The user interface is straightforward to use, it has many capabilities, and the customer service team is always very responsive when we have a question. I really appreciate them!

We didn't realize ahead of time that using an email embed via HubSpot would collect responses as "Anonymous." We were under the impression it would pick up First and Last names.

Surveys with survey sparrow feel a lot more conversational and friendlier. A lot of respondents will have a lot of fun engaging with your surveys which are also mobile-friendly and can be integrated on multiple platforms such as websites or landing pages.

It is a bit pricier compare to the other free popular survey maker options. However, this offers you so much more insights and features that pricing will end up making sense.

SurveySparrow is a great solution and tool for any user experience researcher or anyone in product design. It is also great for marketers, entrepreneurs, or enterprises of any size. This tool can be used with collecting quantitative or qualitative answers from users. It does a great job.

I wanted to collect data in a table format because wanted to get the same input for many modules and surveysparrow allowed me to do that

I really love the ease of customizing the pre-existing templates, which for me is great because some of them aren't exactly the "theme" of what I need but I quickly tweak for my startup's needs. The best feature I think, is the ability to have your survey participants upload a variety of file types. This made collecting testimonials a breeze because sometimes it's just easier for people to share a quick audio of their wins, or a video. Or maybe just a note. Anything that makes it easier for my people, is a win for me!

I wish there were a bigger variety of templates like one specifically for collecting testimonials or case studies.

It is solving the problem of how to make data collection, and prospecting engaging, and feel like a cohesive brand experience...affordable for a one-person startup.

Speed, survey design, analytics and simplicity from user perspective

Nothing so far. Could improve their marketing. Wasn't easy to find them. I find them better than survey monkey. Also the enterprise version is value for money from a pricing perspective.
