I'm a person myself who loves organization, makes me feel good, and help me with my issues. Learn this very soon, thanks God. Pipefy comes to me a few months ago, and change my life in terms to be easy to learn, see my problems in one place, very good support, and staffs.

Pipefy is all about things moving along the process that's it's supposed to. Nothing stalls. Whether its a new hire process, getting items ordered or just having your data in an organized manner. If I start working on a project, I am guaranteed that it will get done in due time - thanks to the clear cut software that allows it to happen.
Everything is great. Whenever I want I need help to pull a report or anything more complicated, the Pipefy tech team is there to help.
PIpefy allows the recruitment process to happen seamlessly, with all the details and negotiations regarding a new hire, happening in one place, so there are no fragmented emails or texts.

The time to response in the suport. Is not too long but is the unic thing that I dislike.
I solve all the problems of my operation of Custumer Succes, Onboarding and Human resources.
The platform is easy to use and customizable according to the objective of the project. It's a simple way to keep up with the activities, especially when the team is involved.
Not all the plan has valuable features. I mean, it could be easier to do some actions if there were available other features, like automation.
The team has been more organized with tasks, preventing the oblivion of activities. Another point is the ease in monitoring the development of projects.
What I love about Pipefy is that it has different Platforms that help a manager to have smooth business processes. I also love the fact that you can integrate Pipefy to other software you currently use. I love how flexible and easy to use Pipefy is and how flexible it is to build and customize your business processes. I also love the fact that it is easy to view the process status and to know where you are on your processes and what you need to do.
I have not found anything I dislike about Pipefy so far.
We use Pipefy for most of our sales processes like lead qualification, onboarding of all call agents who join our sales team, and we use it to design and establish online forms that we use for different campaigns. We use Pipefy for communication as well through the Shared Inbox. Pipefy promotes transparency within our organization.

It is not possible to apply formulas, but Pipefy informs that they are working on that.
Currently, I am using Pipefy as CRM and Inbound Sales Solution. Furthermore, I use it to manage the onboarding of new customers.
Ease in creating a management flow, very good
It still has some errors and bugs. But I believe that they will soon be resolved.

Simplicity, it's easy to work and it fits to any necessity. The support is great always available and I love the tutorials videos.
There's only one issue: Attachements expires in 30 days, that's really bad for our business when we think about ISO audits.
Attachements that never expires , or if we have this option if our business needs.

The ability to see all opportunities on one page and to see the part of the sales cycle the opportunity is in.
I'd like to see a way to breakdown activity by year. I realize opportunities will carry over into the next year but to see a "yearly" performance would be nice.

Pipefy is easy and simple to use. It is also very versatile, so companies can benefit from it in many different processes.
I would prefer if the automation settings were integrated to the pipes, instead of using a different menu. It would also be better if we could drag and drop fields (of phases and the initial form) to change their order.
We have organized and simplified some of our expenditure processes and many of HR processes. Template emails provide a professional look, save time, and avoid mistakes, since the staff is no loger required to manually send individual emails in different phases of their processes.

It's very easy to organize almos everything and teaching new users how everything works. Also, there's a pletora of tutorials for anything the system allows to be done.
So far, so good. There's still a lot to be explored, but overall we are satisfied.
We are using it to integrate the whole company. It's been very usefull.
