The platform is very intuitive and super easy to use. I love the templated questions we can start from, or making our own surveys from scratch. The integration with Marketo is beneficial as we can trigger our surveys through Marketo and also kick off follow-up actions based on specific responses.
We can set up our own tags through the survey links, but I wish that was a little more user-friendly. Maybe having a dynamic aspect of the survey so we could maintain one survey copy but have it react differently to our audiences.
Survicate allows us to automate emails to our customers at specific milestones and then react in real time to the responses of those surveys to better serve our customers.
Survicate is incredibly user-friendly and easy to deploy.
Exporting the visuals of the survey results can take some time.
When we surpassed our response limit, Survicate quickly expanded our package so we could gather more.
I adore their support and how amazingly customer-oriented they are. I especially love the idea of being able to return to the same Support representative and getting always a pleasant communication along with informative inputs and practical help. Sergey rocks!

Support and User experience to install and set up the survey
Most of the useful features are premium but you don't realize it until the setup. There are not clarity of premium features
We are understanding and identifying our client's thoughts so can act around their needs before they take a decision like canceling the subscription
It literally is so easy to use and never has bugs or fails to work. I really don't have enough nice things to say. We only use it in part of our 1200 person business but I am pushing to have to have it implemented for the whole company, The ui is clean and not overwhelming.
There's not anything I dislike...I wish I could delete or exclude data without being an admin. It would also be cool for multi-product companies to be able to re-assign a review or response to another product line so that the data is always accurate.
I can easily launch surveys and NPSs without having to go through too much bureacracy.
I enjoy how user-friendly Survicate is. It's the perfect balance of templates and customization allowing me to do less work with more personalization.
The main downside in my book is having max caps for survey responses that can be collected.
We need a way to collect real, actionable insights and info from our customers and Survicate gives us just that.
I love the survey builder: very easy-to-use with lots of options. I also like the integrations with other tools and their customer support, very quick to respond.

Survicate is an easy to use but powerful tool. I love how simple it is to integrate our existing tools like intercom. Flexibilty and syncing of data are huge pluses
My only main criticism is when you have lots of surveys its a lot of information on your home page
