Kissflow allows users to automate and create more efficient workflows with limited technical expertise, which is particularly valuable for small- to mid-size organizations with limited IT resources. You can do most things without any knowledge of coding or other more technical concepts; you only need a basic understanding of logic to use the platform. If you have someone on your team with technical skills/knowledge (even basic knowledge) like basic HTML and some familiarity with working within databases, you can use that basic knowledge to expand the tools available further & build quite complex systems within an abbreviated timeframe.
There's not much I dislike about Kissflow. There are small things that might be improved or additional features that would be handy, but the team is constantly innovating and releasing new & helpful features. Hence, I feel confident these things will be addressed in time (and may no longer be relevant when you read this review).

I like that Kissflow is a no code platform and many ready made use cases which enables our IT team to deploy solutions faster and better.
A lot of the really good features are available for enterprise licenses. For organizations with thousands of employees, public forms are very limited hence the price is prohibitive.
We are solving the approval processes for our sales, marketing, finance, including capex approvals. Hopefully we will be able to shorten the turn-around time with faster approvals.
Workflow helps a lot with ensuring items for the Board Agenda do not go missing in interoffice mail. It is very easy to use and my staff like being able to submit items without issue.
Sometimes set up can be difficult for the workflow if you are not super tech savvy but their support team is extremely helpful. I would love a more robust setup process rather than having to do it in-house for future workflows.

It brought drastic improvements to our timeline for a workflow management tool, where it handles multiple stakeholders in one place. Also, we have incorporated various processes into one tool. So it's effective.
KiSSFLOW allows users without any coding/programming experience to build complex workflows. Formulas are sometimes needed to set up conditional tasks, but the support team is very responsive, either providing the needed information through a chat or quickly getting on a call/screen share to demonstrate how to do something or how to resolve an issue. Reporting is also great, since all fields can easily be added to a report and easily sent to Excel if needed.
There is not anything to really dislike. If I had to name something, I would like to have greator control of the home page view and ability to show any field and filter on any field. Ideally, the admin would be able to set up the defaults, which the user can then modify or edit to their own needs.
Implementation is currently in-process, but we see great potential to solve current work order process confusion and bring greater control to the process including visibility and analytics. Our current work order process is largely manual, so automating it and bringing visibility to all stakeholders will be a big improvement. Also, I was able to duplicate our current travel request process (currently in a different system) and build it successfully within less than 1 day even though the current system was built through coding by programmer and many hours of billable hours. A huge savings could have been realized had we gone with KiSSFLOW for this process from the beginning.

I like the ease of use for using KissFlow. Once the business got setup and trained briefly by our IT organization they have been able to manage the application themselves. This let's our IT experts focus on more critical and complex systems design/solutions. They love it since they don't need to wait for IT to make any changes for them.
No complaints from business, means no complaints from me!
They needed a process to manually process and approve payments outside of our ERP application for things that didn't fit within the ERP system.
The workflow is great; I have found KissFlow to be very user-friendly with many great options and customizations. The best part of KissFlow is the customer service, by far. They are always available to help, and get what you need done quickly with minimal effort and/or confusion.
The server can be slow and times out occasionally.
Solved our general purchasing requisition issues as well as helped to control professional development and HR requests.
The fact the Kissflow is customisable and the staff at Kissflow will work with you to create a tailored solutions. Customer service is excellent.
No many things are disliked, that are some elements that could not be customised but thats expected

We use KiSSFLOW for our procurements process. Users are able to easily submit their claims which go through a custom built workflow for approval, before arriving at the Finance Team to make payment.
I have no complaints at this point in time.
With custom built workflows we have been able to send claims for approvals to the correct managers and have built price brackets into these workflows to go to the correct people depending on the amount of the claim.

can't add calendar into the Template and i really need it in some projects.i know there is way to sync with gmail calendar but it's not enough
life is easy with kissflow , i created a lot of workflow and this made my and my coworkers very easy.
It's fairly simple to use. The logic is easy to grasp and you can create new "systems" that otherwise would be manually done with paper.
Pricing. It's not really a straightforward subscription service. It's hard to compute how much to budget for it per month since your cost may vary depending on usage.
Notifications for one. Informing the proper people that there are things that need to be done automatically is a big help.

Kissflow is a simple but very powerful tool. The code free approach made implementation so simple and fast. The solution with very user friendly and easy to use.
Some times I feel like the respond time from sever is slow when designing a bigger workflow.
Our internal approval process was manual and we have 10 location across the EU. After implementing Kissflow the process became very efficient and decisions can be done with in hours instead of days or weeks.
I was highly impressed to experience such enthusastic, helpful support from a company with a complex product like theirs. Also, after having tested many other BPM products, it was clear the company is thinking about the end user constantly as part of both design and support.
It takes a fair amount of understanding of the concepts behind business process management to get things started. Deploying a BPM can take more time than expected. Getting users on board with the idea internally is always a challenge as well, but Kissflow may be the best one to choose in this instance.

When volume of transactions is increasing the response time of kiss flow is also increasing. Also it is felt that at the dash board level if the approval button is provided it is more useful. The approver will get into the details of only those tickets which he want to view.
