It's much easier to get my clients to respond to a text vs. an email
not enough features and capabilities but i have heard that more are coming
Emails weren't getting opened. I have a much better response rate using texts
Avochato is extremely intuitive, requires minimum training and produces excellent results. Compared to the various texting platforms we have tested, it is by far the only one that has the most organizational features.
We would love to see a further organization in text threads such as folders.
Guests are just not too keen to pick up phone calls, especially during the daytime. Using Avochato has increased our response ratios and decreased our time to close.

Nothing it’s honestly great. Nothing really to change. The only thing That would be good for changing is having a way to copy and paste more efficiently.

At first I got an email after mass texts went out (as soon as they went out). I do believe that is fixed now.
Imagine being on vacation on the OBX of NC! The last thing you want to do is be in an office or have your phone attached to your ear. With a simple text through Avachato we are able to answer questions and communicate with guests while they are sitting on the beach!
Texting with ease instead of calling and getting a voicemail. The contacts are easy to find and you can broadcast a message like a BCC to numerous people at once.
Needs an automatic response with key characters
Sending balance due texts instead of leaving a voicemail no one checks or sending an e-mail that is only checked once a week.
Easy website to navigate. The android app is just as simple.

we use it to send out updates during after hours calls to our clients as needed. it's a great way to communicate without the need for email or a strong data connection when you're on mobile
Ease of use. Super easy platform with many features. It is really self teaching, as there is not a ton of capabilities. The ease of use is great for recruiters who are swampped with other tasks.
Wish it did more. Hard to have an ATS, CRM< and this tool. It would be great if it was easily implemented with another tool. It is hard to manage numerous recruiters in different tools. For example you could have one recruiter texting the same people from numerous tools which makes it a bit complex.
Quick texting to candidates. We like that it is easy to text them and organize them based on events. Also, it is great to be able to give candidates at fairs a text code to stay in touch with us and follow up with the candidates. When there is a long line at a fair, it helps to have a text code to them.

How to connect with clients in a personalized manner at scale
The platform is intuitive, and Alex and team are incredibly responsive. This helped us coordinate outreach to our constituents that we wouldn't have been able to execute otherwise.
There were still some minor kinks in the mobile experience that made it hard for me to find old conversations sometimes, but no dealbreakers

They went above and beyond helping us setup and train. The system is very user intuitive to use and we were able to send texts after a short intro by their product team.
There wasn't anything we disliked. They were open to feedback and showed a willingness to add or alter features if necessary

I like that Acochato enables faster communication with our guests. More people are likely to read and respond to a text over an email. They love that we have the ability to text them.
Don't get me wrong I really like it, but I don't like that the text boxes are so big on the Messaged page. It makes it feel clunky.
Being able to reach guests that don't have an email account. Guests are more likely to respond to a quick text than a long email. Also, being able to follow up with guests while they're on the go.
