It is easy to create apps with simple drag and drop blocks. Features like geotagging photos and take the default location, leaving out a lot of trouble. Finally, apps get created instantly.

I have used it for data collection by field agents, delivery reports and some customer support flows also. The benefits afforded are scalability and flexibility of features. Most features which are needed in data collection and reporting flows including cpaturing media and location data is supported by clappia. Also it scales nicely with the amount of data collected and the number of field agents, even beyond 1000 users.
