I like the flexibility, ease, and objectivity in building and automating my processes. All of our processes are in Pipefy. We were able to integrate company task management in one place. Public forms are undoubtedly a tremendous Pipefy differential. Because of him, interactions with applicants who are not members of the tool became much more accessible. We do not find an equivalent function in other process management software.
Integration with connection fields is still limited. It is currently possible to embed only one record in connection fields.

Thanks to Pipefy, we were able to digitize 100% of ISO 9001 without the need for documented procedures or the use of spreadsheets and PDF files.
The experience using Pipefy as an automating processes platform is extraordinary, once it is easy to manage, fast learning, and user-friendly. It's liberating to use a platform where you don't rely on third parties to operate and build your automation scenarios. In addition, the financial gain from such implementations is accurate since human resources will be redirected to more meaningful and profitable tasks for the company, adding more value to its results.
I would like to have the option to build an automation with two or more outputs as actions to be performed and not just an automation rule for an action performed.

Conditional fields enable us to develop forms for dynamic and complex processes, all while keeping the forms looking clean and straightforward. The tool is easy to learn and use and comes with many embedded tutorials and resources to make it easy to get started. When additional support is needed, the Pipefy staff and community are incredibly helpful and friendly. The cost is reasonable, particularly at the enterprise level.
Some of the tools within Pipefy are disconnected or not seamlessly accessed from a single page. However, Pipefy regularly updates the layout and design, increasing the integration of all elements.
We had outdated forms that were in PDF format. Most of our staff do not have a PDF editor, and so would have to print and fill in the forms before scanning and emailing them back to us. We also didn't have the steps of our process documented in detail nor accessible in a shared location. With Pipefy, we converted our old form into a new, online, interactive one. It relies heavily on conditional fields, allowing us to capture extensive amounts of information in a single form, while still keeping the list of questions short and relevant to each user. We also were able to add checklists in the back-end to provide step-by-step instructions for my team to complete as they process the submitted form. Pipefy made this process better for all parties who work with the form and the data captured in it.
It is very easy to structure and manage processes on Pipefy. It's very user-friendly and has a lot of features that enable every user to use this platform. We are evolving our process significantly due to Pipefy! I like a lot that we can see and manage every SLA and that the time to structure a process and start testing and using it is very low. I love that i don't need to involve IT departament on every single improvement that i want for the processes. But ther greater benefit is that i can effectively help other departaments to improve their processes and our company's services. Our employees are starting to feel the difference and wishing to have Pipefy used on their departament too.
The price could be a little bit lower so we can add every employee in our company on some Pipes. The dashbord building and the file importer could be a little bit improved to be easier for every user.
Process and SLA management problemas. We are eliminating e-mails and unnecessary Excel sheets by using Pipefy to manage our processes. Furthermore, we are starting some RPA automations based on our Pipefy processes. We have achieved some significant improvements in our transactional processes. We used to have a lot of burocratic process and now we can see every departament's SLA and this information can be used on the capacity planning for some departaments.

The combination of kanban, email integration, and automation makes Pipefy a great tool for every company. Another great thing about Pipefy is that you can start small and gradually improve your processes. The support and help center is also great. In general, Pipefy not only has a great product, but also a great team and provides an impeccable service, either on support or during the implementation phases.
I think that the database feature is useless (the same results could be done using pipes, and the database has fewer features). The PDF builder could be improved. Google Calendar integration is not perfect. Pipefy lacks documentation about custom apps. It could have more videos or examples.
We are a software development company, and we use Pipefy for everything else that is not related to the development work itself. We use it for customer support (using portals, SLA, and email integrations), we also use it for RH and financial processes. It saved us a lot of time and I don't think our company could grow without it (or an equivalent tool). I also used Pipefy to validate an idea (create an MVP).
Easy to use and easy to explain the tool for new users, good for taking processes out of paper quickly. With some technical knowledge you also have the power to make great things with Zapier, APIs and automations
Lately, the app is having some speed issues, but it seems to be something punctual. Another delicated question is the pricing for Brazil users, as it's billed only in dollar.
