So much - it's simple to use, the forms look great, and you can use conditions. Being able to add in conditions such as hide this field if they respond Yes (or No or Maybe) to this question, just makes it so much easier for the user not to get sidetracked or fill in information you do not need/want.
The forms and UI are great. If I could I would like the conditions to be groupable. Easier to navigate. I realize I am probably the exception with 50 if/then/else conditions on a form. Trying to figure out where an item is in the list is sometimes hard. There is a filter so that does help.
I have a lot of data that I know can collect on these online forms, that is sent to a google spreadsheet to be imported into accounting software. This saves a ton of time and then keying errors. Also with the if/then/else conditions, the coding and classifications are consistent vs paper forms.
i was introduce to Jot form from some friends in India and have been using building forms for many site for about six month now and I can say with confidence that is soooo Easy to use. There no coding involve and the seeming less integration of other app make my work flow less.
My only dislike was that every field was uniformly only 2 size. Need to make custom field by pixels.
I'm solving everyday programming form issues. JotForm makes it easy to do anyone can do it. The benefits are that you can create forms on the go on a platform that is easy to use.
I love creating forms that are efficient and effective. Being able to create a contract to send to employees with multiple attachments and setting it up with many background conditions is super convenient. This is the new way of forms, it takes out all the middle men and pretty much ensures there are no misses.
My major dislike and pretty much the only at this point and I've been using it for some time now is that reaching out for support; while it's easy it is hard to sit and wait for a response. It would be beneficial to have live support to help you through the situation at the time instead of back and for emails. If documenting the problem from start to finish is an issue that is something that could be handled after the call and posted.
Many issues have been solved with JotForm. They are super helpful and absolutely know what they are doing. I had a really complex condition that I wanted set up, it wasn't something that was/is available the specialist I was speaking with had no solution for me, but someone else did. I like that anyone who knows the answer will jump in and help. She came up with a solution and it's been perfect so far.
Jotform goes way beyond basic webforms. The possibilities are truly endless. Orders, surveys, reviews--you name it! And it's extremely user-friendly with incredible support. I typically get a response to my support ticket within a couple hours.

Wordpress contact form is not stable
We send out an intake form twice a month and not only does it make a writable pdf antiquated, it makes the time for our clients to submit the form considerably reduced.
So far, I have no complaints. It has met all the requirements that I need.
Because the writable PDFs we used did not have required fields, a great many of the fields were left blank which doesn't happen with JotForm. It also is easy to correct if anything was missed by our client.

I use Jotform for several clients. If people need to pay for a class or clinic, this is the way to do it if you don't have a shopping cart on your site!
The only think I don't like is when I run out of room and need to upgrade. Nothing to complain about if you watch for their good deals.
Jotform helps me do signed releases for riding and photo shoots and have all paperwork done ahead of time. It's nice that it's standalone and you can log in from anywhere to see what you need to see.
JotForm makes it easy for our practice to create forms for patients that are HIPAA compliant. Especially during COVID times, we try our best to not pass as much paper and pens around. Forms are filled out from the convenience of one's home!
So far we haven't had any issues with JotForm.
All registration forms and questionnaires are filled out prior to patients coming into the office. This makes the registration process when they get here faster, and no time is wasted so we can start an evaluation right away. Forms can also be easily changed and added to at any time, and they are all saved in the system. We print them out for the patient chart, but it is nice to know they are saved as well.
I like that you can choose to send different information to different recipients form the same form.
The only thing that I don't like is that photos, when attached by the person who fills in the form, are not attached to the email that I receive. The full size of attachment should be less that 5 MB. In such case I need to download them manually and forward to people who should received them.
I can automatically send different parts of information to different people, only this can save me a lot of time.
The most helpful thing about JotForm is that you can collaborate with with colleagues.

I've used this with multiple organizations, both for work and for volunteer organizations, and it works so well for every aspect! We've done contracts for events, collected meal requests for large group events, created our evaluation forms with conditional logic and so much more. The new implementation of the spreadsheet/tables is just one more reason to exclusively use this and ditch other programs we'd been using to complement the Jotform platform to organize the information we were collecting here!
I really like the mobile app, it allows me to search for information in students' forms on the go. The new Tables feature is a very useful addition. It is very easy to create surveys or forms using the templates they provide. The "create report" tool is super helpful for me to graphically display survey results I'd like to use in presentation to staff or parents.
Nothing I dislike so far! Maybe pricing could be less but it's such a powerful tool I can't complain. They also have an educational discount that we were able to take advantage of and we are very pleased. The app used to have some glitches but they were fixed quickly and now it is even friendlier and easier to use.
We have eliminated paper forms (pre-admission forms, inscription forms, etc.) that used to take up a lot of space and were very difficult to access, keep updated and share with staff. Now we can easily email new parents the forms they have to fill during the admissions process and between school years. We can also easily survey our customers (students' parents) to measure their satisfaction about specific topics, after events, or to get their take on proposed changes. We are able to quickly measure their satisfaction every time we propose changes to the classes' dynamics, specially now during Covid it is very useful to quickly email them a survey and get
I love the fact that I can be confident that data submitted via JotForm is encrypted and not readable by anyone except me. This gives me website visitors confidence too.

What an easy way to connect my software program to the client! When my normal practice management software (veterinary) didn't have a great solution to get signatures captured by clients, JotForm did the trick!
I wish that there was a phone number to call when you have a question. That said, the forums are pretty helpful so it hasn't been too much of a problem.
Jotform allowed me to connect my vet practice management software for the purpose of having clients fill out their new client forms online, as well as capturing signatures on estimates. During COVID our clients have been moved outside, and as such it's been more difficult to capture signatures without exchanging paperwork. Jotform's ability to text and email for data collection and signature capture did the trick!
