The simple cut + paste survey embedding into Calendly emails and Hubspot emails. Gamechanger in terms of survey participation due to better timing.
It'd be great to have the link to view full survey results directly from Hubspot. Currently only have a few fields linked and then have to go into Survicate to search for the full response. Would also be nice to more easily see how respondents to one survey respond to another survey to piece together parts of the customer journey and develop leading indicators on experience.

I like that surveys made in Survicate can be embedded directly into emails.
Sometimes there is a lack of some specific functions. But Survicate team tracks feature requests and notifies users about implementing required things (I was surprised, haven't seen that with other software).

There is a potential to develop more capabilities, features (comparing with SurveyMonkey), paid panel across multiple countries.

I don't have anything bad to say about Survicate but it would be amazing if there is notification pop up as soon as I receive negative feedback so then follow-up action can be done immediately.

The ability to ask survey questions and then ask follow up questions automatically based off responses. The integration with Intercom is key!
