The overall process of building a complex chatbot was great. I could then make subtle changes without much effort! It was also really great to have a tech team on hand in case of any issues, which I did use a lot.
There could be a bit more "hand-holding" in the beginning wherein you can click on something (like a Condition), and it could explain it to you in a video or a practical example. It would be great to work through a small practice example, in the beginning, to get to grips with the different aspects of the interface.
We were trying to do different prototypes on our services and it really has fed into our overall user interface. Using landbot has made it so much easier to showcase how beautiful and streamlined a chat function would look on our website.
Easy to build chatbots. Also easy to track and see statistics (drop off rate). Helped us to reduce dissatisfaction for FAQs by 6%. Also ticket income has been reduced by 10% after start using Landbot.
To be honest, I don´t dislike anything. Everything is pretty straightforward and gives you huge advantage of reducing tickets and decreasing dissatisfaction. Direct inboound from chatbot to Zendesk would be nice to have :)
Incoming ticket reduction has been successfully done after using chatbots from landbot. Also, dissatisfaction for FAQs has decreased. Because of the Drop off rate, we can easily edit and improve them as well.
All the possibilities that the platform offers. It's very intuitive and with a lot of ways to connect to other systems.

Landbot provides an easy way for me to build a conversational chatbot on both the website and Facebook page. It helps us to easily engage with our web visitors and Facebook fans and capture their inquiries. It even helps capture high qualify leads. Good job!
Nothing in particular. However, the default behavior of running any code inputted by the user when we show it on the interface is somehow bothering.

Very structured approach - with no technical background, I can build the bot with the branding, tone, and content that I want. The bot can keep up even with complex calculations that I would usually do in excel. The customer support is very good, and technically very helpful!
The formulas and variables need some time before you can fully grasp it, there are helpful videos, but they never entirely cover the case you need.... Thank goodness for a strong customer service that can walk you through it.
I am building a landing page to test a new product, and rather than building a calculator directly on the page; I used landbot for a more conversational approach. More friendly, and flashy than a static table.
It is so easy to implement for people that don't work directly with the technical development of IT softwares on a daily basis.
It has limited solution considering that is a turnkey solution. For that reason, a certain level of customization cannot be achieved.
With Landbot I am able to give a 24-hour support solution to our customers, bot on our website and on our social networks.
I think it's really great tool for marketers and improves the results. At the same time, the people in the support are really patient and try to help.
