Sometimes there are issues with the platform, it takes a while to load complex apps. However, that does not last long and the support is always there to help. One more thing is, the platform's UI/UX is not that great. No doubt that there has been serious improvements in that and they are continuously making changes to make it better.

We were struggling to bring everyone on one page as with excel sheets, it was hard to determine if the data is up-to date. With notifications now we are able to trace the new changes and can determine the real-time status of the task.

Nothing in particular,it has been great working on Quixy but, one thing, it would have been really good for my team had the new platform update come sooner. Using Quixy on Microsoft teams has made things super easy.

Because of real-time status check and form builder, we have been able to pin point the changes that were done along the way. That makes it easier to find out the root cause and modify our orders etc at the right time without wasting resources.

Quixy has enable our business users to equally contribute in the software development process. This way we are able to use the software according to our process needs.

Overall, the dashboard and interface may use some improvement to be more understandable. A better admin portal to handle the software is something else I would like to see.

Features such as Interface, integration capabilities can be increased for better usage of the platform. Some of the apps in the application library are not fully functional and are to be re-looked.

The platform has great capabilities but at times the app responds very slow while working on site.

Though the platform has great capabilities i would suggest they improve their help video content, customer community forum and tutorials.
