Jotform was so easy to use! It is very user friendly and I appreciated the simplicity of creating the form. It was easy to find my responses to the form and organized them into a spresheet that I could easily read.
I would have liked to have gotten more notifications when something was happening on my jotform. At first, I was notified when a parent signed up for a conference on the form, but eventually, I had to manually check daily to see if any changes had occurred.
Jotform made it easy for me to set up avaiable times and dates for parents to choose from for parent/teacher conferences. This saved time and paper because I didn't have to send home a bunch of paperwork about sign ups and reminders to attend the conference.
Jotform is a great choice for large groups of submissions that have to be parsed and reviewed individually. The Inbox feature makes it really easy to use, and the customization features are very robust.
We typically don't use Jotform for quick surveys where we just need to capture contact info or quickly parse responses. Setting up forms can be time consuming, and some options (like the display name for your browser) are buried multiple layers deep in the setup.
We need our submission forms to A) capture all the info we need, B) properly educate submitters, and C) include the right legalese. JotForm very easily helps us do that.

Big picture, Jotform aligns well with our needs. Its ease of use and efficiency overshadow the occasional glitches and it remains a valuable tool in our day-to-day operations.
We've encountered some glitches along the way. Most notably instances where we lost substantial amounts of data in our forms and experienced disruptions in the automation processes. While these setbacks were frustrating, we ultimately decided to rebuild the form, sync the automation back up, and make it work.
It has allows us to set up a simple order form for properties to order our clients' materials, allows them the option for delivery or pick up, keeps the info automated in a Slack channel for our drivers, and provides us with data & feedback on product movement.

The ability to shorten url codes for the forms so we can easily copy and paste or add to promotional materials, instead we are relying on link shorteners websites for QR codes and short links. I wish Jotform offered that feature.

Jotform is very userfriendly, the interfaces are simple and it's easy to learn how to use all the options. You can fully customise your form and use all the data.
I really like jotform, the only thing that can be better is the lot of click-throughs, when you are editing the form and sometimes the plugins don't work propery, but it can also be that it depends on the country and the possibilities.

Jotform allows for cleaner and more user-friendly forms than form functionality native to most CRM, email, or marketing automation platforms. The Card style provides a cleaner user experience and helps improve conversion rates. I use Jotform with all my website builds.
Embedding forms on websites is a chore - iframe is their default option, which is dated and not universally compatible, and it requires a huge amount of padding when embedded in Squarespace. Greater flexibility in layout, sizing/padding, and field outputs would elevate the product. Support is quick and friendly but consistently misses the point when responding to tickets. I'm half-convinced that the first-tier support "team" is AI and not real people, given how often they provide an answer about an irrelevant detail rather than the question the ticket asks.
