The surveys are easy to make, and there is a high-level of functionality. I was able to make the survey I wanted very quickly, and was very happy with the results we received.
The customer service and pricing model. There aren't any subscription services for one or two surveys, it's only for a minimum of six-months. Unsubscribing is also not possible without talking to customer support, and after submitting two tickets, my subscription was only canceled after I sent them an email that I was contesting the credit card charge. Additionally, they required an onboarding meeting, even though I'd already made the survey I wanted and didn't really need help. Overall, the business model comes across as predatory, but if you plan on making a lot of surveys for a long period of time, the service is the best I've encountered.
SurveySparrow made making my survey very easy, and made viewing the results easy, and allowed for easy analytic sharing for shareholders. If you are making complicated surveys with a lot of conditional questions, it's the easiest product to use.
I appreciate that SurveySparrow offers a number of different types of surveys to create. Whether you want to make a basic classic survey, a chat-style survey, or even an offline "kiosk" survey, there is an option for that.
I had no budget to work with, and I needed a free product in order to accomplish what I needed. Unfortunately, the trial version of SurveySparrow only allows for 100 responses, so there was no way this would work for me.
Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize SurveySparrow for what I needed, since the response quantity is limited for a free trial account. The basic plan is $19 per month, but with no budget, I couldn't make it work.

I had a really frustrating experience with Survey Sparrow, and I must say it was far from pleasant. I decided to cancel my plan a few days ago, and now it claims I'm on a free plan. That's not what I signed up for. I paid for a full year, but I can't access the plan anymore. It's utterly infuriating. I contacted their support, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They told me that since I canceled an active subscription plan, the features are frozen. Okay, I get it, but I paid for a full year, and I just wanted access until it expires, with no auto-renewal. They insisted that I have to pay an extra fee to reactivate it, which makes absolutely no sense. I even asked for a refund, but they shot me down, claiming it's against their policy. It's like they're following some robotic script instead of trying to help me get what I want. As a startup worker, I've dealt with numerous services, and this is hands down the worst cancellation experience I've ever had in the ecosystem. It's beyond disappointing. I canceled because they automatically charged me for another year without any renewal email. Now they want me to pay more for a plan I already paid for. It's absurd! All I wanted was to use the tool until my original subscription expires, without any auto-renewal, and it feels like they're making it unnecessarily complicated. Survey Sparrow seriously needs to step up their game when it comes to customer support and billing policies. This whole experience was a major letdown.

The customer support is responsive when you have an issue, they are very helpful and will go out of thier way to ensure that your product is solved. Unfortunately great customer support does not make up for a terrible software product
Initially, I found the software sometimes buggy with the survey not loading when a user clicked on the link. But this happened when I first started using the software, and I have not encountered the bug as of late. However, as I've continued to use the software over the last 15 months I've come across more and more bugs that really shouldn't exist in a product. A number of users have reported the survey simplely crashing half way through. Many survey elements render beyond the end of the page and it's impossible to scroll down so users can't complete the survey. Resulting in many upset emails from my users. The spam filtering is non existant and my latest survey has been flooded with hundreds of fake responses.

I liked some of the templates and the formatting, that it was easy to find, and had some decent options for layout and pleasant presentation. It's still a little underdeveloped compared to competitors.
It doesn't let you customize answers or do more multiple choice options than what's given, and the site is somewhat difficult to understand. I don't see why I couldn't customize more.

Rewards and people approach to certain surveys. It can make people feel like they matters when it comes to survey related their job. Although they may not understand something that why to answer an outsider agency or agent.
Not always we get reward. Some questions aren't for everyone to answer, we may end up filling lot of surveys and left empty handed. But taking achance doesn't cost anything.
I haven't seen any reward yet. I can create form easily but people find it a bit complex to fill up the form or question answers. They usually feel like it may charge something initially or may need more time.
