I have been creating database systems for a Charity NINOX the security of date GDPR etc this was most important to us. The customer service is excellent and Pricing very reasonable in comparison to other similar cloud databases. Because we are a charity NINOX kindly offered to extend our trial period and we are very grateful for this, many thanks to the NINOX team.
At this time there doesn't seem to be anything about NINOX but I am very new to creating any kind of databases and I'm sure I might have a few difficulties in the future but the training, information, and support seem to be there so we will see as I progress on my new learning curve.
Some of our charity systems need to be easily accessible in all areas of operation from client's information, bookkeeping, funding, volunteer and staff information, training, our activities, registrations, and Birthdays.

It's that simple to make it work, and whenever I encountered any challenge, the team was eager to support me. As an analog native with some basic knowledge of database design I was able (with a little help from my friends!) to build a requirements tracking tool that convinced all team mates to make use of it. It was fast, simple, logical and it made fun!

Ninox can be as powerful as you want it to be. I can start simple,learn and sophisticate as I progress. A real gem.
Easier field layout on forms, but... I may be the problem at this stage and it is not a big issue.
Moving from crude paper systems and people’s own phone based data onto a series of centralised databases for the organisation, a small charity
Design data model, migrate existing data, refine content, define views, use content via shared views in custom web design. Inspect & Adopt takes place in a surprisingly short time. A data-driven website relaunch went online in less than 21 days. After the basic scaffold stood, it was as with Lego bricks, simply continue to build. Even the otherwise difficult reconstruction and 'refactor' work was easy.
Currently, the administration of the 'shared' views is still some handwork. The future will show which central concepts will simplify the administration here.
Combine list entries with matching, time-based, and sorted sidecar content in two tables for two domains. And if changes are needed - collect, evaluate, sort, export, package, upload, unpack data without time-consuming script-based workflows - put them directly online.
I'm a database novice and used Bento to handle several complex collections of data. Ninox is far more robust and still easy to use. Moreover, when I had questions that weren't specifically addressed in an online video or a free webinar, I reached out by email and received very timely and complete answers! The customer support I've received so far has significantly outweighed the minimal cost of the product!
Still getting to know the product so I don't have any dislikes (yet?).
I'm tracking billable hours for my services and benefit by having the information synchronized between my phone and computers using iCloud. I'm currently renovating my house and will also track costs, warranties, serial numbers, etc., for new items installed or updated. Having the contact information for who installed an item is very important to me and I can keep much more information in a Ninox database than I can with my Apple Contacts (which is the only way I tracked it before).

Very easy to use. Very clear and simple design. Easy to get into because of the simple usability. The function expenditure is nevertheless enormous. I can very quickly map diverse processes in the database. The different viewing options are enormously helpful. Very kind and quick support.
The help in the app could be more detailed. I would also welcome more templates. That would reduce the effort.

In Ninox I can implement all my business processes needed for preparation, execution and post processing of my live auctions. It's perfect to have it always available on all my devices. The customer support of the Ninox team is outstanding.
The iPad version of Ninox sometimes crashes (luckily without losing data) and I wish there would be an option for direct printing (without pdf viewer and further clicks for printer settings).
Implemented the functions of several individual tools and manual processes in Ninox to save a lot of effort and time and getting rid of redundant data and documentation.
The simplicity building up a strong database and the possibilty to use it online on all devices. So you can start developping your databse on the computer anf fninish it on the ipad or so. Very intuitive as well. Among other things, the Mac application takes into account the relationships between tables, provides functions that aggregate data from multiple tables and embed sub-spreadsheets in forms - a colorful feature bouquet that can easily kill inexperienced users, but the pros among you productive office everyday life should go to hand. How to create a database centrally and assign it to a location. Previously, the information was maintained in all places. And if you see the price it is perfect.
Nothing really, everything is logical and quiet nice. Someday maybe you could improve the interface. So there is really nothing to complain, beside tht the UI is a bit oldfashioned, but easy to learn. The tool is sparing with design possibilities, apart from some placeholders, there are no layout options. Not even the given font can change the user. Design options are only available for the print layouts
We have solved a quiet complex structural problem in which we planned food concepts troghout our fifty units. So in a very short time we have developed a great database, which converts our main problem, which we solved with a lot of paper, into a simple database.

Ninox is so user friendly and is easy to pick up on things quickly. You don't have to be a computer genius to use it.
The user interface is a little bit unattractive sometime when creating tables and it is difficult to make them look nice.

I like that Ninox keeps Rapidly evolving to for fill their users requirements. It seems like they have no limits as to how powerful this application can become.

Problems that Ninox helps me to solve include asset management, document management, real-time information capturing from our staff and making information available to all of our staff.
The most helpful to me is, that I can organize all my tasks in the way that I need to. Only what I need - and this perfectly. And i know, that whenever there will be a new task, I can easily build it and work with it directly.
By now there is nothing that I dislike. For me and my work there is nothing missing.
I organize customer data, like addresses, emails, phone numbers - assign contact persons and project informations. The data can be set in dependencies and are therefore always up to date - unlike "classic Excel spreadsheets"
Simple, very easy and clean interface. Outstanding support and more free learning resources than you can actually attend in a week - there is always help. Emailing support is great, fast and helpful replies. There is a large base of templates to choose from to get started - these can be modified as you proceed, with specific functions, forms, reports, and they can also be changed for all the cosmetics.
Not a dislike, really - I was initially just very intimidated by the task of setting up. Once I got started it was just fine.
Customer/client contacts, patient information, tasks & to do, communications with everyone. Able to sort and search 10+ years of data simply and on any of my devices. Ability to attach PDFs, have photos of contacts and places - it's the CRM I always wanted, customized exactly as I want it.
It is -even for Dummies like me- easy to understand. After some days of trial and error I had the tool, we couldn‘t find in the App-Stores.
We found some synchronisation problems between the browser and App-Version. Now we work all in the browser-versions and hav no problems any more.
