I think the UI/UX of the Editor was not as perfect as I expected. But I guess Clappia will improve it next few months.

We need to build many apps for the Sales team to review the stores they take care of. This requirement needs to be complete in a short time, and we have to find a platform to build up quickly. Clappia is a good choice! They help me turn out the app just in 2 weeks. What an excited!

The fact that they have no limit on the number of apps is a plus to keep the costs in control. They have user-based pricing which is great for us. Their dashboard lets us quickly monitor the status of different activities and take corrective actions.

None really; their support staff is super supportive whenever we are in need of any assistance.

We use their API to connect to multiple data sources and have configured a number of apps to surface the processed data. Their workflow feature allows triggering notifications via email with PDF attachments. It works well!

It's actually very fast to build and roll out apps because it doesnt require coding. We built and rolled out to thousands of users all within a month. Customer support is fantastic. They provide human connects for educating you and also to your employees when they are stuck during onboarding.

It has limited options for Ui customization for the apps.

There are thousands of retail outlets across the country. We are using Clappia for auditing, regular checklists, GPS data collection, etc.

UX could be much better and also the user interface

I solved the problem of auditing large number of clients and how our internal services are going based for a NGO in The Netherlands.

The tool being very simple, it gives enormous flexibility to make changes by user, just having a basic understanding of the process.

Limitation on UI, makes application dull

It's effortless to create forms using their given tools. For any calculation logic, it uses only excel formulas. One more important thing is, it can be used from mobile also like a mobile app. Being a no-code platform, Clappia is very easy for all organizations to use. PDF generation, email sending to authorities, graph report generations are just one click away.

As I am working with given forms and elements by Clappia, I am not able to change the properties of multiple elements at the same time.

I am saving time and effort. It does not ask for core technology development. PDF generation, Email sending, analytical reports, and much more time-consuming development part has been covered in Clappia

The biggest challange for technical software/application requirement, is to explain the IT teeam what is the techncal requirements. Technical terms, fields, condition etc. This made me handicape to develop tehnical solution, even if I know what I need but chlannaging to explain and developed by IT team to meet the same requirements. Thanks to CLAPPIA my decade long hunt of having our technical solutions web/mobile app for manufacturing, quality data replacing traditional log sheets, excel file. Apart from that it was alsomost impossibe to find required data from log sheet and excel during audit, which made a single click away using Clappia. Define our own required field, workflow, conditions made development so easy and without writing a single line of code. We have no IT person in team and nor we have any plan to include.

I have been using Clappia for almost two years now. Being a doctor, I was looking for an easy-to-customize and easy-to-use platform. I have to say that I am immensely impressed by the Clappia. Not being very tech-savvy myself, it was so simple for me to create my dashboard and apps. It has been beneficial to enter patient details. Its ability to take and store information even in places with no internet access is a boon (since most areas in the hospital have a poor or no signal for mobile data). Even though I have not yet taken any of their paid subscriptions (since the one freely available has almost all requirements for my work), their customer service is excellent. I remember two of their core team members helping me out for nearly 3 to 4 hours at a stretch to resolve an issue I faced a few months back. I cannot recommend this platform less. It is fair to say that it has made my work much easier to manage. I am looking forward to exploring their platform more as I know it has a lot more to offer than just data entry and fundamental analysis. I would especially recommend their platform to doctor colleagues looking for a place to create a clinical proforma (that is editable at any point in time), systematically enter clinical and laboratory records, and download all the information in an excel format.

I am using Clappia for my project on children with brain infections. The platform is very easy to use and I can customise my own clinical and lab proform on a personalised dashboard.

Clappia's team did a great job making sure the application is not complicated at all, and they improve or upgrade themselves to ease the day-to-day job.

The filter option enables us to make a lot of filters. So we can Filter as per our requirement like datewise or Monthwise or Asset wise. Upload Excel option enables to upload all the details of the assets in a single click. The downloading option allows us to download the filtered data in an Excel Format. In a nutshell, Clappia is Best for Asset Management.

Setting up an app si simple. Help is close via chat and a lot of information are available to help builing you app. User are easy to get onboard, the ''publish'' fonction is smart. You can work on your app building it whitout anoying your user with a non ready app.

There is just a bit of latency. It's sometime a little slow. But nothing to be frustraded about.
