I like, that it's very intuitive and easy to use. I get a push notification whenever a user wants to chat with us. I can answer the chat anywhere on my mobile simply like texting with a friend. When I'm near my computer I can easily switch to a browser app which makes my chatting even faster. I also like, that I can instantly go offline and stop displaying chat bubble on our website. And I can also set office hours. Installation was also very easy and the smartsupp support is also very good.

It would be great to integrate a translator right in to the chat window so that I can easilly chat with foreigners in their tongue.

Quick and seamless setup experience. The app functions perfectly on both Mac and iPhone. The support team was exceptionally responsive and efficiently resolved the issue I encountered.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with the app. It would be great to see an expansion of Chatbot conversations included in the standard plan. Additionally, the online/offline toggle button is somewhat "hidden" within the profile settings; enhancing user experience by making it easily accessible at all times would be beneficial.

Facilitates effective problem resolution for our clients and enhances overall communication with them. Chatbot helps clients in making informed decisions regarding pricing plans.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface facile à utiliser et les options proposée par le service client et l'accompagnement pour attirer plus la clientèle sur mon site , un guide fiable qui m'as facilité la compréhension des fonctionnalités de cet appli . Grâce à Smartsupp j'ai avoir plus de clic plus de visiteurs et ma première vente réalisée grâce à l'outil charbot proposé.

La partie vidéo d'enregistrement a été supprimé ce qui m'aidait beaucoup pour suivre l'activité de mes visiteurs sur mon site .

Avec Smartsupp je gagne en temps et je suis pas obligé d'être devant mon ordinateur tout le temps avec le chatbot répond à mes visiteurs même si je suis pas disponible grâce a la programmation fiable de cet interface
