Great their UX and the potencial of the feedback dashboard
The basic plan does not cover the main needs for a tool like this. Generating surveys by customer variables should be a must have in all the plans
NPS surveys and continious discoveries with our users.
We only used it for NPS and a large scale customer survey so far. Both have been easily integrated with our existing solutions, and we managed to completely smash our engagement expectations in terms of respondents and quality of responses. We love how professional it looks and feels, and how simple it is to set up. Survicate also offers some easily available data summary with graphs that can be filtered, which allowed us to quickly see if our activated survey was collecting the type of responses that we were aiming for.
Of the few things we have encountered so far which can be seen as less positive, are some restrictions to data filtering in the analysis tool, and perhaps a way to more easily structure and manage large surveys that involve a lot of questions (50+). But after reaching out to Survicate with detailed and structured feedback on this, and suggestions on how to improve it, we received a reply that they would immediately start looking into these suggestions and see how they could incorporate them in their Product Roadmap! Pretty cool experience.
We now have a go-to tool for NPS, customer surveys and other feedback channels that integrates well with our existing solutions, allowing us to capture valuable customer feedback from different sources.
Survicate is a nice tool that adds additional value for our business to get more relevant user insights to provide an exceptional user/customer experience. It provides clever solutions to map our users based on their interests and opinion about our product. The integrations with third party tools is very helpful to use it seamlessly within different message channels to enhance our user's experience.
Even more integrations, a reworked pricing structure and more data availability without caps on user responses would be great for the current plans provided.
Use cases for our daily business: - collecting insights on our user's opinion and feedback - retargeting our users based on their feedback - retargeting our users based on their provided insights and opinion in polls
I appreciate that Survicate's survey creation process is straightforward, making it pretty easy for a new user to get started, and that you're easily able to quickly produce surveys without taking too much time to manage or design them. It's easy to see results and the Excel download file is invaluable for saving your data. It's also awesome that you can collaborate with multiple users and there's a wealth of integrations & add-ons that are compatible with Survicate, which broadens your options and use cases. Their Support team is very dependable and friendly, too.
The UI within each survey management page could be improved, as the menus/icons aren't quite intuitive and it took me a bit to figure out how to navigate. I also wish it were easier to view text answer results - you also can't really see who submitted the results in the UI; it's only available in the Excel spreadsheet. The "Design Preview" feature could also use maybe a bit more clean-up.
We've used Survicate for both in-app messages and email blasts to customers and leads, and it's brought in a lot of helpful data. We've collected a HUGE amount of feedback from our SaaS users via Survicate which in turn has helped us improve our software.
Many many features under one roof. You can automate feedback at various steps of funnel. And free version is available.
Complex to understand all of its features. Automation also require a dedicated resource.
I am managing a D2C product, so every time before a new release we ask the audience what is the top most required feature. And after release, we ask about their satisfaction level.
I like the ability to build out either simple in message surveys, or more complex progressive surveys.
The analytics could be better. Better than some alternatives, but still fairly basic.
Surveying customers and partners to understand where to improve.
I have been using Survicate to get feedback from our visitors and clients by providing them Surveys which lets me know their needs and expectations from us. Also I like the fact the Survicate helps me in discovering the reason for the visits on our site. Survicate allows me to have different target segments in terms of total visits, device used, time spent on the site and traffic parameters which helps me to accurately use this data in the sales process. Mostly I use the feature for creating surveys based upon previous answers on the surveys and getting customized data from the integrated applications such as Google Analytics.
The only thing I don’t find easy to use in Survicate is the customization for the widgets. I have been trying to change the fonts for widgets, but didn’t succeed in doing so. Rest everything is up to my expectations.
I am a Marketing Intern and this requires a lot of market study for getting new clients and taking feedback from the existing clients. Survicate provides me an excellent platform for doing so. I am able to connect it with the popular marketing tools such as Google Anaytics, Shopify and Hubspot with great ease. It helps me to launch relevant surveys for our clients to understand their needs in a better way. It helps me to get the details for leads profiles from the complete interaction history pretty easily.
We still use Survicate as a plugin through Intercom, which allows us to get feedback from customers automatically based on actions they take and how long they've been with us. We still use Survicate to send an email with a feedback survey to any churned customers. That has provided us with some invaluable insights.
