Landbot is an excellent app to build bots. When I developing a bot it was easy to understand the guides and the tools which are available. The highlighted area in Landbot is the tools and features. We can add Videos, Audios, Images and Document's to downlaod too. Some people think we need to do codes to develop a bot. They are now aware that Landbot give us no code development platform. Your SME or Corpotrate business can go to next level with Landbot.

The available tools and feature are more than anough to build a bot. but I had to do some customizations in some features and but Landbot did not allowed to do it. I suggest its better if we can customize few tools and features as we need. Otherwise Landbot is excellent.

High usage of user count of our system and online payments, we have recived customer complaints and feedback through E-mails and Phone Calls. Our company needed more employees to handle the complaints. The cost for employee ois so high and company management decided to make a Chatbot and asked me to get details of that. I have tried many apps to develop bots and finally I found that Landbot is the best application for No Code Development. With a less time we have created the bot and realsed to to online. Not out system users can get the issues solve with out chatbot in anytime.

The best tool to improve and take our business to the next level is Landbot. The easy developing path is the highlighted option in it. Users can understand the guidance easily and can create their bot quickly. What I most like in Landbot is the user-friendly environment. It gives users to develop the bot with some excellent tools. All business people should try to add this application to their business.

In my opinion, I do not have any negative points about Landbot, Because it gave me the options and tools that I expected. It would be better if Landbot could customize some tools to user needs.

When we released our new system, we got an issue with the number of complaints we received. We failed to handle and give response to those complaints. Our organization was finding a solution, and I have suggested making a Bot for this. We selected Landbot and developed the bot. It was successful, and currently, we are running it online.

Starting from scratch as you can fully make new, or you can customize the templates given by the Landbot team. It's beneficial and constructive; I would recommend all website developers to use this.

Honestly, I like everything about Landbot and nothing I dislike about this.

Landbot is solving very large problem , when i'm asleep and user came and he/she needs help then the landbot is ready to help it all the time it doesn't matter which time it is .

We have used many chatbot platforms/builders, but Landbot is one of the best so far. The clean interface, a lot of integrations, and the drag and drop bot builder is the best. I am not a Dev, but still, I can able to build bots on my own, and integrate it on our platform without any coding, just like plug and play.

The chat window can be improved a little more, sometimes, the chat icon is showing out of the website layout, and the mobile experience can be improved. Otherwise the platform and the customer support is good.

We use Landbot to build chatbots that will help our users by answer their questions about our platform, so we can able to reduce the support requests. Also, we use it for Lead Capture, and feedbacks.

Its easy to use message templates and variable mapping helps to keep conversation in flow and interactive and make user to feel like they are talking with highly interactive AI chat bot

Its interface isn't beginner friendly at first you need time to understand the layout of website. The canvas also get's messy. More introduction to features could be given at first login of user

Previously I dont have any way to interact with users except the conventional feedback and mail system but now it is easier to understand the demand of user base

It's easy and fast build new chatbots They can be adapted for every situation / field. Great tool for lead generation, is possibile to ask any kind of question.

As agency I manage multiple bot and chat, It would be nice to select a few of them and move all together in a workspace created; In other tools I do not need to have the Google Maps API Key

Its very easy to put together a basic to intermediate chat flow, with little to no coding experience for these types of features, layout and interactions. Several templates are available to give you ideas or a starting basis.

Some of the easy to use features are less customisable than i'd prefer, but this can be overcome with the CSS and whenever I have had an issue there has already been a help document available, and the team are extremely responsive in the help chat.

We were strugging to get feedback directly from our users, and Landbot allowed us to quickly and easily implement a way of getting in touch with the users and gathering their feedback and feature requests. Once the chatbot was implemented by the dev team it was then in the product teams control to update the questions and analyse the responses with no further dev resource required.

Does most things you'd need. And a very good customer support. Landbot support has a solution for everything and I'm very appreciative for that. That in itself takes it above all else.

Time restrictions unavailable on whatsapp, the formula bot could have more features to process text. sometimes a little complex math ops can't be done so that's a bit of a bummer.

Helps neatly capture everything we want in a neat chat without being too complicated on the backend. Increased productivity and massively helped with data collection

The size of the interface will affect our design of the flow but I hope we can resolve these using blocks / templates to minimise the amount of boxes

Time to create chatbots without requiring coding knowledge and collaboration to develop our internal community chatbot literacy. Sending examples to colleagues was very useful for anyone who has never seen or heard of a chatbot.
