There are many things that I love about Quickbase but if I have to choose one, it is being fast. You live up to your name QUICK. Many people do not understand how fast it is. We work with thousands of records and in some table we have more than 1000 fields, and yet when you search it or create a custom report, everything is almost instantenous. You gotta love it.
Blocking Javascripts. We still can use Javascripts for some imports to multiple tables at the same time, and I know through Pipelines similar can be done, but it is not the same. But that is all. Everything else is amazing about Quickbase.
I wouldn't say problems. But Quickbase enables me to create anything that we need, from Mobile usage, to complex Billings etc.
We use Quickbase for project management and we have been able to taylor it for our specific needs. We like the flexiblitiy that allows us to create an app that does exactly what we need it to do. We are able to make changes to it's functionality to meet our needs within minutes. I had no prior programming experience when we started using Quickbase yet I was able to teach myself how to build out what we needed. I have always been able to find help online if I get stuck on something or need help with a complex formula field.
If you don't know what you're doing you could easily do something that will "break" your app. For that reason we don't give back end access to our users. That means I am the go to person for every report that's needed.
We use Quickbase for project management. We have tasks that require input from multiple people and with Quickbase we have been able to create a streamlined workflow. We no longer have things falling through the cracks or deliverables not completed on time. We have insight into every aspect of our business including what our employees are working on and how productive they are, what the status is of every project and whether deliverables are being completed on time, how much time it takes to complete a particular task, and so much more.
The level of development I can do on my own, and with my partners to be able to have them help me develop is incredible. Lots of flexibility in a very quick response of way to build apps. I can customize to meet my needs.

Inventory Management
From an administrative standpoint, I love the ease of use and flexibility of customization. From a project standpoint, I love that the whole team can see the same data real time.
It can be a little clunky at times. And it isn't intuitive for some of our team.
I understand they are updating some of the interfaces to be more user-friendly. This should help our teams be able to get into the system and begin adding content much faster.
We love Quickbase and the Empower events! Our credit union is building out a Project Management app to support all of our initiatives, which will replace countless excel sheets, manual reports, and meeting agendas & minutes. This is a game-changer for us!

You can build almost anything natively with Quickbase from project management to inventory management to customer management. Quickbase allows our company to work in the unique way that it does as opposed to making our business model fit in an out-of-box software. Our company uses multiple applications every day. We can create solutions and roll them out within a day.
Quickbase could do better with having training material and information available when new developments are launched.
Quickbase helps us to share data in real-time, avoiding conflicting spreadsheets of information. It also allows our field teams to manage their work without having to be connected to our network or any other. The information that anyone wants is within the palm of their hand most of the time.
Quickbase has provided our team with an easy to use platform to track our production. The best part is the fact that if you can think of how you want a report, you can probably create it! Any questions I did have on how to make something work is easily searched or I could reach out to customer support and get help easily. We use this program every day with multiple users and have never had an issue. The initial set up was extremely easy, espicially using a template. It is now part of our every-day function and a key component of our operations.
Wasn't able to create custom work schedules to create shop schedule (ie: four 10 hour shifts vs. five 8 hour days). Not the main reason we needed this solution, so definitely not a deal breaker.
Keeping track of our shop production, customer contracts and shipping. It gives us one place to easily input, update and track status of all projects and customer order functions.
Quickbase is very efficient, user-friendly, and easy to navigate in.
I don't like the new style and I don't like the fact that it defaults to it when clicking on certain reports.
Quickbase organizes all of our client's information in one location and helps everyone work together.
I love using Quickbase to create on the fly databases when ever I need them for my organization. It's easy and very little coding is required. I love the support I receive, as well and that I dont have to wait for a Developer to build anything for me.

Creating and modifying many reports so easily and quickly is great.
The admin console is not intuitive or easily navigated.
Project details, status, and delays are easily tracked in one place.
Quickbase is integral to our business. It's scalable and flexible, and allows me to create apps to support all of our business processes. My favorite part is Pipelines, which allow me to connect to many other business applications and data. We use it every day, for multiple users in my organization and outside my organization.
Sometimes it's hard to do what I want it to do, and recent changes (for the better) have made me need to relearn how to do some actions. Customer support is always very helpful, though.
Quickbase is allowing us to streamline and automate many business processes, to be more organized, and to maintain one set of data.

It is straightforward means to build and develop applications. Also quick & easy to understand for beginners. The customer support team is fantastic in resolving issues quickly. It's a low-code and user-friendly platform that quickly grabs the attention of new users. It is beneficial for reporting as it can easily handle massive amounts of data.
I feel that all the features within Quickbase are great, but sometimes I think that if there is a vast amount of data within the table, it takes some time to load it into that table. This can be time-consuming sometimes, and if there are many dynamic rules, saving the form after adding or customizing the active rules takes a lot of time.
Quickbase saves a lot of time as we can use automation. Also, we have notifications, subscriptions and reminders, which are very useful to intimate users based on certain conditions. We can easily report data through various reports, charts etc.