It became a dealbreaker that you can't combine the in-app chat NPS survey with the email version. You need to combine the feedback manually and manually calculate a global NPS score from there. That t was becoming too time-consuming as we scaled. I also didn't like that you couldn't see a change in sentiment over time if the same customer responded to the NPS survey again.
We're able to get feedback from our customers in a personalized, yet automated way. The post-mortem survey has helped us drive product changes and win back business.
Provides a variety of categories to get customer reviews based on categories. Provides capabilities for managing and organizing different sections of reviews. Good tools are offered to developers.
It can sometimes be complex to manage based on the numerous options it provides. Documentation is sometimes difficult to follow or implement as it has a lot of features.
Review capturing Categories classification Reviews segregation More customer interaction Increased engagement of customers with the business in question.
Support experience. It was also quite easy and quick to start using Survicate for our project. Within a day we managed to set up a survey campaign and send it out to our customer group - and we did it on a free plan, since there are no major limitations.
It's not possible to export the data for free, but we're planning to upgrade soon, so it's not a big issue
It helps to start collecting the customer feedback quickly
It's simple and easy to use, while offering plenty of customization options so you can make a survey your own! Their customer service is extremely attentive and they are always looking for feedback.
I have no complaints so far! All the questions I've posed to the Survicate team have been thoroughly addressed and look forward to watching how these will continue to innovate their platform!
Survicate helps us reach our customers in the moment in a quick and easy way. We can customize the look and feel of the survey so it's noticeable but not disruptive to our customers.
Support and customer service are definitely worth mentioning. I also appreciate UI.
I have no major objections, the app works pretty well.
It is easy to set up and helps with getting feedback and doing research. Most of my respondents were satisfied with that how the app works.
The platform is very intuitive and super easy to use. I love the templated questions we can start from, or making our own surveys from scratch. The integration with Marketo is beneficial as we can trigger our surveys through Marketo and also kick off follow-up actions based on specific responses.
We can set up our own tags through the survey links, but I wish that was a little more user-friendly. Maybe having a dynamic aspect of the survey so we could maintain one survey copy but have it react differently to our audiences.
Survicate allows us to automate emails to our customers at specific milestones and then react in real time to the responses of those surveys to better serve our customers.
Survicate is incredibly user-friendly and easy to deploy.
Exporting the visuals of the survey results can take some time.
When we surpassed our response limit, Survicate quickly expanded our package so we could gather more.
I adore their support and how amazingly customer-oriented they are. I especially love the idea of being able to return to the same Support representative and getting always a pleasant communication along with informative inputs and practical help. Sergey rocks!
Nothing much - all of my interactions were amazing at this point as well as I do appreciate the flexibility of the service
All of them! Anything feedback related gets acted upon by a knowledgeable stuff - having to chat with them sometimes makes my day just womderful:)
I enjoy how user-friendly Survicate is. It's the perfect balance of templates and customization allowing me to do less work with more personalization.
The main downside in my book is having max caps for survey responses that can be collected.
We need a way to collect real, actionable insights and info from our customers and Survicate gives us just that.
I love the survey builder: very easy-to-use with lots of options. I also like the integrations with other tools and their customer support, very quick to respond.
Nothing critical, but it would be nice to be able to create survey templates.
Being able to display the first question of the survey directly in the email (increased the responses) + the ability to update our data based on responses
- Seamless way to aggregate valuable product feedback from real users - The survey builder is very easy to use - Word clouds for qualitative feedback are extremely helpful to relay information to all stakeholders
- Surveys on mobile lack in customizability - The survey builder does not support comparison operators other than '=' at this time
- We are now able to ask the players of our game for specific and qualitative feedback - We can target what segment of players see which questions at what point in their gameplay
I like how simple and straightforward it is to use Survicate. During my most recent survey, I didn't have to wonder how long it would take. Survicate is a five-star survey.
Honestly, I didn't dislike anything. As I mentioned before, Survicate is great!
I was able to provide timely feedback to SeekOut about their services using Survicate.
- The ability to create, launch, update survey anytime without doing any change to our code. - The ability to customize the survey, very extensively - The ability to send custom parameters to further filter results, very important for us.
Can't think of anything at the moment, it's pretty perfectly honestly speaking.
We needed a quick solution that allows us to launch survey to potentially all 1200 of our sites. The fact that Survicate doesn't tie to specific domains helped a lot on that issue.
