The answer was here are the instructions or here you can cancel the account. I have paid more than 1000 euros so far and I was ready to pay thousands more. But the application is not working for me, I don't know why, I don't know how to fix it and I still pay 30 EUR ... No one cares that the app is broken. No attempt to help :-((( I am very disappointed.
