System was different from most. Not as user friendly
Very complex. Hard to follow, found multiple bugs.
Surveying times of employee spent on projects. Made it easier but less efficient for employees. Took them up too long to fill out the surveys
Setting up a survey was easy but that's about all that I liked with this platform.
To sync any data you have to maneuver between apps. It's not easy to just access the CRM and look at the survey data. You have to go into Zoho Survey, pull the data and get it to sync with the CRM which rarely happened accurately.
We wanted one platform that would integrate and sync all of our data between surveys, email and CRM. But Zoho was not as easy to use as you'd think it would be.
