I am extremely happy with Survicate, they meet all my business needs and when I suggest something they take it on board, they are so nice and prompt to help and answer my questions. I love their tool and had a fantastic experience with their support so far, especially Sergey who went on video calls with me and was so patient till all was fixed.

I like the ease of use, the variety of surveys and the support I get when I'm stuck. The results are easy to export and analyse. setup is quick and we get everything we need

We can gain customer feedback that would be very difficult to gain otherwise. setting up this kind of survey with our other tools would take much longer and would not give us the insight we get from survicate
Survicates questionnaires are incredibly customizable, making them suitable for nearly all forms of customer inquiry. We primarily use Survicate for our NPS and genuinely feel they provide the best tool for this. Their integrations with major platforms such as Slack, Intercom and Hubspot is a huge bonus too!
Before becoming a paying customer, we experienced a relatively long response time. After switching to a paid account, however, we have no complaints about Survicate's support team or response times.
We are continuously improving our customer experience and use Survicate to inventorize what we can improve on. Due to Survicate's integration with our primary support tool, we also encourage unhappy customers to get in touch with our support team. By simply explaining their complaint in our Survicate survey, the integration ensures that a ticket is filed under the customers' name, making it easy to follow up detractors.
Making surveys is a breeze. Being able to view multiple kinds of surveys and use them in different ways really has expanded our knowledge and ability to send out the proper survey.
I've had our intercom integration fail a couple of times. While I was able to check manually, it was something I needed to reset more often than I would like to.
We've been able to easily acquire our NPS and PMF responses from our audience in the best manner possible. Before we barely had any traction.

The product is very easy to use, although we do get a lot of feature requests for Survicate. They ship things really fast. Their support is great, very friendly and human. I would totally recommend Survicate as it's a very positive experience with them.
The product is not yet scalable, they should focus on how to help teams scale the use of it, as this means more analytics and the ability to share reports with stakeholders. I hope this will be fixed sooner than later, as otherwise it just minimizes the use case for the product.
Running surveys via Survicate, it helps us to use product built-in surveys for our users, collect results and see the stats. However, I wish there would be more options within the product and it's integrations with third party tools.
I like that the platform shows visual representation of the customer survey data and the simplicity and easy-to-follow platform as a whole.
I was not too fond of the fact that there were multiple entries from the same customer (seconds apart), which was a glitch on their end. However, the customer support staff quickly responded and fixed the bug/issue within the following day.

Ever since we started using Survicate, we could accurately pull the NPS score weekly with ease. I highly recommend using this platform for your companies needs. They are very responsive, helpful, and keen on improving their platform with the changing needs of the overall business market.
I love that it is fast and straightforward to open an account and get what I need. I needed simple surveys to integrate into my email campaigns. It was a basic need, and I hoped to find a free solution. Within minutes, I had good-looking surveys combined in my emails.
There is nothing to dislike in the experience I had according to my needs. It provided everything I needed with no fees. I can even modify my surveys and consult the results directly in the dashboard of my account.
I wanted to finish a welcome email automation in ActiveCampaign with a simple survey to get to know my contacts better. I also wanted to add at the bottom of each email three options to choose from to tell me if they loved, liked, or hated the email content. I could do all this quickly and for free.
