Die Preisleistung ist super. Das Standard-Paket wird für die meisten Nutzer ausreichend sein. Und wenn der Chatbot doch nicht mehr gebraucht wird, kann man monatlich kündigen.
Schwierige Anbindung bei Subshops (Shopware 5). Der Chatbot wird bei zwei verschiedenen Domains angezeigt, obwohl dieser nur bei einer Domain auftauchen soll. Der Support wurde gestern kontaktiert, aber es kam noch keine Antwort.
Um den Kunden auf schnelle Weise Produkte zu empfehlen und weiteres Wissen zu vermitteln. Mithilfe der Statistik-Funktion können wir außerdem beobachten, welche Themen optimierungsbedürftig oder überflüssig sind.

Would like to be able to see video recordings on mobile app, and more settings. And would love to be able to integrate email so if someone emails us at support@website.com it would show up as a new chat to be able to respond too.

- analytics especially for the chatbots could be better as there is just an overview which options have been taken how often. It would be nice if the decisions of single customers in the chatbot could be seen and analyzed

The UI is a bit confusing for new users.
At the very least, I'm able to chat with visitors and even members on my platform when I missed their live chat, they return to view my message. This grows their confidence on my platform.
