The large variety of question templates that Zoho Survey offered was great.

The interface looked too old fashioned. Nothing specifically was inconvenient.

Zoho Survey allows free trial for us to actually test whether Zoho tools fit the type of survey we wanted to set up. In addition, Zoho tools do not only provide the flexibility we need but are also user friendly and easy to use.

Features usage are not simplified to tell us which features enable which type of survey questionnaire.

Very flexible tool. Very easy to design surveys , love the download into CSV which means we can pivot data and mine out the info we require.

Trial Limit is too small we had hoped to trial for 2-3 weeks with apx 300 surveys per week. Our total customer base is in excess of 130,000 so we need a larger amount to trial

Zoho has been an invaluable resource for my business. As a small startup just getting off the ground, staying as lean as possible is a priority. To that end, we conduct all of our market research and product focus grouping ourselves. Zoho's suite of products allow me to present polished, professional surveys to my customers and potential customers.

The logo could be a bit more professional.

Zoho allows me to tap into the thoughts and preferences of might customers and potential customers. Rather than outsource this market research, Zoho allows me to get a pulse on who is buying my products, what do they want, and how can I serve them better.

Question setup was very easy; there were lots of choices for question format; response view was easy to read, pie charts made results visible.

Everything functions very well. No complaints.

I’m relatively new to Zoho but it didn’t stop me from doing great stuff already It’s very easy to use and offers great functionality. It allowed me to do anything I could think of in terms of types of questions and deployment.

The one thing that comes to mind has to do with embedding the survey in our website. When embedding the survey there’s no way to limit people from completing the survey multiple times

Overall I'm very please with the option that are offered. There's flexibility, and I'm looking forward to using it to maximize the data I need to capture.

My process and the interface don't mesh.

I'm doing an initial survey for a food co-op, and the user experience is going well. The mobile versions are work well. I'm excited for the subsequent surveys.

The platform is easy to use and understand. It makes data retrieval easy and effortless. Being unfamiliar with survey production, Zoho has taken the stress off and allowed me to focus on other aspects of my job while still being able to retrieve meaningful data.

I currently don't have any dislikes for this product.

Good design, looks very pretty and easy to fill for customers. For survey designers, it's easy drag and drop. plus when you are using other Zoho products, it makes it so much more convenient.

You don't get all the Question rules etc. features in the free version. And the paid ones can be pretty expensive. We now use CRM+ which includes a subscription of Zoho Surveys, so we get the upgraded version now,

We try to get students and parents feedback for classes, events, meetings etc. so that we can seek further improvements in our business. While not everyone fills these surveys up, we get a pretty good feedback about our quality of service delivery and also some mishaps which has helped us customize our offerings better.

The platform is very user friendly and discreet. Once the data is collected, it can be presented in n number of ways depending upon one's requirements.

At times, there were some connectivity issues. This needs to be taken care of.

Soho Survey is super user friendly. Easy access. Tools are really easy to use and company support is accessible and simple and reliable. It is similar to competitors but a notch above

There was a veery minor payment issue with Zoho surveys and that is the only issue that we have had when using it. This problem was easily rectified and we have had no further issues
