Quickbase is user-friendly and allows for a plethora of data to be well-shared and presented.

Quickbase is extremely helping in being a one-stop-shop for project information, rather than previously utilizing multiple data sources, which has helped optimize workflow.

Quickbase has solved the problem of organizing company information, since we have all the information we need in one place. We have had a better use of time, having everything organized
I love that with Qualtrics, the limits is you imagination. If you can define the model and the solution, then you will be able to create it in a fast way with a lot of flexibility.
There is one thing that Quickbase have not solved, when you create a relationship, you can´t use a formula field as a related fied for the relation. This could a pain.
Inventory, payroll for our sales team, ticketing and kanban project management, CMDB and everything that previous quickbase relies on a spreadsheets disconected.
We built our Quickbase program around our business model, connecting each field to the other. Love it in organizing projects, their progression, employees time on projects, through to billing and receipt of invoice.
I really can't think of anything I dislike about QuickBase.
Starting a project and creating tasks, following it from beginning to end, helping everyone involved know when it is ready for their department to become involved, and having reports for managers to review and quickly respond to issues.
Great selection of training: both the live and the self-paced trainings are some of the best I have seen. It is easy to start building apps, and so far we have not found many limitations.
I feel like I repeat myself a lot when building apps. This could possibly be a user error, but I wish there was a more definitive way to bulk edit fields. For example, I had all 30 fields in a table required, but a design change had me go into the settings of all fields to change the requirement setting.
We have a few departments that use it for different things. Our IT Department uses it as their ticketing system, our MIS department uses it as a front end for our payroll system and our HR Department is using it to build apps for performance reviews, yearly objectives, accident database, etc.
Quickbase is user friendly and makes database design a smooth process. Quickbase U is a helpful array of videos and documentation to help solve sticky programs as you build your database. As a small non-profit with staff who sometimes struggle with tech, the database we have through quickbase has been surprisingly easy to operate while meeting all of our needs.
I have not found any concerns with using Quickbase
We needed a database for case notes, tracking outcomes, understanding resident event attendance - QUickbase does that and more. It simplifies our workflow as well.
Quickbase is a fantastic low-code application development platform. It has great features out of the box such as role-based security, customizable dashboards, easy-to-configure reporting and a whole range of ways to integrate it into any application ecosystem.
I wish that Quickbase has better ability to customize standard forms for improved user feedback and interactivity. Being able to update application state without reloading the entire form would be great.

At its heart Quickbase has very simple parts that hold huge value for geek users. They can learn and enjoy basics, and creatively satisfy their business needs.
Hmmm... Quickbase is better than any other platform I've worked on over the last 38 years. I'm sure they will be bettered in future, but they need to work very hard to keep up their success.
The most important part of being a database consultant is keeping clients fully engaged on projects. Clients really like being empowered by Quickbase, and so my relationship with them flourishes over the long-term.
I love the flexibility of Quickbase. We started using it primarily as a CRM platform, but I soon realized that we could do so much more! Now our entire manufacturing operation is using it to track our workflow.
As with any software platform, the most challenging part is getting employees to embrace it and do the data entry side of it. There's nothing about Quick Base that makes that more difficult or more accessible. I only had an issue with the minimum user signup, as we were tiny when we started. The minimum ten users created a cost barrier for us that I had to work to overcome with ownership.
We now know where each customer's job is at all times thanks to Quickbase, and have gained the ability to run reports to see how we're growing and changing as a company.
Very easy for SMEs to hop on, create a table structure and begin entering data. In one afternoon, I took a complicated and often broken spreadsheet, made a multi-table database, created roles and permissions, and rolled it out. In the past I have managed several realms, up to 600 users and 300 separate databases and many plug ins from Quickbase solution providers. I managed my previous company's efforts to become a QSP.
The backup options early on were a little light, so we had to backup our data manually. Of course with pipelines there are many ways to connect to outside sources and create redundancy and backups.
Easy to implement and design. Using for multiple departments across huge company. At this instance, our department is just beginning to use it. Can interface with many apps.
I love the way you can experiment with different things before you make it live for other users and the ease of using the software. We have tried other software, but Quickbase is the one we prefer overwhelmingly.
The biggest downside of Quickbase is how you delete users, especially those you want to delete permeanately. It's more of a personal preference and accounting than an actual problem.
Quickbase enables use to track many different areas of our business all in one place as well as being able to interact with a lot of other programs that we use.
Pipeline is very helpful. We can integrate Quickbase with lot of third party Platforms and we can perform multiple actions in a single pipeline.
The pipeline is craeted by one user is not visible to other. Although it is possible by service accouny. But i feel it should be visible to other admins as well.
Quickbase is low code platform so we are automating lot of thing like multi level approval, auto allocation with minimum coding and license cost is comparativelt less as comapred to other low code platforms.

Ensuring our log-ins are always correct and we are on the right time. Also, the qualities i love the most using this platform is that we can constantly monitor our log ins and other work related things. Using this application alows us to be more productive in terms on doing work related stuff and it make our work more easier than before. This applications also allows us to use as our work tracker it make sure our work is well documented and stored properly. This platform allows me as a user to communicate to my superior or boss when filing my leaves and other work related stuff.
What I dislike the most is the down time of quickbase. When we are trying to log out from our shift it takes at least 10-15mins waiting time. For improvement extend the limit of users that can use quickbase any time. For quickbase to be more effecient to other users, make sure to give enough limit for users that can use the application to avoid any down times. This method will allow quickbase to be more effecient and helpful to other.
When we are trying to file a leave we always use this platform. The benefits i realized is that we can ensure our logins are well documented. And the business performance has increased. We also improve on tasks performance using this application. It provides all work related files are properly stored and ready for review when needed. Also, this platform allows us to solve work related problems such as documentation, information and other work related it enable us to view records that can help us solve our problems.
I liked everything about ista and the quick base and the boss his the best boss I ever had. His always checks the quick base to see if everyone is using it properly.
I don't like if I can access the quick base because there's a tendency that we might be late or over break. So we need to refresh from time to time to avoid being tag as late.
High-speed connection I can't log in and out quickly but good thing there's a part that you need to create a ticket case so the management can review your log ins and they will correct it.
