in, but you can unsubscribe it. This is extremely minor. There has been a time or two that is has been "down" or lagged, but nothing that has been a huge hinderance in my work flow.
Actually getting patients/parents to respond as well as effective communication between us and patients has improved tremendously. We are able to communicate more efficiently and respond to patients needs quicker. I can be talking to multiple patients at the same time through podium's texting feature, instead of my work day being logged with multiple phone calls. It's also solving some interoffice communication issues. We are able to send out reviews and address reviews more efficiently through the podium app as well. It's easy because we can send the request for review as a text message, and podium alerts us if it was a good review, or a review that needs to be addressed.
In my opinion, Podium makes engaging your customers for timely, relevant and actionable feedback on their experiences easy and effective. For business users and customers alike, it's quick and seamless. The Podium team's constant innovation with other solutions to enhance their text based platform provides additional value and should be commended.
There are currently no elements of the Podium solution that I dislike.
Through the use of Podium, I have been able to get near real-time engagement and customer sentiment and empower internal stakeholders with the ability to have great customer experiences recognized publicly. As a text based platform, it has also unlocked more relevant and current ways to quickly and easy communicate with customers pre, during and post sale, in order to share everything from updates to addressing questions.
It's helped us grow our review base and address any inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Podium has been an excellent dynamic tool for us at our medical practice as we give excellent patient care in our community. Real time communication with our patients when they have inquiries, concerns or need assistance is a value added service that our patients love.
Addressing facebook patient response reviews is difficult at times.
Patient response to text messaging via Podium is readily received by patients, utilized almost 100% of the time and made my administrative task of addressing patient concerns, complaints and compliments in a timely manner.
It's very helpful that, even though we have a super big team working together with client interactions, it's always super clear who sent what at any given time, so there's never miscommunication or overlapped work!
If I had to say anything, It would be the seriousness of the white background image in the chats. if we could add background pictures or screensavers would be perfect
It's a super handy and useful way to keep in contact with a prospect or new clients, as many of us have strict phone rules, but is always easy to reply to a text, and the fact that podium even allows us to send images and files is amazing!

I have worked with Podium for over the past 3 years to support our patient experience and reputation mgmt objectives. We have over 300 locations and all use the podium platform. One of my favorite things about the company is their commitment to product development and innovation. We as a company have benefited from new features and tools that they have built. You get the sense that they have a strong connection on both customer needs as well as newly released features and developments on platforms like Google. In addition, a talented dedicated account mgmt team has helped us navigate the issues as well as identify new opportunities.
The main complaint is adoption on the client side as many of the new features, while powerful, require more hands-on support from the actual locations. There is a lot to choose from and adoption requires increased training and resources in order to ramp up utilization. The good news is that they are supportive of organic growth and offer help in setting up pilots and tests in order to establish proof points
We needed to produce patient reviews in order to assist our locations in highlighting their individual successes and needed a services to help us get out in front of our patient experience in order to improve our day to day operations.
This system is great for quick conversation pieces between work and clients. With cell phones today and as fast paced we society is...clients can look, reply, and move on with their day. Great tool to make job easier and lives happier!! Thank you!

In our industry our clients call all the time for varies things it would be nice to have them rate each and every time they call.
We allow Clients to rate our services based on there experiences and allows us to grow as individuals and company.
The simplicity is one thing but the effectiveness for us has been outstanding. We have garnered review in a quantity that would not have been possible through traditional "word of mouth" means.
I think sometime toggling between locations is a bit confusing if not paying attention.
Mainly the process of obtaining reviews. We had been depending on individuals to do this on their own with no tools with which to do so. Podium makes it easy for anyone to get reviews in a consistent and convenient manner.
