I like how simple and straightforward it is to use Survicate. During my most recent survey, I didn't have to wonder how long it would take. Survicate is a five-star survey.
Honestly, I didn't dislike anything. As I mentioned before, Survicate is great!

We needed a quick solution that allows us to launch survey to potentially all 1200 of our sites. The fact that Survicate doesn't tie to specific domains helped a lot on that issue.

We are using Survicate to gain insights into how our users use and perceive our product.
It is clean and focused. Great for exit intent surveys.
It lacks a graphical display of the survey's branches, a survey print function, and some other bells and whistles.
I'm using it for exit-intent surveying on a site with high bounce / low conversion results. Initially, we learned our ad campaigns were attracting consumer shoppers rather than business shoppers. Once corrected, we then learned about price sensitivity and comparison shopping behavior of visitors. We are now assessing pricing plans, etc.

The configurable surveys are really awesome. Also, the survey templates helps us to kick start every new iniciative in the company,
I hoped they had better ways to manage access, mainly through APIs

Very clear UI that allows both basic and advanced users to create, customise and analyse surveys, and export this data into other applications for reporting.
A few more UI embedded tools to customise survey appearance. Further customisation is available using CSS, but for those who cant use CSS it would be great to have more control over thing like pop up size/location etc.
We're easily able to request feedback from our users, in a non-intrusive way. In this way, over 80% of our users are responding with useful feedback.
The best service team I have encountered in a very long time. Responsive, helpful, knowledgable and smart enough to share an external resource if they can't help.
Honestly the only thing would be some additional flexibility with the survey questions
