There is a variety of features available from SurveySparrow. However, I have used only their survey. This is very easy & convenient to use. I recommend it to everyone to give it a try.

I found it difficult to create a survey having multiple options based on sequential flow & logic. However, they have enough documentation for it.

As I mentioned before, their documentation is very helpful to get rid of any uncertain situations.

I like the ease of use best. I also like the UX of the solution.

I sometimes wish there were more options and fewer tiers. I wish sometimes it would just subscribe and you get ALL of the benefits, not depending on subscription terms.

Ease of use, can be set up with people with little to no technical experience. Succinct in what it provides, the GUI is easy to follow and little to no coding experience is what sets it apart from other survey softwares.

At present, there are no items that bring me problems that I cannot overcome. Support is best in class, usually getting back to you the same day, which is extremely important to my users.

It helps us get a feel for how our online training supports new clients using our software. In addition, it plugs in nicely with Hubspot so there are no problems recording the data in the user's account for future reference.

The Survey Builder is just self-explanatory and easy to use; Survey sparrow provides all the essential required features; there is no feature overloading or underloading.

Not as Such, although the editor is not friendly on mobile phones. Apart from this, there is nothing I can complain about. The whole platform is very intuitive and well-engineered.
