Few key factors which make the platform worth investing are: a) User friendly and extremely easu to use b) Feasible across multiple business cases c) Mobile ready for android and iOS d) Short go live time e) Prompt service support f) Has been instrumental in speeding up our process automation at lower than expected budget

Few areas which can be improved are: a) Sophistication of dashboard b) Inclusion of RPA facility or the ability to integrate with other RPA tools c) Only available on cloud and on premise is not readily available d) Automated training and certification options are not available yet

We have been using the platform sicne last couple of years primarily for automation of the follign processes. Though to be honest, we ahve realised its importance in the last 18 months. Few key uses cases are: a) Automation of site survey for IT services and support - Ealier the enire process was excela nd email based with survey to reporting time consuming to weeks. Now we are able to do it in days and at times in hours with correct pictures and documents of site b) Automation of site audit - enabling superviros, managers and field workers to audit and take remedial actions in days rather than weeks c) Automation of payable and receivable processes - Payables and receivable timeline monitoring and reminders are automated, leading to tigher control on cash flow d) Vender Portal - Central portal of vendor documents and simplified omboarding or vendors and keeping track of statutory and compliance demands

The ease of building apps. Customer support is very good Pricing is on-point Presence of mobile app

Print formats are a bit tidious to make, could've been better. Lacks many features, such as printing sizes other than A4. Mobile app is easy to use, but UI couldve been better

When compared with our legacy approach, Clappia saves around 50% of our time and efforts thanks to its drag & drop application builder which doesn't require any prior coding experience.

The application library can be further enhanced by offering more app modules that meet our growing industry requirements. Sometimes experienced latency issues while working with its web-based platform to build our cost-metric evaluation app for our customers. Since we have recently started to work on the Clappia platform, we are yet to discover more features that are present in its application development platform.

Clappia offers various templates such as IT tracking, Incident response management, Asset Management and Cost metric evaluation which only requires a few parameters to kick start our DTEF application deployments. Its workspace environment provides logical isolation & customer data integrity between different applications which we develop for different clients on its platform. It's relatively easy to connect our data sources through its APIs and we can easily design complex workflows and entire application architecture with its App Designer tool.

Quick mobile app development with out any professional developer. With in an hour i have developed app for my production entry.

Easy to use. A business user can also create Apps with few clicks. Drag and drop and support of excel formula makes it very useful. Chat support and SPOC are beneficial. Support for consuming REST API and Google sheet makes it easy to use

Survey Apps with accurate GPS location for Kirloskar Group Company. It will be used for Meeting slots and other use cases.

Easy to set up and great for no-code approach in making app. The good thing is everybody can easily launch their own app in a short period of time and get the results immediately.

UI/UX is a bit limited compared to the native one.

Clappia helps us build a quick app for auditing our merchant store capturing all the info & photos. Time and cost is the most beneficial things we can get out of it. Love the features so far!

We love the simplicity of setting questions and parameters on Clappia, especially for people without an IT background. A lot of tools that we can explore, such as Geotagging location, capturing photos, scanning barcodes, etc. It is easier to analyze the data using Graphs on Clappia or simply downloading the excel/spreadsheet. In addition, we can also customize the app using our name (both for Android and IoS). Thank you for your hard work on that.

Currently, One improvement that we are still waiting for is storing all the pictures captured into one drive, especially google drive.

To do Sales and Market audits on the field. We use Clappia nationwide, and our sales team is happy to use it.
