The price was what sold us on this, but the interface is easy to work with as well. Their customer service team is very responsive which is great, and have hopped on a call with me to help me troubleshoot in the past.
It's a younger tool missing some customization at the level we purchased. The way they package different product offerings within their pricing tiers frustrates me a bit. I need one additional feature but can't justify leveling up and taking on the additional cost just for that feature. I do with they had an a la carte option when it came to packaging.
We're running NPS through SurveySparrow. The package we're at allows us enough customization to satisfy our needs. NPS helps us to track how customers are feeling about us without prompting them for an answer face to face, and we greatly value the feedback. The NPS functionality within SurveySparrow is cost-effective and does what we need it to do. We looked at other competitors (SurveyMonkey, Gainsight) and felt that SurveySparrow was our "goldilocks" and offered what we needed at the price point we were looking for.
Been using Survey Sparrow for several months as a free user and the quality of their surveys, the feature set, and especially the customer service is nothing but the best and helps my business get more bookings. After several months, I contacted the customer support which was very responsive and they spoke excellent English!!!! despite not being US-based I think. My account manager was stellar. Very courtesy and professional. Again his use of the English language was amazing and somehow his tone make me feel very comfortable. In any event, after consulting with him he upgraded my account and even threw in a generous discount just to help me with my immediate needs. For real, this is the place guys!
Pricing. Despite being cheaper from the options out there it's still rather expensive. I think a good price for something like this is probably no more than 35 per month as most of the businesses that would use this are a small business and the standard pricing is a bit too much, especially with COVID. But if you have the budget... this service is worth 100%

SurveySparrow does an excellent job when it comes to Survey Presence, feeling clean while maintaining a detailed and engaging feel when taking surveys. It does not have any limitations, and everything I needed was there for me to test out and build upon. The UX has a nice feel to it, and you get a chance to see the craftsmanship that gives this product a lot of potential. My favorite and their most prominent feature throughout the software would include the various dashboards you can import, allowing you to read your data across multiple surveys while seeing everything on one screen. You can start a trial for their software free of charge, and even if you aren't sure whether it's something you want at the moment, they will allow you to extend your trial, once again free.
While SurveySparrow is doing a good job when it comes to surveying design and feel, their UI can feel a bit clunky at times, and while the user end feels quite nice, there are sometimes where I feel as though there isn't enough direction or sometimes parts of the software can feel like they're missing until I find it in a place I'm not expecting it. The software came out in 2017, so given it's relatively new, there are updates rolled out to fix these sorts of issues, and it's easy to forgive them for those cons when there are a lot more pro's to it. Compared to other software, it can also get very pricy, with their lowest plan coming in at 10 users for $99 a month, and all the way up to $500 a month for enterprise. It's for sure not a software for your average SMB, and for the features, I would say it wouldn't be worth it if you are looking for something on the low end.
WIth SurveySparrow, I can see my data all in one place, without having to compare it manually through different surveys individually. It allows me to be more efficient when comparing data, and reacting to changes I need to make.

The upsides for SurveySparrow are as follows - 1. The onboarding process regarding SurveySparrow is very efficient. One doesn't requires to spend ridiculous amount of time opening up the accounts. Which helps in retention of the client. 2. Data collection required to create a healthy data dictionary requires heterogenous complex data. What I find best of SurveySparrow is that one can create simpler surveys and stitch them out into the final report. 3. The data analysis in SurveySparrow is top notch and out of league. It has saved me hundreds of hours for compiling the entire data into the final report. It provides adequate data to present them at a conference or add in the final reports without much editing.
The downsides for SurveySparrow are as follows - 1. The one downside which makes it difficult for small enterprises to obtain it and play with data is its highly pricey plans. Although it has various features but still seems not so value for money in comparison with other survey platforms 2. The learning graph of SurveySparrow is really high. I had to go through various tutorials and articles to learn the thing, which eventually creates a hassle for a beginner. This impacts the retention of the new customers. 3. Another thing which I think can be improved is that they should allow to export the reports into pdf form in the free plan.

The cost of using survey sparrow is a bit high. High in the sense that, not every single business online is an enterprise- some are owned by private individuals with low budgets, and others by startups who are still struggling to find their way out. It would be better if the Survey Sparrow team would make slight adjustments to the pricing tiers to attract more customers.

The SurveySparrow experience is beautiful. From creating the forms (picking from a template) to adding images to questions, using logic to skip certain questions can add a lot of value to the form. Many of my participants left a feedback saying that they loved the interface and that helped them complete the survey even though the questions do get dry after a point. For research purpose, this is a good tool, I could create my survey in about 3 hours and the integration helped with collecting data at one place. I also liked the contact with the Account managers that are specifically assigned to assist with onboarding and using the software.
I truly love the interface, yet I feel as a student, the pricing options can be difficult. Please do look at the billing page and also pay attention to the annual contract clause before deciding to use SurveySparrow.
