"Straightforward interface, integrations galore, ever evolving product and incredible support team"
What do you like best about Survicate?

I recently decided to use survicate over other platforms; here are some of the reasons why: Incredibly easy-to-use interface. It is pretty much foolproof. Competitive Pricing. Pricing is super flexible, and the team helps determine what plan works best for you. Installation is relatively easy (like most other survey products), and documentation for implementation is relevant and concise. Integrations are a life-saver. I enjoy having the ease of being able to integrate with the tools we have available. There are many integrations, much more than other survey products with a similar price range. The Support team is incredibly responsive. I had a few calls with them before deciding to go ahead. It was constructive to understand the more complex capabilities that the tool has. The CSS customiser is quite helpful in making our surveys adapt to the look and feel of the site and makes it look like an extension of our website instead of an imposed element that stands out. (It did required time from our devs to implement those changes) Survicate Platform is constantly getting updates and new feature releases. The company is looking at ways of optimising its product ad improving customer experience. (Last week, there was a significant change in the UI, and it looks great!) Workspaces are great. We manage multiple websites, and having different workspaces makes it simple to organise and target specific sites. Feedback hub is great to bring in feedback from other sources, we use it for our App/Android Store. Price-Value I can't think of (and couldn't find) a better alternative.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

There has been a few suggestions I've made that could improve the product. The main one is to add more integrations to the "feedback button". We've made it work and are happy with it, but being able to customize how and what sort of data gets sent to Slack on each response would be a big plus (i.e. URL, Device, Browser).

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives our users a platform to voice their concerns and ideas to us. They often let us know when something is not working correctly and help us find functionality issues and fix them. It brings all of our feedback into a single platform and alerts us when we receive feedback (sometimes, these can be time-sensitive).

"Good support, good features, a little pricey"
What do you like best about Survicate?

I use Survicate to embed NPS surveys into ActiveCampaign emails and they look really nice, plus it's great to map the results to AC. Survicate's chat support is very prompt.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

I think the price is a little salty - and I feel like the pricing changed some during my trial. I wish some of the features were more customizable, like a way to direct users to multiple review platforms (i.e. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor) after they have completed a survey.

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Survicate, our unhappy customers were going straight to Google Reviews to express their frustrations (usually things that could be easily resolved if they were to talk with a manager instead). Now, they have an outlet to communicate frustrations before going public. Plus, it turns out that satisfied customers are happy to share their experiences too - sometimes you just have to ask! We improved our Google rating significantly by heading off negative reviews and asking happy customers to share their experience.

"Totally recommended! Very useful feedback collection tool!"
What do you like best about Survicate?

Super simple integration that allows you to get first responses within minutes. Uses intuitive logics and design options so anyone can set up very smart and friendly feedback surveys. Response conversions are pretty high what's important when you don't have great traffic. Found all integrations that I needed!

What do you dislike about Survicate?

It was difficult for me to understand pricing but it was improved in last days. Couple of problems with understanding designs options however here support team was very helpful.

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run compaings checking pricing tags and user value propositions The tool has good answer rates and we can settle it very quickly. We found it also useful as source of constant passive feedback from users.

"Generate relevant user insights to improve your customer's experience"
What do you like best about Survicate?

Survicate is a nice tool that adds additional value for our business to get more relevant user insights to provide an exceptional user/customer experience. It provides clever solutions to map our users based on their interests and opinion about our product. The integrations with third party tools is very helpful to use it seamlessly within different message channels to enhance our user's experience.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

Even more integrations, a reworked pricing structure and more data availability without caps on user responses would be great for the current plans provided.

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Use cases for our daily business: - collecting insights on our user's opinion and feedback - retargeting our users based on their feedback - retargeting our users based on their provided insights and opinion in polls

"Best Exit Intent Survey EVER!"
What do you like best about Survicate?

First of all, I love the user experience of using Survicate. It's very easy to set up. Tons of features. I like that they don't lure you in with all the PRO features and then leave you hanging after the trial is up. It is still very functional on the free account. I love getting the insight on my website visitors. It is helping me to learn about my product offering, my price competitiveness, and has even helped me identify missed opportunities. I has also served as a good lead capture tool by offering a coupon. I also like that every time I have a question, they are very responsive and help me find what I'm looking for.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

As with most exit intent tools, I find it very sensitive which can be good and bad. When browsing the site, I often use the back button and each time I get the pop-up. I'm not sure if each pop-up is included as an impression, but if so, this may skew the reporting a bit. Also, if you see the same popup every time you hit the back button, you start to ignore it which decreases the chances of them filling it out. So it's a catch 22. Survicate actually has many ways to configure the survey so maybe I just haven't found the right setting.

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm learning about the customers opinion of my pricing. I'm also asking what products I'm missing to identify missed opportunities. Survicate actually helped me identify a problem with a product variation. The customer didn't see an option that should have been available and put that feedback in the survery. I was able to quickly fix that product listing.

"Great tool!"
What do you like best about Survicate?

I like the diversity of survey forms and ease of use. We use Survicate not only to get feedback from our customers but we also use it to improve internal processes and get ideas from the team. Also, guys charge for the number of users who have taken the survey, unlike others who charge for the number of sent surveys.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

It is not that I dislike it, the design is a bit plain. However, everything else is great!

What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Survicate to gather feedback from customers and the internal team, to measure NPS.
