SurveySparrow met all my expectations, it is very easy to update, has many integrations and is interactive. I am in the process of getting my company to buy the full license. I even use it for my personal projects. I really liked the possibility to customise everything, from the background to the font, the logo, everything. It has advanced properties, you can make payments, and online orders. I found it very complete and user-friendly.
The price of the basic package is quite high compared to other services. The payments are annual, and I have found it difficult to get finance to agree to commit to paying for a year.
Part of my job is gathering feedback from young people, which can be very challenging. SurveySparrow provides a very interactive alternative that helps young people engage. The way the forms integrate with existing systems is also very important in facilitating our work.
The different question types were ideal.

I think Survey sparrow should work on Report. Need more clear dashboards for easy data visualization.

The preview feature is perfect, and it works fine. Themes customization works very well and has excellent options. The user interface for the participants is beautiful and user-friendly. Although I haven't used any, there are a lot of possible integrations. And the overview and reports to analyze the results are the best I've seen in the market.
The questions type Slider and Opinion Scale doesn't have an option to edit numbers labels or change to words. When building the form, it has just a little loading when you select preview in real-time, but it is acceptable.
Send forms with an excellent user interface to several people. Present the results to interested people, and analyze responses for learning and future decisions.
I like all the features, they let you make forms, custom them, etc.

The price was what sold us on this, but the interface is easy to work with as well. Their customer service team is very responsive which is great, and have hopped on a call with me to help me troubleshoot in the past.
It's a younger tool missing some customization at the level we purchased. The way they package different product offerings within their pricing tiers frustrates me a bit. I need one additional feature but can't justify leveling up and taking on the additional cost just for that feature. I do with they had an a la carte option when it came to packaging.
We're running NPS through SurveySparrow. The package we're at allows us enough customization to satisfy our needs. NPS helps us to track how customers are feeling about us without prompting them for an answer face to face, and we greatly value the feedback. The NPS functionality within SurveySparrow is cost-effective and does what we need it to do. We looked at other competitors (SurveyMonkey, Gainsight) and felt that SurveySparrow was our "goldilocks" and offered what we needed at the price point we were looking for.
I like the fact that Survey Sparrow is extremely reliable and known to be genuine & reputed. I know for a fact that I can rely on Survey Sparrow to be accurate.
There's not much I dislike, but I think Survey Sparrow could be much better in terms of the user experience & design. Although it is functional as it is right now.

The best thing about Survey Sparrow is ease of use. You can achieve so much more by just doing the minimum.

I love the options to customize my survey. I can create a wide variety of question formats for my surveys, as well as view the responses in formats that are concise and helpful.
I haven't come across any features that I don't like. At this time, it has met all my needs and I will continue to use it to survey our client base!
I can acquire feedback from our current and past clients and do so in an anonymous way. I am able to detect areas of improvement and discern patterns. I can then pass this feedback on to our staff to make improvements.
