Not having any issues with zoho survey it works great and i would highly recommend to anyone to use. it is super simple and easy to use.
It supports audios, videos and images which is one of the cool feature I like the most about Zoho Survey.
Question library is missing which is not a big issue, but it would be more feasible if there were some questions.

I was able to create an online assessment form that links directly to my website so all my users have to do is click and fill it out. There were plenty of customizable templates and colors to use that creates uniformity with your unique brand.
I didn't see many downsides to Zoho survey.
I no longer have to send my clients forms via email in order to receive pertinent information. I just send them to my website and they fill out the form. No faxing and no printing.

Zoho survey provides great service for creating new Survey based on out need. Zoho provides every type of the function and option what we want in our survey list. GUI of the service is best it is very user friendly.
Little bit lag in the service some time but It does not require any amendment base on the function needs to check the network troubleshooting. May be its server side can perform better than now. So always its a good features and service.

Zoho provides every type of the function and option what we want in our survey list. GUI of the service is best it is very user friendly.

Zoho Survey was easy to use and set up. The possibility to not only configure the questions we wanted but also the look and feel for distribution was great.
On the downside as we began with the Free Enterprise trial once we got to 100 responses ( although it was clearly mentioned in the trial confirmation) we could only see the additional responses as a number which obviously pushed us to have to either consider limiting our sample size or pay to accept additional responses.

This is one of the disadvantages The design could be more fun to help its users to finish the survey. A fun design has less closing rate. The features and options are still great..
