The software is fantastic. I've used Manychat and Chatfuel and Landbot makes them look like MVPs. The GUI is great. I've found it very intuitive. It's packed full of capabilities and integrations. But aside from the functionality, if you're serious about building bots, their support is extraordinary. They have an amazing customer-centric culture. The Support team are amazing

I wouldn't say dislike....but I would like the ability to see 'campaign' functionality - so the ability to upload some users and for Landbot to send the invites and show me key stats like opens, starts, finishes etc. You can do this with landbot, but it needs another tool.

We have created dozens of bot in the following categories; 1. Survey bots. Here, we're 'disrupting' the survey by using a conversational rather than standard survey approach. Response rates are far higher. 2. Support bots. Our principle 'use-case' is in learning and development so here we are able to use the bot to help people navigate through a 'linear' learning process / training course in a 'non-linear' way (the bot asks the user what they know and don't know, then just shows them the content / training to tell them what they don't know). This is a game-changer for learning and development. 3. NLP bots. Most to server FAQs in a more conversational way. Questions and queries have been reduced.

Landbot heeft een erg gebruiksvriendelijke no code / low code interface. Je bent in staat om zonder technische kennis een chatbot live te brengen. Kom je er niet uit? Dan reageert het supportteam altijd heel snel.

Ik vind het jammer dat er geen handover mogelijk is naar een andere livechattool dan Landbot zelf.

Dankzij Landbot waren we in staat om met een team een volledige chatbot live te brengen binnen 4 weken tijd. Dit had met andere tooling maanden geduurd! Daarnaast heeft het ervoor gezorgd dat conversational een topic werd waarover mensen gingen praten. Conversational is niet meer weg te denken uit ons bedrijf.

The support team is excellent; when we need it, they help us quickly. It has helped us a lot in our business, and people love it. The chatbot is light and fast.

The report could come in a file. Sometimes it comes 15 for me. In the files (video, pdf, audio), they could indicate the name of the file to identify it better.
