Zoho Survey is an excellent survey management software, it allows and facilitates the collection of data that are important for the business processes of our company, it takes very little time to create a survey with zoho survey, it also provides a wide range of predefined templates to use depending on the need you have and also allows you to include different types of responses, they can be simple text, multiple choice, image and many more. I like the customization options and collaboration features because it facilitates teamwork. Last but not least I like how it integrates with other Zoho Suite tools which is really useful for us since we use many of them.

I have not experienced any drawbacks using Zoho Survey, it works very well and does an excellent job of creating surveys and collecting data, for this reason so far there is nothing I dislike,10/10 for Zoho Survey.

Zoho Survey provided us with a fast and efficient way to collect important data for our business processes through surveys; it has been a great ally for us because it has allowed us to improve the way we carry out many of our business processes, with Zoho Survey it was possible to identify our deficiencies in many areas, thanks to which we can make more informed decisions and under real data. I appreciate the ease of use, which is a standout feature of Zoho's native tools. Zoho Survey is a powerful and comprehensive online survey creation tool that I admire for its flexibility and customization options. It offers a wide range of templates and allows you to include multiple choice responses, one to five star ratings and much more. I also appreciate its collaboration features, which make it easy to work with colleagues. We use it primarily to assess customer satisfaction after installation processes, for customer service interactions and other scenarios. We also use it to evaluate knowledge acquired during quarterly company training sessions, to socialize new operating procedures or to gather feedback on a new product or service. Zoho Survey provides all the features needed to create, distribute and analyze survey data, making it a very efficient and convenient way to collect information.

I have no complaints about Zoho Survey; it works very well for its intended purpose. Its performance and ease of use are superb, and there is nothing about it that I dislike.

Zoho Survey is an excellent survey management software. We can easily create surveys in a few minutes, because it offers a large library of predefined templates that can be adjusted to the specific needs you have, we can add different types of questions and answers, simple text, selection, multiple choice, image and others. Zoho Survey is highly customizable, I like that we can choose a specific theme for our survey even include the logo of our company which provides a professional and branded look to each survey, which in turn generates confidence to the parties involved (respondents), Zoho Survey allows us to collaboratively edit surveys; we can invite team members to help us create or improve surveys or we can also share reports to benefit decision making, personally I use the mobile application and I find it excellent, it is concrete and I have everything I need at hand, I love how it integrates with other tools of the zoho ecosystem and third parties.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Survey, it does its job very well and satisfies all our needs, it is a very easy to use tool and provides an excellent user experience.

Zoho Survey provided us with a fast, easy and secure way to create surveys and collect: ideas, opinions, feelings and knowledge among others, both from our staff and our customers who are the basis and the pillar by which we work every day. Zoho Survey has helped us in 90% of our decision making and has allowed us to improve on aspects that could have been previously overlooked, thanks to the fact that we now make more informed decisions.

I like how you can ask what questions you want to get the information you need to improve things that need improvement.

Not a whole lot that I can say about not liking it. I would say it could add a bit of color to the layout

It is helping people get answers to things so that they can better improving on things if it is needed.

As of now we didn't faced any issue with it.

Zoho survey is a tool that enables us to conduct survey. Which is available in market with minimal price tag. It's most simple and user friendly. You could easily procure data and validate responses which will help us to deliver better.

Every thing seems Preity intresting however my small recommendation not that I dislike is to delete there is no clear instructions which are directly visible so to do so we need to click the 3 dots and then delete however they should be direct button on the page.

Zoho survey helps us to take feedback on staffing services with various big organisation HR teams to get information whether we able to deliver the services appropriately with out any further delays and delivering smooth traditions and trust me the best product I love to use and recommend

I genuinely like using Zoho Survey against, say, Typeform or Google Forms. Because it makes taking in customer feedback, so, SO easy! Additionally, collaboration features make it easy to work with colleagues on survey design and analysis. 10/10 to Zoho for developing such a wonderful suite of products.

Honestly nothing! I just wish they lowered prices a bit (1700/month is a bit too much to pay for a survey tool). On the other hand, better integration with mailing tools such as Mailchimp would be a plus.

The alternatives are either too expensive or not worth using at all. Typeform is fine but it's too, minimalist. Google Forms is good but it's too basic. Zoho Survey solves this problem plus offers a wider range of integration.

Simple drag-and-drop interface where you can have your log-ins secured.

They cannot track down 3rd party software or viruses.

We are struggling with the CSAT survey with the customer and also with the customizable template Zoho Survey came to escape in regards to the CSAT survey, easy to create and share with customer

One of the things that I like about ZOHO survey is that they have a lot of template customization than other survey-designing companies. Moreover, it has a vast option of adding multiple drop-down menus; checklist buttons, e.t.c a single survey; it also has many extra features like matrix scaling and matrix rating which helps users a lot while making new survey

There is not much of downside ZOHO survey as it delivers a flawless experience to its customers as a Zoho survey user; I didn't feel that it has any kind od drawback so far

ZOHO survey solve a lot of problems at is has made survey making very easier and advance more over it has a very low cost subscription which any scale of business can afford as compare to other survey designing companies in the market more over it is also suitable for personal use too as allow a single user to use it daily for blogging purpose too
