Pipefy is all about things moving along the process that's it's supposed to. Nothing stalls. Whether its a new hire process, getting items ordered or just having your data in an organized manner. If I start working on a project, I am guaranteed that it will get done in due time - thanks to the clear cut software that allows it to happen.

Everything is great. Whenever I want I need help to pull a report or anything more complicated, the Pipefy tech team is there to help.

Puede ser programado por cualquier persona, con solo algunas capacitaciones básicas, de igual forma, permite comunicaciones internas y externas, adicionalmente cuenta con una app móvil que te permite visualizar tus procesos de una forma fácil en cualquier parte. Te permite automatizar algunos de tus procesos, para evitar tareas manuales. Puedes crear formularios para recopilar información de forma masiva. Es una herramienta muy bien.

No tiene un dashboar general de una organización, es decir un panel donde se pueda visualizar todos los procesos de una sola organización, donde se pueda establecer indicadores para poder ver los avances, ya sean de tareas atrasadas y para poder calcular porcentajes de nivel de servicio o de atención de cada una de las tareas, que a la larga son solicitudes de servicios.

Sometimes I send automation emails inside a pipe and the candidate receives it into the spam box. It would be perfect if we could prevent that. There were a couple of times that the candidate replied to me saying he didn't receive a feedback from the selection process, I checked it out and the email was sent from the pipe, as it turns out it was in his spam box. Unfortunately this is very commom :(

The automation of the processes, for sure! With Pipefy I was able to do a lot of process that were manual to become automatic. It has been amazing how much time I have been sparing!

Amo a facilidade que temos que gerir as informações, consultar APIs e até mesmo documentações sem a necessidade de um desenvolvedor. O Pipe nos desafia a de fato conhecer a ferramenta para executar um trabalho de qualidade. Quem ainda não ama o Pipefy, não foi curioso o suficiente pra entender sua amplitude.

No momento ele me atende em todas as necessidades, inclusive temos indicado o uso da ferramenta em setores parceiros. Acredito que seria interessante o Pipe fornecer uma agenda quinzenal ou mensal dos utilizadores com o time de produto para avaliar possíveis melhorias para o dia a dia. Como por exemplo a hierarquia dos acessos que hoje é limitida e conseguimos utilizar no padrão, mas que pra nós como equipe faria muito sentido abrir essa hierarquia e ter mais níveis de acesso.

Atualmente nós estamos no processo de acompanhamento com os times de Venda e Financeiro dentro da empresa. Um deles tem como função principal nortear o time de vendas a respeito das negociações e suas etapas de implementação, e o outro tem como função registrar e gerir o tempo que o time financeiro gasta para executar encontros de contas, emissão de notas fiscais e até mesmo o pagamento dos fornecedores.

Pipefy helps me on keeping track of my to-dos and which step I am on my daily processes. The best thing about this is that I very rarely miss doing an important activity.

Pipefy is great, and it serves me and my company very well. My only issue with it is that I think that I could do so much more with it, but I have to invest my own time on building stuff that I want, and I pay a lot for every license, so I feel like I am paying for me to do all the work.

Possibilidade de facilitar o controle de todos meus fluxos e sempre trazer insights para minha equipe. Pude trazer a ferramenta para uma nova área que ficou encantada com a resolução da ferramenta.

Algumas informações sobre as automações as vezes se perdem e ficam confusas. Mas fico feliz em poder contar sempre com o apoio do time. A SLA as vezes é um pouco longa, mas nada fora do normal.

Para o modo como trabalho hoje o pipefy nem sempre atende 100% das automações e campos, mas entendo que é uma regra de negócio. Os pacotes de automação acabam tendo um valor um pouco alto

I can't really think in one thing that I dislike about pipefy. It's really a very complete work tool. It even offers videos and guidelines to facilitate navigation and deep understanding.

It's a secure and easy to manage platform, by using it our process is always organized and registered. We can organize our pipes (kanban) according to our demand and use the platform tools to facilitate our work, saving time and gaining efficiency. The user is the one All the processes are easily automated for example: sending emails and deadline alerts.

I love the Sprint panel, probably it's my favorite feature, because I can organize my weekly tasks in a certain period, helping me to focus in the most important things.

I am not 100% sure if I like the way that the modals are. I don't know, it doesn't look well. Sometimes I can't understand what pages I am seeing, the user flow confuses me.

I am taking off all the cards I have made on Trello and sending to Pipefy, because I can organize them so much better. The custom fields makes everything easier.

What most caught my attention are the automation. I can do a lot of repetitive things automatically. This speeds up the job a lot. I also like the e-mail templetes, I can create e-mail templetes and automatically send these e-mails to those responsible for each process. There are many amazing tools in pipefy, which help work to flow in a better way.

Personally I have no serious complaints against pipefy, just a few small things that would make my job a lot easier. For example, the expiration of the cards is defined by a day on the calendar, I would like you to have an option to set a time and in working hours, but there is no such option.

Pipefy has everything that you need to organize information even with free plan. The platform is very customizable, and the automations you can do make your life 100% easier. Also, it is an excellent tool to share information with other people in your organization.

Today I don't have native integrations that I need there. I have to use other solutions (such as Zapier) to send my leads across different marketing platforms.

Today I use the platform as a CRM to administrate my Sales Funnel and commercial process. The implementation gave me and my team clarity about who is taking care of which lead, in which commercial part of the process the lead is, and also shared information about the client's feedback. The golden point for me is the automations. We use them to send e-mails reminding us of the deadlines to do our tasks, and also sending automated e-mails to our site's leads to make a meet appointment with our sales team.
