KiSSFLOW's ease of development along with rich functionality has provided a great replacement to legacy sharepoint-based systems that typically felt clunky and complex to build.
We're excited for version 3 to be fully released as there are granular rights and other functions that are not available in version 2.
We've semi-automated numerous business processes in KiSSFLOW and we're working on migrating a whole contracts management system.
It is easy to create workflow application
actually the language barrier between Kissflow support and us. sometimes there is a misunderstanding about certain concerns

The ready made process flow actually saved a big chaos in system. This involved finance team, sales team, delivery team and transporters, PDI and receiver One combined system wherein everyone will work on one process and you will know the status of their request at any point of time. Really good.
I have not found anything that i dislike in this. It would have been nicer front page design to attract users.

We have been using KissFlow for approx 2 years and it's become one of the key daily operation flow management system we use for our company (across West & East coast). When we need flow building support, there's always someone available on chat to help too. Price per user is also great on budget.
I don't like the name KissFlow, as it sounds cheesy.
Approval processing between teams. KissFlow is great to help with decision making.
I like how you can easily manage MULTIPLE projects at once. There have been many times that I have had so many projects that I would have lost my mind but they easily help me manage my projects!
We have had some problems with the get clarity button and people getting confused!
We get multiple requests daily and we can easily provide different managers with different collateral with ease.

Kissflow is a very easy workflow system.
There is need for additional functionality in the workflow.
We use the system to authorize purchase orders and HR requests. This has ensured compliance and sped up our HR process.

Sometimes there are some limitation to the capability to manage complex flows or authorization matrix but seams many of them will be covered in the new release

Multiple. Ranging from purchase request to having documents reviews by a department. The possibility is unlimited.
The support is great and i always get a very quick response. If they cant answer directly i get a call and they find me the answer very quickly

I do not need IT support to create and manage my workflows.
Some capabilities are restricting but I am hopeful that most will be addressed in the next version.
-Able to track workflows and initiators are able to see a requests status. -Web based and mobile app make it easy to use -Limited training needed
Being able to customize reports, permissions on the user level, groups performing approval tasks etc. The software is feature-rich and I have no real complaints. Having more excel-like functions would be a plus, as well as better lookup references for table fields.
There is nothing that I dislike in the software.

I have not found anything I dislike. I have heard that some groups inside our organization have not set up their workflows in the best manner though.
Benefits are ease of use, ability to set-up chain of command, and include multiple parties.
Very simple and easy to design any workflow. Also integrates nicely with other systems.
The only thing I would say is that the cost per license.

Kissflow is very user-friendly. One can customize any workflow according to their business requirements with less coding.
Cannot create a customized template secondly while sending email through kissflow sending an image option is not available. Users cannot view the reports using mobile devices.

It would be great if it would send an email to the users with their answers as a pdf and export or integrate with GDrive.
