Even though logical rules are easy to use, the drop down menu requires quite some time to program to filter answers based on previous answers, dependency fields.

First of all, for making any survey forms customization is an extremely important and critical feature and zoho survey has 10/10 from me for that because sending survey is also a marketing touch and your company brand identity has to be reflected in them so it has to be interesting enough for a particular user to fill it out.

I don't think I have features or feedback or any complaints about zoho survey forms. The quality of the support for over all zoho has to be improved is the only thing which I believe I want to share with the G2 community. Every thing else with zoho survey particularly seems fine to me. Also I believe they have a very good and exceptionally talented UI team which is making the zoho survey solution efficient and keeping it light and easy day by day.
