I am using this for my business and I am happy my developer referred them to me. Customers are happy with the quick response and bot response attached to this app.

If you using the app, you need to go manually offline in there. Otherwise the app says your live even in the night, that should be optimized.

Easy integration to our platform (PrestaShop), quick configuration. Works well for customers, backoffice management capabilities are very flexible and insightful when it comes to monitoring of customer behavior on the shop.
Geolocation of customers is not precise; configuration of autamated texts could be centralized, right now it is located on several places, which is not intuitive.

Chceli by sme vytknúť nové ceny, pretože sú šialené a v dnešnej náročnej dobe to začína byť neúnosné. Dúfame, že plánujete niečo z týmito cenami robiť. Okrem tejto dosť podstatnej veci nám smartsupp vyhovuje.
Vieme byť doslova okamžite k dispozícii zákazníkovi, či už potrebuje pomôcť s výberom tovaru alebo má otázky ohľadom rozmerov a dopravy atď. Vo väčšine prípadov je to rýchlejšie ako komunikácia e mailom alebo telefonicky. Myslím, že aj pre niektorých zákazníkov je to takto pohodlnejšie a viac im to vyhovuje ako kontkt inou formou.

Por ahora nada en específico, que no se puede integrar WhatsApp y convertirlo en un crm completo es lo único q falta, pero después de esta muy buena la herramienta

Skutečnost, že aplikace pracuje za mě. Líbí se mi, že můžu zdokonalovat tvé odpovědi a sledovat chování zákazníků.
Zatím nemám nic konkrétního, jen mě napadlo, použít místo textu video. Kdyby na mě člověk mluvil bylo by to možná zase o kousek zajímavější.
